  • It took about three days for them to complete the maintenance. They found some major issues. They gave me a loaner car. They gave me a brand new 2016 CRV to replace my CRV that I had to put in the shop. I have used them for a decade. They are responsive, timely, and professional.

  • My wife and I purchased a 2010 Buick Enclave with ~35,000 miles on it, I were talked into purchasing the Extended Warranty (which I never do) administered by NWAN. It was clearly explained that for $2,200.00 the warranty would be Extended by 72 months or 75,000 miles (35,000 + 75,000 = 110,000) Right? So in this case, with the coverage clearly being explained we purchased their Warranty. Well, I took the car in with ~82,000 miles and guess what, neither Royal Buick/GMC/Cadillac or NWAN would honor the warranty. Claiming that I purchased a 72 month / 75k mile warranty for $2,200.00 that was already half used up. Why would someone do this? And that was NOT what I was told how this would work... as mentioned earlier, I questioned this at the time of purchase. Royal Buick clearly mislead me on this warranty and took $2,200.00 from me in the process. After speaking with both the Royal Management and NWAN it is clear both blames the other and will not do anything to make this right. The cost of the repair was ~$700.00... and I will never spend a dime with Royal Buick in Tucson again. The only way I'll be on Royal lot ever again is for one of the many Recalls that seem to be a trademark of today's Buick. We truly enjoy the Enclave, but Royal Buick has lost a customer for life for their dishonest selling of their extended warranty.

  • I never got the glass replaced. The appointment was scheduled for 8 AM. After not showing up at the agreed upon time he called and asked if he could reschedule for 3 PM that day. By 5 PM he had still not shown up and had not called. At that point I called and left a message to cancel the appointment. I never received a call with an explanation or an apology. Nothing. I had used this company before and had a similar problem with excuses for why he couldn't keep the appointment and had to reschedule several times. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and figured he was very busy. But it appears that this is standard practice for this company. Also, the cash price he offered was substantially less than the price that was quoted when using auto insurance. Why different prices for the same work? Sounds like insurance fraud to me. Certainly not ethical business practice. Do yourself a favor and use somebody else unless you want a lot of wasted time and aggravation.

  • I contacted this company to replace a broken windshield after using them in the past. The first time I used them the owner/technician rescheduled several times before finally showing up to complete the work. So OK, things happen. I gave him the benefit of the doubt as I assumed he was extremely busy. The work was satisfactory and the price was right.

When I needed a windshield replaced on my wife's car I called them again. After calling several times without getting an answer I twice left messages on voicemail never received a call back. I called again the next day and finally got an answer. We agreed on a price and scheduled an appointment for 8 AM on a Wednesday as my wife had other appointments later in the day. After not arriving at the appointed time Josh finally called and asked if he could reschedule for 3PM that afternoon. I reluctantly agreed to that. Three o'clock came and went without any contact from him. Finally at five o'clock, after not showing up and not calling I gave up and decided to call someone else. At that point I called and left a message telling him to cancel the appointment. I never received a call back with an explanation or an apology.

Also, there are apparently different pricing schedules depending on whether you are paying out of pocket versus using your insurance as I was given both options each time I received a quote. Not very reputable in my opinion.

I can only assume from two similar experiences that this horrible customer service is standard practice from Rincon Valley Glass. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this outfit.

    Call someone else.

  • Rincon Valley did a wonderful job from start to finish. They were very competitive with their pricing. Josh was very knowledgeable and his experience showed in the results. I contacted another better known glass company in Tucson who were going to charge me twice the amount and then told me they couldn't guarantee they could remove my glass without breaking it. When I called Josh he said "No problem. We do that all the time." I will not hesitate to call them again when I need more work done.

  • My horse trailer broke down on the Hwy and AAA told me that my axle was broken.  We than had it towed by Frontier Towing who recommended Professional Trailer Repair to us.  Patrick checked it out and told us that the axle was fine.  They could have sold me a new one that I really didn't need, but they are very honest, and only needed to fix the brakes.  I also had them redo all of the electrical on the trailer and provide new lights, which had been faulty for years, but I didn't know where to go to get it fixed.  They fix all types of trailers.  I saw them fixing a boat trailer and work trailers there, too.

  • It was a good experience. Mike was very polite, friendly and professional. I had the idea the engine compartment would look brand new. But of course with 214K miles the engine certainly got quite filthy. He did a very good job of cleaning it up.
Pricing seemed to be equivalent to other places.

  • The radiator was leaking due to a broken mount.  The condenser coil was not actually leaking but the shop replaced it without my direct consent due to a damaged mount point.  This added a significant cost to the job.  I could have fixed the mount myself easily by making a bracket from from scrap metal and drilling a hole.
We have used Geurlichs many times and have a different car in their shop right now.

  • The quality of the workmanship was ok, but the installer melted a piece of exterior trim on one of our cars with his heat gun and we were never reimbursed for the repair ($40), although we've been repeatedly promised a payment. We've given up calling and can only suggest that any potential customer take this issue into consideration.

  • They were much more reasonable in repairing a problem for me and had a better price than a dealership fee. We had a transmission leak due to driving over a curb. They also did some other work for me too and brought the total bill up to about $350.00. The manager George drove out to my home, left his car, took my car in for service and after it was done brought it back to us. He only lives about a mile away from us so he offered to do this for us as well as offers it to other people in the immediate area; I am about 14 miles away from the location of service. The technician forgot to reset the oil, but when I went by again they were able to do that for me free of charge. I plan to go back in to have my car get worked on.
