If I could proceed without giving a single star I would!! Total scam! Young kid, Ryan, showed up and quoted 4-6 hours at $120 per hour ($480-$720). Called back after his visit and told me a second "person from the company who is their travertine expert" wanted to come by to see the job. By the time he came the following day and had ascertained the work the bid had risen to $3850. Oh and by the way...

These folks were a pleasure to have around the house. The process was not nearly as messy as I expected it would be, partly due to the technician's great care in protecting surrounding cabinets and floors.
