    LTD Management & Maintenance
We were nervous ninnies.  Not knowing who to trust with your home is very stressful.    Having limited funds being on a fixed income is added stress.  Mr. Larry at LTD worked with us and found ways to keep the costs down and still get a quality job done. I had paint from when the house was built, Larry found some identical base boards he had pulled from another house he had worked on and a piece of carpet that would work in the walk in closet that was brand new.   They worked solid for 3 days, all day long to complete the job after coming over and measuring and determining what materials would be necessary.  They did their best to keep the construction noise down to a minimum.  They were genuinely concerned about the patches being so perfect that no one could see where the damaged sheet rock had been replaced.  I can't express how relieved we are to have our home back in the condition we like to keep it.   Thanks Mr. Larry of LTD.

    AAA Home Improvement
We were looking to update, upgrade and bring our home up to code. Pat from AAA was the ONLY contractor to return my calls and actually come over and take the time with me and my wife to see exactly what we wanted and to offer some ideas to us.We had to make some last minute changes and delay the jpb for a short time due to a medical emergency, but Pat(AAA)went out of his way to accomidate us. All of the remodel work and new fixtures and cabinents came out great. AAA did a beautiful job for a price that was less than what we expected. We ended up with a new kitchen, bathroom, cabinents and upgrades and some exterior work performed by knowledeable craftsmen at a very reasonable price. This was quite a big project to undertake and now we have a new home. We have some other projects that are in our future plans and will not hesitate to call AAA for our future projects. Iwould give them a AAA Rating and encourage all of Angie's List subscribers in the Bullhead City AZ. area to consider calling AAA HOME IMPROVEMENT when they are in need of any home improvement services Dave and Debby

The wood glue, putty and lights came to $100.  The rest was for labor which really didn't seem like enough for the work done but he understands that times are hard and money only goes so far. How did it go?  The kitchen drawers continued to fail, til I got a real cabinet guy to fix them permanently

    BNC Construction LLC
We purchased a foreclosed home in April of 2010.  The house needed some general work and a color change in the kitchen.  Our realtor recommended BNC Construction.  She used them to maintain rental properties that she managed and was happy with them.  We did get bids from other companies but BNC was the least expensive and was recommended.  We signed a contract with them covering several items on the house, chief among them was the kitchen cabinet reface.  Work was to be completed by the time we moved in, 1 month later. We ended up moving in 1 month later and work was still in progress.  There were several times when the BNC rep did not show up when he said he was going to.  The refacing itself was moving along slowly.  We were calling his attention to some quality issues and he addressed them when he was there. Cabinet doors were ordered in May. In July of 2010 the dishwasher broke.  The repairman came to address the issue and could not get the dishwasher out.  The refacing on the cabinets on either side were encroaching on the opening.  We had to pry the refacing off to get the dishwasher out.  BNC repaired this. We still did not have any cabinet doors.  We also had several mismatched finishes on the reface and numerous spots where the staples had been covered with a putty that did not match the rest of the finish.  BNC said they would redo the putty to match.  They did fight pretty hard not the address the finish mismatch and only eventually did they partially do so. August rolled around and we were still waiting for cabinet doors.  We began to express our concern and they said the original door company had duplicated their order and when they canceled one, both orders got canceled.  They expressed their displeasure with this company several times and ordered our doors from another company. Eventually, in October, the doors came in.  When we pressed for a finish date and our calls were not answered and messages not returned.  Finally we called the owner and he came out to speak with us.  He said the doors would be a priority. As it turned out, the priority was to get them stained, lacquered and installed as fast as possible.  So fast in fact that when they were lacquered, they weren't even allowed to dry before leaning them against each other and driving them over to the house from their shop.  This resulted in nearly all the doors having some sort of major blemish on the visible finish. After this, they hounded us for the final payment.  Where as we could never get ahold of them before, now they were contacting us constantly.  We finally buckled when they promised to address the issues under their warranty. They came out one more time to address the cabinet doors falling off, but never to address the finish issues. Numerous calls and letters have gone unanswered to date.  I even ran into the owner at my kid's soccer practice (his child was practicing at the same time) and he promised to call me.  He never did and I never saw him again at practice.
