    Nana Jana's Newborn Care, etc.
"Nana Jana" was an awesome find for us after interviewing several people to watch our infant son. I am sure she is very knowledgable with caring for children of all ages but she was exceptional with our new born. I was very nervous to leave my son with anyone, but Jana put my mind at ease. She is such a kind person and my son absolutely loved her! She took care of all his needs and was very open to what I wanted and expected in a caregiver. My husband and I felt completely safe leaving him with her and she exceeded our expectations. The only reason we stopped using Jana is because we moved out of state.

    Terrie's Daycare
Childcare provided for nearly five years for our two children - one from birth to 3 years. Wonderful experience for both of them and our family. Terrie opened up her home to our children and provided such a nurturing environment. She provided great opportunities for structured learning, play and fun. Our children had the opportunity to interact and develop social skills with a small group of other children. We liked the intimate setting, which allowed for more one-on-one attention as they grew. Terrie was a big part of our children's lives and we couldn't have asked for someone one more sincere and experienced. A great find for us.

    AQUA-TOTS SWIM SCHOOL
I've been going to Aqua Tots for about a year now after a less than stellar experience with Kim Courtney's Swim School.  I have been very pleased with the quality of their operation and the level of personalization they have provided us.  Their instructors are top notch, kind, enthusiastic, encouraging, and extremely patient.  Even in the group setting, they provide each child with the personal attention needed to insure they advance in a timely manner.  My son has made great progress in this program, and is advancing extremely quickly.  I have been delighted with our experience and would highly recommend Aqua Tots to any parent and/or friend.  This has been a very rewarding investment.

    Perfect Fit Nannies
I am looking to return to work full time and want home child care 50 hours weekly.  She worked in my expected price range and is matching me with potential nannies that meet the requirements of my family.  Angela also found us a potential baby sitter to interview immediately so that I can go on a date night with my husband.  I am interviewing the potential babysitter next week.   I have three kids and the oldest is 3.  We do not have any family in the area.  To pay $100 for a qualified and screened babysitter in my area is worth it.  And Angela is still working on finding me the perfect full time nanny. Any candidates I interview in the process I can use as baby sitters or back up nannies if my full time nanny is sick.

Hillary did such a good job matching the temporary nanny to our family that we ended up pulling our son out of daycare and hiring the nanny full-time.  Our nanny has been incredible - and our son went from being sick 15+ days out of the month to only having been sick once in the past year.  It was a huge quality of life decision for us. It should be said that A+ nannies fees aren't cheap - but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for."  This is no different than companies that choose to hire a headhunter to find a good resource for a specific position.  My wife and I had no idea how to find a qualified, trustworthy person to watch our son.  The fact that Hillary has done all the background investigation and reference work on her people makes her service very valuable.  Hillary was able to provide a complete background report on our nanny which gave my wife and I a great deal of peace of mind.   In addition - Hillary has provided some support "After the sale."  When my wife and I had our second child - it was time to rework the financial agreement with our nanny.  Hillary was able to give us some practical advice on how to structure the agreement so it would be fair to our nanny.  That was very helpful.

As soon as I called A+ Nannies I really felt like they cared. They listened to me and my concerns about exactly what I was looking for in a babysitter. The process to get us set up with the agency was extremely easy. When Candice, the babysitter, arrived she was on time and very friendly!! I went over everything that my son needs and likes. I was nervous to leave him (as any mom would be!) but Candice had him laughing and playing before we even went out the front door! That really helped me to relax. She text me several times that evening to let me know that he was ok and she even sent me a picture of him eating and smiling!! She really went out of her way to make sure he was ok and happy. I can't say enough good things about Candice and A+Nannies. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!!!

    Inspire International Preschool
After check in, my 3 yr old child was taken back to his class with the other children his age, where he spent his time learning, and playing through out the day. He said he had fun, playing with other kids, and liked when he had his snack. He was learning about shapes and colors that day, and wanted to be sure he went the next day so that he could continue coloring the shapes, and working with his teacher.  I like the quality of care that my son receives at this facility, he likes to be picked up by their bus in the morning, and sometimes goes home on it as well if I have to work later.  It is always hard to find a place that isn't just a franchise stamped out place that actually cares about your child, and is willing to work with them in an educational sense. The staff work hard to ensure that every day is a great day for my son.

    PARENTS TIME OUT
The company was great.  They sent over really nice looking resumes and they gave you a bunch of people to choose from.  Then, you go through the resumes and interview them on your own.  They provide the contract and they do a criminal check and a driving check.  They also provide you with references so you can talk directly to the people who the nanny has worked for before.  I think we paid $200.00 for the background checks and the initial screening.  They were very professional and did everything over email.  It worked out great; we are really happy.  I would absolutely use them again.

Our nanny was a lovely, hardworking young woman.  She was truly sweet.  My intuition tells me that she wasn't so experienced with infants as she might have been with other age children but she kept her cool as my daughter proceeded to vomit up her breakfast and off to work I went.  My housekeeper reported that she gave my daughter a bath which was odd since I told her only do so if she had some major blowout or something.  But that may have been a miscommunication on my end.  And my husband was home the entire time, working, and didn't report any issues.  Our nanny also cooked dinner for my husband and I which went well beyond our expectations and the meal was scrumptious - what a treat! We haven't had a need to use this service since but it remains in my contact list and will continue to be our go-to place when we need emergency care.  I think the $30 finders fee is high to use on a regular basis, for dinners out and whatnot, but when both parents are working and neither can stay at home with a sick child, $30 is WELL worth it.
