    They hire people to do the installation job. They did a great job. They picked up everything and said that if we had any problems then they would come out and fix it. One sill on the inside on the inside of the window didn’t look right so we called them and they came and repaired it. Also, in previous years we have purchased a dryer from them and had it delivered. They came and delivered it and installed it on time. I ran the first load and heard a rattling so I called them. Right after I hung up the phone the delivery crew contacted me and told me to go to Lowe's and pick out a new one and they told me they would bring it out to me that same day. Another purchase we made at Lowe's was a sliding patio door.   The guy came out to measure the area, came out when he said he would and cleaned up after himself. I was happy with the work.  And told me if I had any problems with it then they would come out and fix whatever needed to be done.

    First, the driver delivered the items into the wrong part of our warehouse before letting anyone know he was even on location. Once we realized there was a delivery, a cursory visual inspection was performed and the driver got a signature and left. Upon opening the packaging, damage was discovered on all 3 pieces of equipment that had not been visible through the packaging. We immediately contacted the driver & asked him to return. He said he would. A short time later, we received a call from his supervisor who stated he would not be returning. We explained about the damage, and her response was basically to tell us to go screw ourselves. We'd signed for the delivery, and that was that. No concern at all about the damage done to our equipment while in their possession, no offer to help in any way, nothing. The cost of this equipment had a comma in it and that is unacceptable.  At that time, we contacted the vendor that we'd ordered the equipment from & explained the scenario and emailed photos that we took of the damage as well and told them that if they ever sent any shipment with this company again that we would summarily reject the shipment. They in turn contacted the freight company to advise that they would no longer need their services. While speaking to the freight supervisor with the hideous attitude, she was advised that we'd also contact the BBB and file a complaint. Her response was "go right ahead". Upon checking their BBB profile, we learned that they have an "F" rating, which surprised no one here. We are working on getting replacement equipment and want to let as many people know as possible that this company is not one that they want to entrust any sort of goods or equipment to and they can take their business elsewhere.
