  • I've been an outstanding customer since 2013 with Kinetico. After 5 years of renting with them the GM, Mike Mattox wouldn't even offer me an acceptable deal on this used outdated equipment. I'm saying its outdated since the Kinetico tech was the one who advised me. I would not encourage anyone to purchase a Kinetico softener or do business with them. I am one very disappointed customer. Furthermore, Mr. Mattox blatantly lied when he said he offered me an upgraded system. It wasn't until my system was removed that I learned from the Kinetico tech that my system was outdated and at no point after that did I speak to Mr. Mattox. If Mr. Mattox knew anything about sales and customer service he would have met me somewhere in the middle. Surely, a GM has room to negotiate. This company takes advantage of women. If I was a man Mr. Mattox would have negotiated a reasonable deal. It's obvious that customer loyalty and referrals is not what Kinetico is about.

  • They were amazing. Matt, Jordan, Adilel, Drew & Mark were extremely hard working, professional, friendly, effecient, very neat and considerate. It took several hours to install and they were a pure pleasure to work with. I had a different crew install the water softener and RO fountain. They were equally fantastic and did a beautiful job with the copper piping and were also near, friendly, and knowledgable.

  • Excellent experience - called on Sunday and didn't expect a response until Monday but Jamie called back in just a few minutes and came first thing on Monday morning. On time, professional, and spent extra time explaining some basic maintenance processes to me. Would definitely use again.

  • Called Boyett's based on reviews to investigate black specs in our ice maker which is connected to the RO unit. They were very courteous and gave some possibke causes and we setup an inspection. The tech arrived on time and following inspection determined the existing unit was inop and too outdated to service. They offered to either replace the unit or install a rental unit for a monthly fee. We opted for rental unit and scheduled installation. On installation day they did arrive just after the install window but got to work right away. They were very friendly and professional and took the time to explain how the unit worked and gave some additional tips on the water softener in addition to leaving hardness test kit with us. I am happy to report black specs are gone! Boyett's take great pride in what they do and it shows, the RO rental option is fantastic and very convenient. They are a pleasure to do business with and we are very pleased with their services.

  • They came by my house which I had just purchased to discuss their system. I told them I had just moved to Arizona from Seattle, WA and therefore did not have an idea on the quality of the water in Arizona. They looked at the location of the main water pipes and made a recommendation. It took them 3-4 days to install the system. They located the tanks on the external west wall of my house. They needed to add electrical service. The copper water pipes were also placed above the ground on the west side of the house, running from the main line located on the patio on the northwest side of the house. Those copper pipes sit on top of the concrete patio. This past summer, the water coming out of my cold water facets was hotter than the water coming out of the hot water facets. When I called the company, they said I should go to Home Depot and get a water tank insulating blanket to put around the tanks. I tried it but it didn't help. I have since called two plumbing companies to discuss the problem. Both told me that the tanks should not be on the west side of the house in direct sunlight all day and that the water lines should have been buried below ground. My only choice now is to either have someone else do a proper installation or remove the tanks. My supposition is that when I told the company that I was new to Arizona, they knew that I wouldn't know where the tanks should be placed and they did what was easiest for them.

  • Really good.  Luis was my technician and I couldn't ask for a nicer or more knowledgeable person.  In what was a fairly straightforward service, I learned a lot about water quality, how mine stacked up, status of my RO membrane, when I should be looking for a replacement - in fact, I will buy from AHW when I do replace the RO system because that way I get the guarantee if it is needed vs. having no recourse since I purchased my existing system over the web the last time.  Anyhow - the whole visit was perfect:  timely, neat, informative and very cost effective.  I have used American Home Water several times - well, I always go to them since the first time they came out to put in my new "President" water softener.  They get a 110% recommendation for me, kind of like an A+.

    We have lived in our current home since July 2003 and have made home improvements to every part of the house except for the windows.  Our house was build in approximately 1980 so we knew the original windows weren't very energy efficient.  Recently, we met with an Energy One salesperson.  He did a really good job or explaining the value of Energy One's Venetian windows with triple-pane, Low-E glass, and of answering all of our questions.
    The crew was very professional and courteous during the one day installation.  The windows look great!!  We are very interested to  find how the new windows will lower our energy costs during the long hot Arizona summer.
