About Us

At Southwest Collision and Car Care Center we have a very basic approach; you’re our first priority and our goal is to repair your vehicle to pre accident condition using factory parts and guidelines. Unlike other shops that say they “repair to factory standards”, our technicians are actually trained to follow strict factory guidelines. We hold over 17 manufacturers/factory certifications. We are a Certified Collision Repair Network (CCRN) and Certified Collision Repair Facility (CCRF) for Acura, Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Ford, GMC, Honda, Hyundai, Infiniti, Jeep, Lincoln, Nissan, Ram and Volkswagen. We are also the only independent shop in Arizona that is Ford F-150 Aluminum Certified with a section of our shop that is completely dedicated to aluminum repairs. Southwest Collision and Car Care Center has gone through great lengths to establish our relationships with the manufacturers and we take pride in our Factory Certifications. Having these Certifications along with the tooling, trained technicians and manufacturers specifications help us insure that we can get your vehicle to its Pre-Accident condition, with all its original luster and structural integrity. Remember that your vehicle is disposable and replaceable, your life is not! Modern cars are basically a rolling computer surrounded by a variation of several different steels and alloys designed with one goal; keeping the driver and passenger safe. ACM (The Airbag Control Module) makes up to 312,000 calculations per second on a specially designed algorithm that decides when, how, and what air bags are to be deployed in an accident. The ACM and ECU (Electronic Control Unit) calculate your speed, weight, throttle position, brakes and the approximate weight and speed of the other vehicle. This is all calculated within a timeframe of 25-50 milliseconds. The structural design of your vehicle could include up to five separate forms of steel in its design; mild steel, Boron, Medium-Strength Low-Alloy (MSLA), High-Strength Low-Alloy (HSLA) and Ultra High Strength (UHSS). All these are used to give the maximum amount of structural rigidity with the least amount of weight. They are assembled using spot welds, panel bonding, rivets and high tensile bolts in several combinations. Even the glass and urethane adhesive is calculated into the vehicles structural integrity. Safety and customer service it what we provide at Southwest Collision. Your vehicle will be repaired by factory trained technicians, in a state of the art facility, guided by the manufacturer’s guidelines using all factory parts*. You have the right to have your vehicle repaired correctly at a facility of your choice. Would you have a proctologist do open heart surgery on you? Then why have a subpar repair facility repair your vehicle to someone else’s standards? We are I-CAR gold certified, have a “A+” rating with the BBB and a 4.9 out of 5 stars reviews on Google.
