I saw Lisa and she was excellent. Every time I left her office, I felt better. My condition improved greatly and I would highly recommend her.

    Phaedra Antioco, OTR/L
Phaedra is an Occupational Therapist and accepts traditional medicare.  She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and can relate to pain.  She knows how to relieve pain.  After 2 visits, I experienced some major relief.  I am very much looking forward to a series of treatments to relieve all my pain and get back to mobility and stamina that I have not experienced in years.  I am already walking and moving better than I have in 14 years and that is after 4 appointments.  I would recommend her to anyone who sincerely wants to rid themselves of pain

    Apex Physical Therapy
It's wonderful. I have an artificial shoulder. They installed it 7 years ago and that was the first time that I went to him. He did a wonderful job on it. It functions great. In 2013, I came down with an illness. They had to take out my T-11 vertebrae and they put a space around there, and then they put 2 titanium rods in my back and I went back to him and he had me up and going in no time at all. The doctor gave me a year and a half to 2 years and I was running in about 9-10 months. These people are just fantastic. He is a young man, 39 years old, and that's his company and his wife. I just recommend him to anybody and everybody. I recommended him to some friends and they just love him. They really help. They are fantastic! They have never made a mistake with me. I was in a car accident a year after my back surgery and I couldn't maneuver. He offered to come to the house and help me out. That's the kind of company that he runs. I can't say bad about them. I have graduated from my actual physical therapy and he's got a fitness program. I don't know if his prices have gone up but it's $30 a month and I can come and go as I please, and he's still there to help me if I need him. I can use the machines. It's like a health deal but it's not because he doesn't have a lot of weights. He just has stuff that helps me move around and maneuver and builds up my core strength and my strength at the same time. I can miss a month going there and then come back. It's great.

Southwest Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Surgery
I came through the surgery.  But it did not help.  The doctor was great.  I don’t recall his name.  He took me seriously and he really did make a difference to me.  The staff there is fabulous and they were very responsive.  It is very rare to find a doctor who would take you seriously because I had some meniscus tears and severe arthritis and that does not show up on x-rays.  I was in terrible pain and when nothing shows up on x-rays nobody takes you seriously.  All I needed to do was bend my knees and you could hear it and he could hear the bones grinding.  So it was really nice to be actually seen as opposed to being shuffled through.  He is great.  As for availability they have an online patient portal where you can ask for prescription refills, and ask questions.  I hate making calls so anytime a doctor or any kind of service allows me to make appointments online that has priority in my book.  The fact that the surgery was not effective was not the doctor’s fault.  They have a physical therapist there from another company but in this office.  When the physical therapist was running this office I found him less than effective.  His assistant did most of the work with me.  The therapist was congenial but he did not spend much time with me.  If I were to go to the physical therapist again, even though it was convenient for me to go for physical therapy there at the same place I would probably choose a different physical therapist.  Another thing that was fabulous about this doctor whose name I don’t recall and who did my surgery is that he has a open musculoskeletal ultrasound.  I could never had one done before because I have metal in my ears and I never found anybody who could do one of those for me and that is why diagnoses took so many years. He has an open one in his office and they were able to do an ultrasound on both my knees and he had no problem in doing it. That was a great positive for me that he had that machine and that I did not have to go anywhere else to get it done.  It was in his office and that was convenient for me.  I loved him from that moment.  I will use this doctor and facility in the future.

Great! Heather is very personable and very knowledgeable. Very thorough evaluation of my injury and the therapy to aid recovery. My ankle feels better already after only three visits (of 20 scheduled). Accepts insurance (TRICARE, for sure).

    Spine Inst of Arizona
They are outstanding. They wholly work on spine. They are just fantastic. I like their services. It's an incredible operation and very well managed. The staff is remarkable and very well trained. I'm a customer of theirs, so I know them quite well.

My therapist was Liz Brenci and she was not only familiar with my rare condition, but she had ideas to complement the physician's prescription. She scheduled me for an extra session when it was apparent I had an additional injury. I received complete care provided with the utmost compassion and professionalism. Since I do not live in Scottsdale permanently, I just had to take an educated guess on a provider. I got very lucky. With my background in medical care, I feel I am qualified to give this group an A++

    Continuum Wellness Clinic
It was impressed with Continuum both times I have been going there. Steven Garcia, my PT, helped relieve my pain in the upper back through many different methods - TENS, heat, massage, tape to help improve my posture, and of course stretching, strength building and developing core strength. He watched many sessions but when he had other clients, the techs assisted with my exercises. All the staff are friendly, talkative, willing to help, and assist with giving you the equipment you need and returning to the place after you use it. When released, I had no pain and could work on the computer freely. Now I am seeing Steven again to rehabilitate my leg after hip surgery. He made sure I was sticking to the protocols adapting the stretches and exercises so these protocols were maintained. He tries to make the exercises challenging enough to develop flexibility and strength without having me overdo myself. My recovering is coming along well, and I look forward to my sessions. Other Physical Therapy places I have gone to seem to just keep make you feel good while you are there but don't try to get you back to the point you no longer need to come. Continuum seems to want you to be healed, and get you there in a timely manner.

    Spooner Physical Therapy
Very friendly, courteous staff. They're always a great deal of help when you're going through your exercises and attentive to concerns and discomfort you have. It can get a little crowded in there, with multiple patients working individually, but it's definitely somewhere I'd recommend. My condition has drastically improved thanks to the therapy I got at Spooner.

    Spooner Desert Ridge
I had a great therapist (Molly) that put me on a good stretching program along with her massaging the areas each visit. I must say she has good strong hand and knew exactly which spots to work on. What I have is a problem with my IT band that goes from my hip to my knee on the outside of my leg. They are very careful to ask how I felt at each session to make sure we would never over do the exercises if they gave me more joint pain. When I began 3 weeks ago I could barely walk. Now I'm walking fine and down to my last couple visits. I think I will join the fit program they offer after for .$25.00 a month. I can go in any time I want, use the equipment to keep up the stretching or work on anything else that I'd like. With no contracts. I also used spooner therapy 4 other times, 6 years ago, before and after each of my knee replacements. I think they are the best and have had great care from them. It is the only therapy facility I would want to use.
