I had the granite counter tops in my kitchen cleaned, polished, sealed and calked.

This company is very professional and punctual. I received a quote and had the work done the next day. The workmanship and care made my counter tops look new again. Excellent company to work with.

Cleaning and sealing special stone countertop.

Sales person, David, was extremely honest, knowledgable, responsive. and helpful. Helped me create the "poultice" on my own for a better result and to save money and hassle. I talked to several other stone care companies who did not understand the intricacies of the stone I have and were just going to send in a "crew" for much more money. I am glad I was put in touch with Natural Stone Care.

I have a tumbled travertine tub surround that I needed to have the caulking removed, the tile and grout cleaned and sealed and then re-caulked.

They did a great job! They explained everything they were doing and gave me tips on maintaining the stone. I had contacted two other companies in addition to this one, however my job was too small for them. Thank you Natural Stone Care of taking my "little" project! I will be calling you again!

Clean/Restore my stone floor

The owner, Hank, is very knowledgeable, honest and reliable. He and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. He really knows his business better than anyone else we interviewed. They did a beautiful job cleaning our marbella stone floors which included filling holes and some restoration and we couldn't be happier with the results. He even said he can restore our saltillo tile on the patio which we will be calling upon him for in the not too distant future. We highly recommend AZ Stone Care.

We got an estimate for service but have delayed the project. Customer service was excellent from initial phone call, sales rep was very knowledgeable and professional, quote was easy to understand and follow up for questions was timely.

Work delayed but would use this company for the project.

Cleaned, honed, filled polished our travertine and marble tile floors

Starting with my first phone call...Rick was very responsive, came out and gave me a quote on the spot (after measuring), He worked on a tile to give me an idea of what I could expect in terms of results and took the time to educate me on the various types of tile we have in our new home. His team, Jobe, Moises and two others worked for two days in our home. They carefully masked furniture, carpet, etc. to ensure their procedures did not damage anything. They worked hard for two days and the floors look great. Jobe left instructions on how to care for the floor and a bottle of cleaner to use. I will definitely call them back for annual clean-ups.

Re-polished travertine flooring, showers and polished granite.

Great salesman, but didn't do a thorough job. Killed one of the plants outside by dumping cleaning solution on it. Left white polishing residue in every corner of the area they did, which was very large. Brought in people that didn't know how to do the job. Don't use this company! Spent too much money on a job that was very poorly done. Said they had learned a lot on the job. We wanted someone who had already learned how to care for our stone flooring!
