    A to Z Appliance Repair
Leonard was very responsive to my request within hours for a quote and followed up with an option to install the next day or the following day. I chose the following day but, he communicated that he would text me if he was able to complete the install the next afternoon which he did and the install was completed. He is very personable, answered any questions about the washer I had and in addition answered a couple of questions about two of my other appliances and checked one out as well with no additional charges. Leonard and A&J Appliance with be my first contact for any appliance repairs needed in the future.

    E & J Appliance Service Co
It took two service calls. The second time, the technician pulled out the dishwasher to fix the problem. He had to take the brackets out to pull out the machine. After he fixed it, he put it back flush with the cabinet. I asked if it was secured and he said yes and showed me by opening the dishwasher door. Instead of opening the door as he showed me, I pushed on it and it moved three inches closer to the back wall. It was not secured as before and the fact that I pushed on it must have surprised him because he made an excuse about it. So, he was either incompetent or was not truthful. Either way, I would not hire again.

    E & J Appliance Service Co
When I called, they got me a same day appointment which was a 2 hour window starting 2 hours after I made my phone call, so very prompt. They called with a more exact arrival time before they arrived. As soon as I described the problem, the technician said what it normally was that would make that washer sound like an airplane taking off, and that it would be cheaper to buy a new washer rather than repair this one if that was the case. He looked at it and verified the problem, and told me the price to fix it ($1100) which was indeed more than a new washer would be. Wasn't too surprised it was replacement time, as I have gotten around 16 years out of my Neptune. The technician gave me tips on buying a new washer (brands to avoid, how to get the best longevity, etc.) and asked if there was anything else he could take a look at while he was there. I asked a question on a stove burner and he said to replace the coil rather than attempt to deal with the *ahem* plastic that I accidently melted onto the hot burner when I sat something down without thinking about it the other night... He let me know where to get the replacement part. (He could have replaced if I wanted but it would have been more expensive).

I called for service and they were at my house within 2 hours. The repairman showed up when they said he would. He quickly diagnosed the problem provided me with a quote and made the repairs. Final price was as quoted, and my freezer is operating again. He even left me the replaced part without me having to ask.

    Hillside Appliance Repair
It's hard to find a repair company that responds quickly to home-service repairs, but Hillside was quick and efficient. We plan on using them in the future and recommending them to friends and neighbors. Thanks HIllside Appliance Repair!

    Hillside Appliance Repair
Service man opened fridge and said the water line was clogged and he could fix it for $200. It only needed to be defrosted so I declined. Looked at my stove, one of the burners did not come on, said parts were expensive and quoted approximately $350 to $450, I declined. Looked at my dryer and helped me pull it out to clean the lint from the area behind the wall. Took off the hose and went outside to empty it. Came back in and said hose was bad, wanted to replace it for $125. I declined. He put the old hose on and pushed the dryer back to the wall. After he left I noticed he left the clamp that was on the hose in my yard. I had to hire another company to come put the hose back on correctly so my dryer would even work. It worked before the service, but not afterwards. Very deceptive business practices, he only spent 40 minutes at most with me and tried to extort almost $800 more!!

Vladimir appeared rushed the entire time he was at our home and was on and off his phone the entire time. We have a Subzero and it had a "vacuum condenser" light flashing. We put freon in our fridge, but couldn't tell me how much he had to put in and then proceeded to charge me $225. I ask how he came to that figure and he said it was "in his book". I asked if he could show me and he conveniently couldn't find it and had to go. As soon as he left, the issue appeared again. Such a waste of time and money!!

    Howard Air
They called me to tell me they were on their way, arrived promptly and, as always, were very professional. Howard Air is the only company I will use for HVAC! Everyone from the salesperson to the office staff to the techs are so nice but very professional and helpful.

    Affordable Appliance Repair LLC
Affordable Appliance did a great job! We worked with Spencer who was very professional, courteous and prompt. He checked for a blockage (there wasn't one) and even pulled the dishwasher out from under the counter to check underneath to be sure no water was leaking. The water we saw turned out to be a sprayer arm getting caught on the utensils or out of place dish which caused the water leaked out from the corner. Spencer cleaned our dishwasher and ran it several times to make sure it was working properly. He was very thorough and gave us some tips on how to keep our dishwasher in good working order. We used Affordable Appliance before to repair our electric dryer. They did a great job then, too, so we knew we could trust them to do our dishwasher repair at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend them! Thanks again Spencer!

    Sears Appliance Repair
The pricing was a little expensive but I could not do anything about that. They were timely with the repair. They were responsive and they showed up on time. They cleaned up after the project as well.
