    It went GREAT! I cant begin to express enough gratitude for the care they so lovingly provided. My Husband was bedridden for 8 months and the care provider was always so attentive to his needs. Even after he was able to move around we continued to use the service to assist him with ADL's. To this day, we have a house keeper provided by Aatra. We are VERY happy with any service they have provided. We would absolutely recommend Aatra Supportive services. P.S-In my search for this company on Angie's List, it states that the telephone number is not valid. The number I have for Aatra Supportive Services is 520) 335 - 5057. I call it quit often & I know for a fact that this is the correct number.

    In the past 14 years, I have had some caregivers that did not care about the service, they just wanted the paycheck. They need to train their caregivers to provide the services they would want for their parents or themselves. I continue to stay with Accent Care because they are the best in town. Sad but true

    Only a phone call.  nothing past that.  They were very polite and helpful but again, they don't carry item I needed.  I received call a month later asking if I needed anything else and I thought that was very nice.  Very courteous.

    This provider stepped in to solve problems ignored by the company I purchased the scooter from. I intend to submit a review on that company separately.  Metro Med has worked with me for the better part of a year in an attempt to get resolution of continuing problems with this machine, including improper assembly, bad tires, and a bad engine.  It took more than a month to get the necessary parts to repair the scooter this last time, and while it is running correctly at the moment, it is very noisy and not anything I am proud to own.

    It took at least three times to finally get the item supposedly on order hopefully shipped to my house.  Until today (06/28/13) I had heard that it should be arriving by today, Friday June 28, 2013.   This is the second time this was told to me, the first over a week ago and I called and found out that they had no information from Urologist, though prevous 2 weeks before  they said they did and it should be delivered by Friday.  I was very happy though I doubted it would arrive by this Friday and figured I would call again this coming Monday, July 1.  I received a call today while I was out with my Father in Law having coffee and a sweet, which he lives for it seems.  I was very surprised at the call  The guy said after I said I was told it would be coming today, that he would look into it.  Nice of him to call. Then a few minutes later he calls and says they actually don't have the item available.  I could not beileve this!  I would have to say they are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with as far as not getting something weeks later and then saying they don't have it available. They should have told me this from the start..  They guy did give me two suggestions but that is not the point.  They waisted my time and also this is really bad for my father in law especailly if he falls and the catheter hose is loose and it pulls on his you no what.  I take care to tape it every day after the time  the orginal stabilization device put on at the urologists office when they change out his catheter which is once per month. Now I have to call on Monday and hope the Urologist office has an extra. If they don't I will taping it on at least once per day if not twice.

    How did it go overall?  Our family member died. I URGE YOU TO CONTACT THE ARIZONA STATE HEALTH DEPT. BEFORE ADMITTING YOUR FAMILY MEMBER TO THE FACILITY. I URGE YOU TO CONTACT THE ARIZONA STATE HEALTH DEPT. BEFORE YOU MOVE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER TO ANOTHER FACILITY. They can guide you through the rules and regulations of what this facility can and can not do. They faxed me the documents. I URGE YOU CONTACT THE ARIZONA STATE HEALTH DEPT. IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER IN THIS FACILITY. You can inquire as to the infractions this facility has documented.  I URGE YOU FILE ANY CONCERNS YOU HAVE REGARDING THE CARE OR ENVIRONMENT OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBER. YOU ARE NOT ALONE, THERE HAS BEEN MANY MANY COMPLAINTS FILED.  Check all your documents and make sure you have copies of all documents in your files. Make sure it is YOUR signature and printing on all documents. One document which we managed to acquire contained printing and signatures that did not match the handwriting of the person who allegedly signed this document. This document was submitted to the Arizona State Health Dept. Find out what you can and can not do in accordance with the laws and the documents you signed. In the end, this facility and the corporate office will give the family the run around, try to charge you and make you think you are required to pay all the fees being charged. The "Director" (Manager) will tell you they have to talk with their supervisor and will get back to you. Unfortunately, the answer never comes, just more run around. Like I stated in the beginning, our story is too long to write here. These are just a few of the problems we encountered. LISTEN TO YOUR FAMILY MEMBER IF THEY ARE COMPLAINING. Good possibility there is something you needed to check into. My sincerest appreciation to the Arizona State Health Dept.  for investigating and taking the necessary steps to help our family resolve the issues with this facility. We would NOT recommend anyone placing their loved ones in this facility.
