    On the event date they sent us the driver's name and phone number. They did not show up at the agreed upon time so we called the driver and he said he was on his way. When he didn't show up another 30 minutes later, we tried calling again but the call was not answered. End result: They never showed up!!! After waiting over an hour for them to arrive, we made other arrangements. Fortunately, the restaurant could accommodate us two hours later than our reservation time. I would never use this company and can only say "Buyer Beware" if you do hire them -- and make sure you have a backup plan.

    Fix My RV is an outstanding service.  Jeff, himself, (and others), describe him as highly detail-oriented.  This is so true, and it translates into extra service and extra safety for his clients.  After seeing several reviews, I called Jeff and asked him about batteries, since my electrical system was not working on my 2011 Coachmen Freelander.  Jeff gave me a full understanding of how the electrical system and ?house? batteries work and interact, as well as the many options I had based on my style of camping.  I ended up getting totally different batteries than I had assumed I would get, and am convinced that this setup is
    far superior to those I was planning to get.  Jeff also picked up my batteries from his distributor, since we needed them in a hurry.  Now, he is custom making a battery clamp for my battery compartment. 
    When Jeff was at my home installing the batteries, he noted the terrible condition of my tires?.dangerous, really!  He also went on top of my RV to inspect the solar panel we had installed earlier.  I learned a tremendous amount from Jeff, and feel he clearly has his clients? best interests in mind. He always calls back when he says he will. He?s a very knowledgeable, conscientious, friendly and skilled individual.  I plan to use him for all of my future RV-related work.  He?s the ?Real Deal? for sure!!

    She helped us when we forgot one of our passports.
    She reaaranged the trip and also got our airline to not charge us to change our flight. She really worked h****** this. She even gave me her home and cell number and said if we had any more problems or got stuck somewhere to call her.

    My husband accidentally took the wrong passports with him to our cruise. Instead of mine, he accidentally grabbed my father's. They were so kind, they refunded the three days we could not use and we did not even ask them for it.

    they got our camper in and had the repairs done in 1 week so we wouldn't have to change our plans to go camping. Zach listen to what I had to say and followed thru. They give great customer service and make sure your happy before you leave. Zach kept me informed thru e-mail during the week so I knew what was going on. They are fantastic.

    IntheScene was an overall great experience. They were slightly late, but did call well in advance to let me know they were caught in traffic and were going to adjust their route to get to us as quickly as possible. 30 minute late arrival but they did credit me back the 30 minutes which was awesome. They also comped us 2 bottles of champagne knowing it was our anniversary. James, the driver, was extremely professional and friendly. He gave us all of the details of the limo, showed us how to plug in our own music and what to do if we needed to speak with him. We appreciated the privacy as we wanted to spend our time with each other, and not having a conversation with the driver.
    Once we requested pickup from dinner, he was extremely prompt and we had a great ride around town as we just wanted to enjoy the limo ride with no specific additional destinations in mind.
    It was a great time and we would most certainly consider using them again.

    We had a great time!  The party bus rocked! The driver was cool and left the 30 of us partying on the bus alone.  We were loud and obnoxious.  But, they dealt with us well.    I Highly recommend them.

    They only take four people in the van and generally from the community we live in. They are just very prompt and they always call ahead to verify and let you know you have all the information and when we're coming home, they even call to verify that we're still coming in at the same time. They've been just very efficient and very courteous.

    Preposterous…Absurd…Ludicrous…Outlandish Pick your adjective – all of them fit this dealership! They have the audacity to purport on their website “to provide the highest level of service, value and standards to the RV Community.” NOTHING could be further from the truth. After purchasing in January 2012, this dealer had it for 9 weeks attending to warranty work – and we had had it for 5 weeks – now that’s a SWEET deal at twice the cost! So in 16 weeks, we only enjoyed 1 month with it.
    Their service department is run by an incompetent and management, through the highest level of ownership, have not once taken responsibility for the poor service and condescension experienced by me from their service personnel. AND we are still finding problems! We’ve had our coach in and out over three occasions; we experienced nothing but bad communication or no communication and I actually believe the incompetent service manager lied to his supervisor concerning where a part was acquired from (meaning we believe that in order to “fix” a broken vent cover in one area of our coach, they simply took off a “good” (and matching in size and shape) vent cover from another area of our coach and swapped them out – thinking we wouldn’t notice when we got the coach back).

    The service manager lied about delivery times and also blamed Eclipse for any delays. He was condescending to me when I asked if our personal property would be safe when the coach was in for service. He looked at me, looked at our 18 ft toy hauler/RV and said (in a sarcastic and condescending manner) and quot;Uh, yes, your stuff will be safe. Maam, we service $750,000 coaches here...your little coach and stuff will be just fineand quot;. I think the real and quot;kickerand quot; was that I drove the trailer to the dealership for service as my husband had to work the Saturday of one of our appointments. The Service Manager actually told me I needed to get the toy hauler off the hitch to our truck when I brought it in for service -- I'm a 52 year old female!! He said the dealership's insurance policy did not allow him to touch or take the trailer off the hitch. (I later learned from the dealership's operations director and owner that the dealership's insurance policy does not carry any sort of declaration which precludes or prohibits service personnel from assisting clients with their trailers but, in fact, it is a dealership policy -- nice policy -- very customer friendly -- as I'm sure you can surmise, I'm being very sarcastic).
    Do yourself a favor, try Little Dealer Little Prices just off I-17 and Deer Valley or Camping World off I-10 and the 101 (west) – both will take in any coach even without an appointment regardless of where you purchased. Obviously I’m sure you can guess where we will be going for all of our future RV needs

    They are just convenient and offer a full range of services. They also have a supply center, which is probably one of the largest for in-store supply in the area. They have a service department and collision center.
