    I've been going to Vimtrim for about 6 months now and I'm loving my results. I work with John and he is so great. He pushes me just enough but isn't a crazy drill sergeant. He has really personalized the workout to make it right for me and to focus on the most important things to me. I'm so much stronger and more confident than ever. He has helped me with strength training as well as my posture which has helped my lower back pain tremendously. Oh, I've also got mys sister signed up, the group rates are an added bonus! I could go on and on. I'm just very happy with the decision to start with Vimtrim and have no plans of stopping!

    VIMTRIM personal training with John Turose is absolutely the best! I've been training with him for 5 months with a focus to improve my running form and increase my overall strength. Because of his training, I can now run without nagging pains in my knees and shoulders and I am more toned so feel comfortable in my clothes again. John has a talent for customizing and breaking down exercises into basic steps so they are done safely, with the right form, even for the most uncoordinated people like me! He is knowledgeable, fun to talk to and down-to-earth awesome, which makes working out enjoyable. I definitely recommend anyone at ANY age or ability to train with John because he will boost your confidence in exercising!

    I have been working out with John Turose for about 3 months, it has become my favorite 2 hours of the week! John is working with me on healing old injuries, strengthening muscles after surgery, improving posture, and eating properly. I have lost @25 lbs, but even better than that, my muscle % has been increasing and my fat % decreasing and I am losing inches! I feel great - I am so glad that I signed up to train with John, it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I highly recommend John and Vimtrim - he encourages me and gets me through even when I don't think I can actually keep going, and he is amazing at modifying exercises or finding new ones if one we try doesn't work well for me. Thank you John!!

    Outstanding personal training! I'm training with Steven Rathbun 3 times per week at the Ray location. Steve is very knowledgeable in all the current health plans and training methods and has helped me jump start my conditioning program after a 20 year (yes.. you read that right.. 20!) workout hiatus. I feel better physically and mentally than I have in years and I'm beginning to see muscle returning and the body shifting back to a more healthy look. Top of the line equipment, top of the line trainers, top of the line methods.. CAN'T FAIL!! Thanks VimTrim!
