Lopez Landscaping was able to transform our much needed renovation backyard to our dream backyard. Tony was able to capture what we really wanted and incorporate his ideas to add more pizzaz. His crew even worked on some weekends and started very early in the morning.

  • Our grill had not been cleaned in years, the paint was peeling off cover and the burners were plugged & the grates were well worn.The technicians were on time, knowledgeable and worked non stop the entire time they were here (in the high heat).  When they finished the grill worked and looked like new.  I was impressed with their knowledge and also that they didn't try to sell me replacement parts that I didn't need.  I will definitely have them back next year.

  • I purchased a new built-in gas bbq online, and bbq docs re-sized my outdoor kitchen counter to accommodate the new bbq. They took care of all aspects of the installation, including unpacking the bbq, connecting the natural gas line and regulator, testing the unit, and taking away the old bbq and all packing materials. Excellent clean up, Filled the drip tray with kitty litter and even gave me a new cleaning brush!

    On the fire pit, they cut the old lines to remove the fire ring, installed new piping and furnish a new stainless steel fire ring. They tested the operation and cleaned the area.

    Totally professional and punctual. Nice family run business who pride themselves in delivering great service at a fair price. Thanks guys!

  • I had called and talk to someone over the phone and I was told to email some pictures of my fireplace. After that they never responded back to my emails.   I had called and left a message a couple times and they did not return the call.

  • It went great!! Greg came on a Saturday (showed up right on time) and was only supposed to give us an estimate. He found the valves were bad, he had some on the truck and offered to replace them right away. Greg explained every step of the repair and did an excellent job. I feel that this business is honest, ethical and does the right thing. You can trust them.

  • We've owned this house for going on six years and were told when we bought it that the Chimney should be cleaned out and a cap should be put on. Until then we should only use Duraflame. We finally got around to the service and we are very pleased. There was heavy build up in the flue and chimney and they cleaned it all out. At the same time, we had them clean our dryer vent; also heavy build up. We were able to enjoy nice fires throughout the holidays and our laundry no longer takes over an hour per load! That alone made it worth it.

  • They did a good job. He had to put his vacuum cleaner in there and it filled his vacuum cleaner full of stuff so it worked good. He was quick, efficient, courteous and he did a good job. He was showing me what he was doing while he was doing it and he even had to get up on the roof to run a brush down to the vent from the top. It was great. No problems for me. We'd call them again if the problem happens again. I don't know how long this will last but we'll call them again. I paid the exact cost of the deal.

  • Initially my experience with Masterscapes was positive.  They were prompt in contacting me to arrange a time for Troy Rock to come to my home and walk through the work I was interested in having completed.  When I made my appointment I was clear that my projects were smaller in nature and that if they weren't interested in that type of work I understood.  I was told the were interested in providing an estimate and in being considered for the projects I had.
    Troy arrived at my home on time on April 25th and we walked through my budget (which was smaller) as well as the projects that I wanted estimates for.  I explained that I understood my budget wouldn't allow us to complete all of the projects at once but that I was interested in having a contractor work on over a period of time.  Troy was professional while he was in my home and took multiple notes/measurements. 
    Troy told me that he was "very busy" and it could take up to two weeks for him to get back to me with an estimate.  I said ok and waited for him to get back to me.  On Monday, May 14th (almost 3 weeks later) I had not heard anything from Troy so I sent him an e-mail about the estimate and if he was still interested in an opportunity to bid my project to please contact me with the details ASAP. He contacted me that day via phone and explained that he had been "very busy" and had not had a chance to put together an estimate and he "might" have time that Wednesday but that if I didn't hear back from him I should call to "remind" him.  This was extremely disappointing and at this point I was no longer interested in doing business with Masterscapes as it was clear they weren't interested in my business.
    Troy did call me on the 16th and left a message saying my estimate was ready.  I wasn't able to return his call until this past Monday the 21st.  During that conversation, I confirmed my decision to not do business with this company as Troy didn't recall that he hadn't provided me an estimate and he stated that he'd try and call me back once he could locate the paperwork which he has not yet done.  Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and left an impression of unprofessionalism with me.  I have decided to go with a different contractor that was much more interested in doing business with me and my small projects.

  • We purchased a new Weber gas grill from Lowe's. They assembled and delivered but would not attach to the gas line. We contacted Joe for the service. He was very responsive. The fee was quite reasonable for a safe hookup. He explained our gas lines to us and gave us some pointers on how to extend the life of our investment. We will definitely contact him again. Thank you for the great service.
