  • I had ever had a cleaning service before so, I asked a co-worker who she used. She recommended Lucy’s immaculate Cleaning Service. I called Lucy and she was very prompt to return my call. I told her that I had company coming this weekend and my house needed some serious love. She came to my house that day and gave me a fair estimate. The ladies arrived on time the next morning and went to work. Everything was completed on time and our home was so clean and sparkly, I almost could not believe how much they did in a short period of time. I was so impressed that I set-up a cleaning service with them twice a month.

  • Jim showed up and we explained to him the our dryer does not working properly lately and we suspect that the reason is clogged air duct. He took pictures and showed us the the duct is dirty but not clogged. Jim did clean up the duct and also replace the tube from the dryer to the duct to new sorter and flexible model without any extra charge. I would recommend Jim to anyone that need good and professional dryer vent cleaning.

  • My wife scheduled the appointment and the business owner (Bill Laborde) was able to work with us on the exact date that we needed them done, despite the fact that the Holidays were only 2 weeks away at that point. We felt that his quote was very fair for the work that needed to be done. On the day of the appointment, Bill arrived slightly early and was ready to go right on time. He is a very personable guy and took the time to explain his business and listened intently to the description of areas that we wanted him to focus on. He even threw in a soiled throw rug for free. He started with areas in the back of the house first, to not track over areas already cleaned. THE RESULTS: The carpets and tiled areas have never looked better!! We had previously used two other carpet cleaning companies and when they were done, some deeply soiled spots still remained. But when Bill was done every spot was gone and the floors looked terrific! The wife and I are "extremely pleased" with the results!! In summary, we have found our new "go to" carpet cleaner for the future. We highly endorse his business and would recommend him to all of our family and friends, without reservation, period.

  • Prior to this cleaning, I contracted with Brimley's White Glove Chem-Dry to clean carpeting & furniture twice to our satisfaction with the same technician. On 9/26/17 I contracted with them to clean our sectional sofa and unfortunately the prior technician was no longer with them. After the cleaning and examining the sectional I denoted tremendous amounts of discoloration in the bottom portion and streaking on several cushions. The stains weren't there prior to. After complaining to the general manager, JoAnn Talbott, she said she would send out technician to resolve my issues. The 2nd person showed and re-cleaned the entire sofa again and said to look it over after it dried in 3-5 hours. It took two days for the cushions to dry at which time I notice a tear in one of the cushions as well as the stains. Again I complained to the GM who assured me that she would send out her expert corporate trainer/#1 cleaner this time and I would be happy with the results. Upon arriving and after examining the sectional the expert informed me that the stains on the lower portion must have been caused by my wife's dirty calves and then insisted that it was the lighting in our room that made the sectional appeared stained. After it dried I re-examined it again, only to find stains throughout. Again I complained to the GM. She replied via email: It is cleaned and cleaned properly and offered to refund the cleaning price on the sofa because of the inconvenience with additional appointments. Since this ordeal started, I sought and received feedback from three professionals regarding the condition of the sofa-sectional and they have all been unanimous in their opinion. After inspecting the sectional an independent insurance adjuster (approved by many major insurance companies) provided me a written statement indicating the sectional was ruined beyond repair because of improper cleaning and/or improper chemical balance. After reviewing detailed pictures, I received verbal confirmation from a senior customer service representative with Williams Sonoma (owner of the Pottery Barn from where I purchased the sofa) indicating the same conclusion. I also had Mr. JR Ordonez, owner of Customers Own Fabric, an upholstering store, fiscally inspect the sofa. He too indicated the same. Mr. Court, Owner of Chem-Dry, indicated through social media’s that I refused to allow them to clean the sofa a 4th time and he's right. After cleaning it twice, they sent out their expert technician for a third cleaning. Cleaning the sofa a fourth time is a waste of my time especially when the sofa was ruined beyond repair by their first ill trained technician. Mr. Court also indicated I signed a disclaimer that basically lets them off the hook in situations like this. I was never required to sign or initial any of these areas and my original copy will indicate this. A couple of weeks ago I requested Mr. Court file a claim with their insurance company. He replied that he would file a claim only if I removed the negative reviews first. Since then he indicated he did file a claim but wasn't sure when he did it. It's been well over a week and I have not heard from their insurance adjuster. I just read his rebuttal with Yelp and Goggle reviews two days ago and it became obvious to me that Mr. Court has been misleading me with his intentions or resolving my complaint, nor do think he ever intended to file an insurance claim. I honestly believe Mr. Court felt his disingenuous rebuttal would be sufficient in insuring doing business with potential customers. According to the Pottery Barn, the cost to replace our ruined sofa-sectional is approximately $5200 and their offer to reimburse us $160 for the cleaning is an insult my intelligence. Throughout this horrific process their employees have been offensive, unprofessional and have exhibited an extreme lack of follow up. Ironically, as mentioned prior, I have contracted with their firm twice before with great success. Obviously the professionalism and integrity I experienced before no longer exists. I would not recommend this company to anyone to do any type of cleaning especially if you value fine carpeting and furniture.

  • Ken and Greg were my cleaner team, they did a great job. They cleaned everything described as in the move in/out package, and had my kitchen appliances shining as new!!! They even cleaned my dirty brown entrance light into shine too!! They are amazing! Thank you Palladino's cleaning service. I will definitely recommend to my friends!!

  • He came in, gave me the quote, started immediately, and did a very good job. The equipment sucked out more water than who I had last year because my carpet was terribly rippled last year. They did a very good, clean job. I was really happy with it.

  • It went very well, there were 3 ladies that were friendly, fast and professional. They got delayed in traffic and called that they may be about 10-12 min later than the scheduled 9A time. They did a beautiful job. They went beyond what I expected, even dusted and cleaned the wooden shutters that we have through out the house. They are so good that I've hired them to come monthly, also you will love the roses that are made for the Kleenex box and toilet paper. :) I would highly recommend them and will be telling my neighbors and friends about them also.

  • It went great, they were on time. I really would have understood if they cancelled because it was 117 outside and were here in the heat of the day 11A/12P. I provided them cold bottled water and they enjoyed the cool air conditioning when they finally got to work inside. Two hard workers - friendly and professional. They did an excellent job and definitely will hire them again.
