First they determined that the under cabinet fixture had a blown ballast. It was so old that it was irreplaceable. They had to leave to buy a new fixture. It came close to matching the existing other fixtures and the lighting now works great. The plug receptacle was replaced by a stock receptacle that they carried in their truck. It also now works great. The two men came when scheduled and were quite knowledgeable about the work.

We moved into a new home that needed some updating. We decided to do the Kitchen first and since we have used Kirk before we called them first. They did not disappoint. We were kept apprised of schedules and all the workmen were professional and courteous. We love our new kitchen and everyone we have over remarks on the design and finishes., Great job !! Thanks guys, D

They made holes in my shingles and voided my roofer's 15 yr warranty. They said the holes were from fall protection equipment. However, if they had used a different anchor system, they could drill through the substrata and thereby protect the shingles. I have been dealing with them for 7 months and I got a judgment from small claims court on June 29, 2018 for $735.40. They have not paid me as of 8-7-18.

SunPro Solar was A+ from the very beginning giving us all the information to research the Panasonic 325 panels / 25 year full warranty, Premium Plus Panel holding up to high winds, hail , and Arizona summer heat, as well as a low loss of power over 25 years. John H. was absolutely fantastic with us as we took our time researching all of the above and comparing it to 5 other companies. No other company gave us all the above benefits at a great price ( with $8000 Federal and $1000 State income tax credit ). He got us online with the utility company only 7 weeks after we signed and friends of ours have waited 7 months. He kept us informed of when the install would be, when the utility company would inspect the work, when the utility company would come back and install the meter so we could officially go live online. He followed through with everything he said / promised and prompted the utility company to give a date for every step of this process. He has been available as a rep. of SunPro Solar for all our questions and how to get the computer monitoring system so we can see that our system is producing all the electricity that SunPro Solar promised us. We are on target to produce 107% of our needed electricity needs. We are very, very happy with SunPro Solar and John H. is a big reason for this. We recommend them 120%

These guys are great. We have a regular contract with them, they do the annual inspection as well as on-call repairs. A few months back, a circuit breaker failed, and they recommended that we replace all of them prior to selling the house. We're about to sell the house, and just had the work done - at a good price. They also spotted some features of the electrical wiring that should increase our sale price.

If you are looking for a review, do not go to SUNDROP SOLAR as all reviews are reviewed by SUNDROP SOLAR prior to being posted. They also say only completed installations will be accepted, I don't know how many were not completed, and couldn't write a review. I guess the best way to tell my experience is with a copy of the Complaint to the ********* ** ***********: Contract was signed on 25 June 2016 for the installation of 30 solar Panels on the roof of a shade structure at ***** ** **** ****** Ln., Sun City AZ. $20,000.00 was immediately withdrawn from GreenSky Financial. SUNDROP SOLAR came to the site and took some measurements soon thereafter and left. I was E-mailed plans. After some E-mails back and forth, I approved the plans on 22 November 2016. After a considerable time and no response to phone calls and E-mails I went to Planning and Development and found Permit #B**SSN** had been issued. I stopped by SUNDROP SOLAR on the way home to see if there was a problem. I was informed there was no problem, just a lot of work. This was sometime in late Jan. or early Feb. 2017. NOTHING was done and I went to see them again in late April and they came out and installed a 1” electrical conduit and some supports on the shade structure. The inspection of the conduit failed the first time due to not being deep enough under the driveway. I dug the trench out and reset the conduit and called them to inform them that the conduit had failed and I thought I had corrected the problem, but they might want to check. The conduit was re-inspected on 17 June 2017 and passed. I called them and informed them that it had passed. I have had 1 phone call ~2 months ago saying they were having a meeting about the installation and would call the next day. I heard nothing and went to see them, (I never got a reply to any E-mail and could never get any information on the telephone, except they would get back to me, which they never did.), on 28 July 2017. They said they would call me, which they have not. The original contract indicates the installation would be in ~120 days. All that has been done is the trench and conduit, which has yet to be filled in, and the supports on the roof of the structure. I believe I have been more than fair on allowing the time that I have allowed. Very little to have for $40,662.00 invested. This complaint was filed on 02 August 2017. Sundrop Solar has not answered any of the communications from the ********* ** *********** or myself. I am now trying to recoup some of the funds, but I cannot get a reply from their Bonding Agent. I have discussed the problem with other solar system installers and they would install the same system for ~$32,000.00. I hope I can get some of the funds back, and find someone to install the system prior to 28 Feb. 2018 as that’s when the APS Grandfather expires. I would not recommend even talking to anyone associated with SUNDROP SOLAR. I would give it 0 stars if I could. It cost over $9.000.00 to replace the damaged roof in addition to the$40,622 for the installation Itryed a law suit but the lawyer didn't recommend it. He said I would win, but probably couldn't collect anything. I will try to recover a max of $30,000.00 through the ROC recovery program. Sundrop will keep the $40,622.00. Pretty good business plan, take the money, don'do the work and let the chips fall where they may. I have tried many times to contact Sundrop Solar the last 3 months and they never callback. I finally went to see them. No response, just stone-walling.

In 45 years of home ownership and countless renovations, Arizona Rainfall is only the second contractor to earn an absolute, unqualified 5 stars from us. All work was performed as contracted and to our complete satisfaction. Project was started on time, completed exactly as scheduled and clean up was done in excess of our expectations. The owner, Gary H. was involved in every aspect of the project from listening to our needs, quoting and explaining the job, and daily checking up while the work was being performed (9 days.) We even made a last minute change to the scope of the project which AZ Rainfall responded to with extraordinary speed and quality. We do not give out perfect scores easily but in this case, AZ Rainfall earned every accolade we could give them. We intend to call AZ Rainfall when it comes time to renovate our front yard. It is hard to imagine another contractor having the resources and skills to execute a landscaping project any better. John

It went great from day one. SGM is a family (Salvador, Deena and Luis) run general contractor business that does great work. The architect, plumber, drywaller, electrician, carpenter, and laborers all did very good to excellent work. SGM was easy to work with and provided an excellent finished product at a reasonable price. Next year, when we do some more work, we hope to use SGM again.

Excellent service. I called Greg, he answered his phone, I told him what I needed and he told me he would be at my house in 1-2 hours. He arrived in about an hour and installed the GFI outlet, replaced a switch and installed an outlet cover. Greg is very personable, knowledgeable and professional.

Everything on the list was completed in the 8-hour time frame. I was very pleasantly surprised that Mark got to every item. The ceiling fans installation required follow-up drywall and paint work in order to mask the new wiring run (as if it had never happened!), and I elected to have my good friends at Success Painting (another Angie's List affiliate and one that I have used many times) complete that task. It looks like all of the items installed by Mark have always been there. Very Pleased!
