    Arcadia Door Repair
Bill Arbuckle is a truly outstanding professional. This was a very difficult job, as I had two large, heavy doors that were in bad disrepair. Bill worked diligently on the doors and tracks for six hours, and just charged me his usual fee for a normal door repair. He is a perfectionist. He put in rollers that were of much higher quality than the original ones he replaced. The doors now slide better than when they were brand new. I give Bill my highest recommendation.

    Kirk Development Co
We moved into a new home that needed some updating. We decided to do the Kitchen first and since we have used Kirk before we called them first. They did not disappoint. We were kept apprised of schedules and all the workmen were professional and courteous. We love our new kitchen and everyone we have over remarks on the design and finishes., Great job !! Thanks guys, D

    M & H Handyman Service
He completed the requested repairs perfectly. He had the expertise to know how to complete the repairs. For the jobs that I was going to do myself he not only told me how to do them but he gave me the hardware and drill bit at no additional charge. What more could I ask. His card is on top of those that we will hire again.

    SGM Construction LLC
It went great from day one. SGM is a family (Salvador, Deena and Luis) run general contractor business that does great work. The architect, plumber, drywaller, electrician, carpenter, and laborers all did very good to excellent work. SGM was easy to work with and provided an excellent finished product at a reasonable price. Next year, when we do some more work, we hope to use SGM again.

    Chucks Painting
He asked me to pick out the colors, and then get back to him so we could meet, I could give him a deposit, and we could finalize the paperwork. I did as he asked me to do and then attempted to reach him to set a time to give him a deposit. I tried reaching him several times during the past 24 hours, but got no reply. He was aware that I'm leaving town in 2 days (3/10/18), and he already told me a couple of days ago on the phone that he was ready to start the job during the first week I'll be gone (the week of 3/12 to 3/18), so I thanked him and said that was great. Today I finally got a call back from Chuck, and he told me very bluntly that "You are not my only customer, and I no longer want to do this work for you." This was a blow! Since we had the agreed on everything verbally in person, I was counting on his following through with his promise to start the job while I was out of state preparing to move my belongings to Arizona. When I got no answer to my text messages during the past 24 hours, I strongly suspected that something was wrong. I texted him that if he didn't want to do the whole job for me, then could he at least do the drywall repairs needed after electrical upgrades and remove the wallpaper so i'd be ready to paint when I got moved in. That was when he called me back and said the deal was off (didn't give a reason). He said that because no money had changed hands, he wasn't responsible to follow-through on our agreement. Of course, that's not legally correct, since we had a binding verbal agreement. Chuck is a very "intense" personality, and I suspect he has more work coming in than he's comfortable handling. I know he had to do some juggling of jobs to fit me in (he told me so). If you're willing to take a chance on possibly being left hung out to dry, then you might get lucky with Chuck. Personally, I'd prefer dealing with a company that is dependable and keeps its word. I'm wondering if it's because I'm a woman that he thought it would be OK to stick it to me? Could be, so keep that in mind too.

    Rounds Construction LLC
Chris Rounds and his crew were absolutely fantastic! Due to my fathers medical issues, I needed to find a local contractor who was willing to work with me (I live out of state in Oregon), and be flexible with scheduling the work to be done. Not only was Chris responsive to our requests, he spent a fair amount of time negotiating with the insurance company to make things happen, which was very much appreciated. Due to my limited availability to travel to AZ, Chris scheduled the work right away, and completed the project earlier than originally quoted to allow me to return home on time. Chris and his crew were prompt, professional, provided high quality work, and maintained excellent lines of communication with my dad and I about the process and progress of the project. He visited the site daily to ensure quality and answer any questions we had, while always being available other hours to respond to requests. Suffice it to say, our expectations were far exceeded! A great experience, and would highly recommend his services.

Steel Shield Security Doors And More
It went well, but we have had some mechanical problems with our back slider and have had to have them come out twice now and my front gate latch broke off and had to have them back a third time. They were always gracious about coming out, but I felt it was unusual for so many problems so soon after installation.

    DunRite Windows & Doors
Sal made the trip to my home to discuss my project. I had an idea in mind what I wanted to do, but after listening to my "wish list", he recommended a different style window, which met all of my criteria! DunRite had a problem with some breakage during shipment from factory, so was unable to install on scheduled date. Sal was very apologetic. Replacement windows were delayed at factory, but as soon as they came in, Sal scheduled the installation. All went well after that. The two installers were personable, answered all my questions, and did a very professional job. I would definitely recommend them. I love the windows!!

    First Impression Ironworks
BUYER BEWARE! Overall experience was poor at best; we ordered three doors and each one has had multiple issues along with very poor installation. Door sweeps had gaps, automatic closer was incorrectly installed leaving four additional holes in our door frame, one door was manufactured incorrectly and had to be hung in reverse leaving four screw holes exposed only later to be filled in with a chemical "Steel Stick" and poorly painted over. Front door knob and deadbolt installed much higher than we expected. Sales Rep indicated that the manufacturer supplied door knobs could be rekeyed by home owners which is not correct. Issues and installation started in April 2017 several dozen calls / emails to customer service has resulted in 6 additional visits, 7 total with another one pending and still no resolution. Additionally all the visits have been scheduled late in the day inconveniencing our family time and the response from the customer service rep was "that just the way it is, more convenient for our employees" Just wish we could get our money back

    Renewal by Andersen of Phoenix
We had used Anderson in a previous residence & knew we would get a quality product & service. They did not disappoint. Anderson tends to be a little pricier than other windows available, but we think worth the money. The team completed the work & cleaned up everything in one day. Well done.
