  • Great, responsible, timely, professional Service. Always quick responses over the years when we've had specific problems between regular scheduled service. Once it was ants after a particularly bad rain storm that drove a trail of them into my casita. At another time, we had some Desert Rat activity around our BBG. Both were handled quickly and successfully when I called in for help. Highly recommend their services!

  • Originally I started looking for company that could deal with my termite problem and found numerous companies that wanted too much money for their service and only provide 5 year warranties. As I researched Irish Pest, I found that their warranty (10 year) and price was well within my range. They are very professional, responsive and well trained technicians. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest company. Thanks Irish

  • Sincere Warning, Do not use Greenleaf Pest Control without reading the complaints on this and other sites, there is a terrible pattern if you're not satisfied for any reason, even up to date on payments, cancel and refuse further service..... They tack on all kinds of extra charges $250+ or more, then send you to collections so you'll pay to keep your credit rating clear. there is a name for such practices,

  • Not well, Their hose left snake-like paths all over my front desert rocks, just a mess a mess, I'm 71, I asked them to please set the yard back to the condition it was prior to their service, as my landscape company comes once a month. (really never had a company not clean up after themselves before). the next service was even worse. when I complained he literally laughed at me, and I told them not to return. Paid for those two treatments. they still came again, I refused their work. They kept billing me, I told them I had stopped and refused their service... You know now sent me to collections. I would say beware if you have complaints another person was treated like that in the BBB report.

  • They come quarterly. I think I pay around $105 every time they come. We also have a contract with them to check for termites. I think my husband contracted them when we had a termite problem. For some reason, the area we are in has a lot of termite problems. 

    They?ve had a good bit of turn over from time to time. We?ve been with them for probably at least 4 years. I?m happy enough that I don?t find someone else. Price ? I guess they?re competitive, I never checked it out. The quality of service seems good. They are responsive. Professionalism ? Most of them I would give an ?A?. As I?ve said, they had some apparently turn over, because I had different people there for a while that I wasn?t real happy with that. I am using them on an on-going basis.

  • From the start, everyone I encountered was professional & courteous. The crew was super hard working and checked in with me to ask if I had questions. The last person on site, Dan, explained the warranty for both the workmanship and the product. Cleaned the site of all debris and trash. Very pleased with the customer service from everyone I encountered.

  • I have to say Bulwark has some very nice young men working for them. This was Seth's first time here. He called before he came and let me know when he would be at my house. I was impress with the strength of his handshake and the fact that he looked straight in my eyes as he shook my hand and introduced himself. That says a lot about a person. He did an excellent job as I asked him to come in and spray for cockroaches as a maintenance procedure. He was very accommodating and even sprayed under the sink besides spraying the drain in the shower. Seth is a definite asset to Bulwark.

  • Contacted Desert Sky Pest Control but ValleyPro Pest Control were the ones that did the work. Technician was very nice. He told me that the hive was massive and, with my permission, he would open up the area, remove the bees and hive, and then close back up the area. What went wrong was the pricing. I was told to kill the bees would be $170. I agreed to that. Then I was told that it would be between $750 and $800 for opening the area for removal and then restoring the area. I started to not have that done because another company had quoted me lower prices on the phone. In fairness, since the other quote was by phone and their charges could have been higher. The technician finally said he would do it for $650. I agreed but said that if it was smaller than what he thought would he drop the price. He said he would take me up on that. When he finished, he presented me with 3 separate charges:$170 to kill the bees, $625 for hive removal, and $650 for opening and closing the roof area. he total job time from arrival to my house until finish as around 3 hours. I discussed the billing with the technician that he was charging me too much but he insisted that he told me. The technician wrote up and presented to me 2 separate invoices AFTER the work. He presented me NOTHING explaining the complete charges before the work was performed to guarantee that I understood there to be 3 separate charges. I signed nothing authorizing the work before the work began. i immediately called the office of Desert Sky and was treated rudely. I explained what I wrote above and the lady said that it was explained to me by the technician and I agreed. She said she can't help it if I am incapable of understanding the technician. Then she abruptly hung up n me. What she doesn't know is that I am a certified supreme court mediator and have 48 years of experience as a minister. I listen more carefully than most people and I can say with certainty that this was not explained as 3 separate charges. With my experience with this company I would guarantee I am not the only person this has happened to.
