    Fix-it With Flannery Handyman Services
We could not have been more pleased. Terry did a wonderful job at a very fair price. He was very cautious and made sure everything was done right. If you live in Payson, Strawberry, Pine or surrounding area we highly recommend!

Terry provides prompt and professional service. Always a pleasure to work with and my mom just loves him. Certainly my go to guy in Payson AZ. Even when I think I know what I want, he gave good advice on the alternatives and helped guide the projects along. I have no problem recommending him and give him an A+ in service.

    Travis Construction Services
To say we are pleased with the work Travis did would be an understatement!  Everything either met or exceeded our expectations!
I just read a review that someone wrote about him and I am positive that they have him confused with someone else.  The person they described doesn't remotely sound like the man that we worked with! In fact he was working for us 7 days a week at the same time the person said he was working for them, so it must be someone else.
He did a complete remodel of our main floor with the exception of the master bedroom which we left the same. We went from a closed in floorpan to an open concept. We had to remove walls, completely remove a bathroom, re-configure and update the kitchen as well as rewire almost everything. We also ended up having him add a closet to an existing room and move some doors around. Because he is also a licensed electrician he did all the electrical himself which saved us an enormous amount of money, especially compared to the other estimates we had. Due to the outstanding job he did on the electrical we had him do several other electrical projects in the home, things that had nothing to do with the remodel, all of which he completed perfectly.
He made sure we had written estimates for everything we asked to have done unless it was a verbal agreement for a change I made, and even then he would have given me something written had i wanted it.  He was patient when I changed my mind or asked for something different than we originally agreed upon and didn't up charge for changes.  We encouraged him to give us any suggestions that he thought might work more efficiently and he had some outstanding ideas along the way, many of which we had him implement into the design.  We kept adding on projects, for instance, we didn't have have a staircase going from the outside upper deck down to the lower patio. From past experience we know how costly that can be. He gave us a more than reasonable bid,  I wish I had a picture to post because what he accomplished in the space available was unbelievable!  It is the sturdiest staircase we have ever had in a home, turning out much better than I had hoped! Travis was completely trustworthy, he was thorough in explaining what was happening along each step of the way, as well as making sure he always understood what our wants were.  He was an excellent communicator, in fact we used to joke a little that maybe he communicated too much as he always kept us up to date on what was happening in each phase of the work.  We have done MANY remodels over the years and know that problems can arise.  I can honestly say this went more smoothly than any of the other projects we have had done.  We would recommend him whole heartedly, with no reservations whatsoever!  In fact we have some future projects we wish to have done and we already know it will be TCS that we call when we are ready to proceed.

    Travis Construction Services

Travis Short became a trusted source for evaluating defects and devising effective repairs at a reasonable price on this job.  So much so I will use him to replace the wood siding on the house this year.

Travis is a construction manager, expert electrician, good carpenter,  and trustworthy contractor.  He owns his own construction equipment that helped get the job done on time. The only issue were occasional traffic problems in Travis getting from Show Low to Payson each day.

Like any large jobs there were problems with an HVAC contract properly installing a heat pump system where no A/C existed before.  Travis demanded work that met the building code, so I got a better result than I would have received.

This was all done at the lowest price I get from anyone.  So it is no surprise I am using Travis again this year.

We have used Gary Pavis Electrical several times for small jobs of adding outlets in our home to wiring several cabins, ran all quadplex to all the cabins and added a 200-AMP commercial service panel with breakers to our workshop. He's done repair work at 3-4 areas of our camp.  He's very reasonable, quick and does excellent work. He's hard to get scheduled because he's very busy.

    RJC Electric
We had a GFI (ground fault interrupt) circuit that tripped in our garage. I checked the circuit with a voltage meter and found the GFI receptacle was not functioning properly and the common wire on the incoming line was registering 95 volts. I knew something was wrong in the circuit so I left the breaker tripped. That was on a Sunday. I found RJC on Angie's List after getting to work on Monday and passed along the contact info to my wife to call and set up an appointment. She called on Tuesday morning and was told that they had a pretty full schedule for the day but would try and squeeze in a visit in the afternoon. The technician arrived just before 2 PM and according to my wife was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot the problem in a matter of minutes. A burned common wire in the GFI circuit was found and removed and replaced. The charge for the visit and repair was only $65, a bargain in my book. I will definitely keep RJC in my contacts list!

    RJC Electric

He showed up on time with his assistant. They went to work and finished ahead of the expected schedule. All cleaned up...he installed a plugin for our Heat tape at no extra cost. The total bill was about $100.00 less than the estimate. We are excited to schedule him again for our next electrical installation.

The issues were identified and repaired. Dale came when he said he would and completed the work to our satisfaction and at a price we considered fair. I would definitely recommend him for electrical work.

    Choate Electric
I am very much a perfectionist and often do my own work so I know the job is done right.  However, I know my critical electrical work required a professional.
I've had a mixed record picking contractors (too many "close enough is good enough"  types out there) so I was apprehensive when I bid out the job.  Fortunately I found JC Choate--a true professional who takes pride in his work.  I couldn't be happier! Thanks JC!

They were really good. The person who was to come was so busy because it was the beginning of summer, and so we couldn't get the heat pump which had been messed up by the other people who had come earlier. My husband's health was bad, and they came immediately. They said that they were booked for two weeks, but they came out immediately because they didn't want my husband to be in any distress. I thought that was really awesome. Their price was very good, I couldn't believe it, they could have charged as much as they could because they were the only ones that I could get hold of, but they only charged about $100, and that's incredibly cheap.
