  • Initial service request submitted on 7/4/17 and as of 7/24/17 the AC unit has not been repaired. I indicated "No" on the question above about money paid only because this is going through my home warranty and I would not know if the home warranty has made any payments to this contractor.

  • Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've had with a business - no family with young kids at home should have to live three weeks without air conditioning in Southwest Arizona during July; especially when the homeowner has trusted a home warranty to provide warranty services. Both Landmark and their selected contractor to fix my AC unit have been ineffective, unresponsive and unprofessional during this process .If you are looking for a home warranty, please save yourself some trouble and do not look at Landmark as your provider. Additionally, after three weeks my family is worn out, has expended personal and financial resources, and have been stressed out due to this situation.

  • Called Mission Plumbing in the morning Jez came out gave me an estimate and went to work. Jez explaind everthing to me. One of the things I wanted to fix Jez told me hoe to fix that problem my self and did not charge me for that info. Jez was professional and very nice to talk to.   • Approximately two months ago my air conditioning unit broke down, and called several companies for an evaluation and estimate. The few companies that I called only came asked very basic information, gave me an estimate, and left. Not been satisfied with the poor costumer service, I called Comstock Air. Fernando who is the Comstock Air sales person came and measured my residence, and asked me tons of questions regarding my previous A/C unit, and family concerns such as allergies, dust, and energy efficient which other companies did not even bother to ask me this questions. I later came to know that Fernando holds several certifications that highly qualifies him not only to be a sales person but also to do an entire evaluation of your residence and tell you exactly what you need do to improve the performance of your A/C unit, reduce energy cost, and improve air quality. After doing an entire evaluation of my residence, Fernando provided me with a list of options of A/C units, financing plans, and recommended the A/C energy efficient unit. We opted to purcahse a Trane unit do to the high reputation and technology Trane has. The price was a little bit high compare to other brands, but with Train you can't go wrong due to the 10 year warranty and money rebates from Train and APS. Before the installation, Fernando did a walk-thru with me and explained with detail exactly what he was going to do and install in my residence. When the installation crew arrived the next morning do to the hot temperatures, they did an outstanding quick clean and professional job. After the installation, once again Fernando did a final walk-thru to make sure the installation was done properly. He also did additional testing to the new Train unit and air ducts for any air leakage. Fernando went the extra mile by helping filling up the Trane and APS rebates paper work which save me time and money. Last but not least, a month later after the isntallation Fernando called me to make sure my new Trane unit was working properly. Fernando and the Comstock Air crew treat me and my family with such professionalism and care that I highly recommend Comstock for business!!!

  • The owners Eddie and Lucy are professional, personable, accommodating. Their whole team was the exact same way. I've tried 3 other services while I lived in Yuma and no one comes close to Dust-be-gone!

  • I called Shuck Drilling and requested them to my house to check out the well to see why I was not getting water to the house. I had already connected a hose to my neighbors house so this was a 'non-emergency' call. Shucks arrived about 3 hours later, and gave me the best and worst scenarios of between 400 to 1500 dollars. The repair crew arrived about an hour later, pulled up 100 feet of pipe and a pump that had disconnected itself. I was told and shown that the pump was 13 years old, and i know these things only last ten years...so it needed replaced. I also discovered that the water index had dropped to 92 feet in my area, so I had Shucks add another 20 feet of depth. They replaced the pump, the control box, added some pipe, and a new pressure gauge...a few other necessities and out the door was $1442. Figure a little over a hundred bucks a year...that's not too bad, especially with the professionalism and quality of work that was done. I'm happy.
