BPro Appliance ServiceThey repaired the ice maker. If the repair didn't work, it would have been a long time to get a replacement because of item on back order.- Wayne L.

DChoice Home WarrantyNot all that well all took way too long to get done wait time was excessive. the dishwasher was a month as the clothes washer was like two months or more. The ac unit was two months and we are still waiting for the water heater which so far has been the shortest. The company doing the water heater said they could have had it done in one day however choice didnt want them to use a local water heater they are shipping one. They wanted the ac unit repaired, it is 16 years old and they said they couldn't find anyone but I could use a guy I know. That took a long time. The estimated repair was about $3500 they said they would give me $1500 I was expecting more than that thats why I did a warranty to begin with You pay $60 for the company to come out the first time The water heater by the time Im done will cost $360 which again I think is excessive. They advertise leading one to believe they would cover everything but not true- rick u.

AChoice Home WarrantyRepairman analyzed washer and it was determined that a "mother board" was needed, since the washer was 18 years old the cost for repairs was not worth the machine and CHW agreed to pay for a new one. Excellent response from CHW and the repairman, completely satisfied.- Jon S.

ATodd's ApplianceHe arrived at the appointment date and time to fix the initial problem. He was on time and replaced and had it working within minutes. As it happens when he fixed the downdraft problem he noticed a serious problem with the cooktop (natural gas) and established that there was a hairline fracture in the line and connection fro the line to the cooktop. Once again, relying on Todd, he immediately got the correct parts and fixed that potentially dangerous problem. We consider Todd's Appliance to be professional, punctual, helpful and, in this case a life saver. We can't say enough positive things about Todd and his work ethic.- Mike W.

ATodd's ApplianceGreat. Prompt with his appointment. Efficient. courteous, pleasant, friendly and very professional. The part had to be ordered which he received almost immediately. He went out of his way to help us and we couldn't be more pleased. We will definitely use Todd's Appliance for all our needs.- Mike W.

ATodd's ApplianceI called Todd's and a repairman was sent out the next day. The service tech knew immediately what was wrong and had a start device part on his truck. He repaired and tested the refrigerator. He was at the house for about 20-30 minutes. The job was complete and the refrigerator is now working again.- Julie F.

AAppliance Junkies LLCIt went very well. Knowledgeable, professional repair person diagnosed the problem and knew exactly what needed to be done -- then fixed the problem.- Stanley G.

ATodd's ApplianceWe were very pleased with the repairs made by Todd's Appliance. They called to give us a window of time in which they would arrive, and they came within that window of time. They diagnosed both the icemaker and washer problems quickly and accurately. They repaired the icemaker on the spot and ordered a lid switch for the washer. The lid switch came in about a week later, so they set up a follow-up appointment and came promptly. The final cost was exactly what their estimate had been. We are very happy with the results.- Barbara C.

ATodd's ApplianceCalled Monday, got an appointment Tuesday. Todd himself arrived at our home right on time!!! He said to me "oh I love these old dryers", which pleased me no end! He quickly fixed the problem, recommended a total "tune up, replacing several other moving parts", which I thought was very wise considering it's age, as we've never had it looked at before! So very very pleased with Todd and his local company!! We are customers "for life", our home is old, all our appliances are old (and working just fine), but it's wonderful to have an experienced repairman just as close as my phone should anything stop working in the future. I recommend Todd's Appliance for any of your large appliance problems. Don't even consider buying a new replacement until you've talked to Todd!- Holly R.

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

FAmerican Home Shield (AHS) warranty is replacing my broken microwave with a new one. I received the new microwave on 11/11/2020 and notified AHS it was in my possession. Part of the warranty contract includes the installation of the new microwave. AHS typically assigns contractors themselves. However, this time AHS contracted with C & R Services with a dispatch number on 11/13/2020 for C & R to assign a local contractor to do the install. After two weeks of waiting and not being contacted by C & R or a contractor, I called C & R to follow up on the status. They said it would be 1 to 2 weeks from the date they received the dispatch from AHS. I informed them it had been 2 weeks in which they replied that it would be another 2 weeks. As of today, 12/11/2020, 4 weeks from the date C & R received the dispatch, I have not been contacted by C & R or a contractor. C & R's lack of communication and customer service is absurd. AHS informed me that they do not have any authority over C & R.

FThis is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts.

Landmark Home Warranty is a publicly held company committed to offering the highest level of service for all of your home warranty needs.
Recent Review:
FI wish I could give 0 stars. Review: Landmark is the worst home warranty you can find. We have been without heat or AC since the end of October. It is mid December. Our poor animals and humans in our home are FREEZING. Landmark is waiting on a part from their distributor and we were promised it AROUND December 10th. We have been given the runaround with Landmark. Friday 12/11 we called dozens of times and left call back numbers and had someone even say they’d call us back. That never happened. We were supposed to *hopefully* have the part by Friday, December 10th so all we wanted was an update. Well come to find out the part might not be in until JANUARY 11th. We have had no heat or AC since the end of October. Our dogs, ourselves and our CHILD have had no heat in our home. It is mid-December. It is freezing. I’m surprised our pipes haven’t burst. About 2-3 weeks ago they offered us a “pay out” and would send us a check with what they would cover and we would cover the rest. We considered it but we would have to pay almost DOUBLE to what we agreed upon. The funny part is the AC/Heat company they have contracted to do the job HAS THE PART and could do the job TOMORROW. But noooo Landmark wants to take the cheap route and wait for their distributor almost 3 months out since we lost heat/AC. This is neglectful. Also, you might suggest “try to call Landmark”. LOL. We have waiting on hold for up to 2 hours and then finally it will tell you to leave a call back number and they never call. There are no working emails (or representatives choose not to reply) and no way to directly contact anyone via phone. My advice: do not even waste your time considering Landmark.
