  • They arrived on time for the appointment, quickly and carefully loaded & secured our piano into their truck. They drove the piano to the destination house in about 3 hours and unloaded it. There was a very tight corner to clear to get it into the room we wanted it in, but with their expertise and extremely skilled handling of the piano, they got it inside with not a scratch or a bump! We are very impressed with their experience (a family business, whose son is the one we had moving our piano - he has been working in the business for many years and knew just how to handle everything), their professionalism, and their very careful handling and transporting of our family treasure! Action Piano Moving is the best!

  • I didn't see my things until July 23rd. I left IL and drove out to AZ with a few things in my car and when I spoke with customer service on the 12th to confirm a delivery day, my goods had not even left IL!   They couldn't tell me (or wouldn't tell me) where my things were, just that they should be delivered around July 23rd or so.  They couldn't find a driver!  I was so upset - the salesman told me if I stayed in a hotel I would be reimbursed for the nights I was displaced after the final delivery day passed.  Something told me to not believe him. I had to go buy an air mattress, pots, paper plates - household things.  Slept on the TV.  A lonely 8 days for a retired woman alone.  But eventually the truck showed up.

    The employees couldn't unload fast enough.  Boxes labeled for the kitchen were in the 2nd bedroom.  It was a mess.  I had to use my own dolly to move the boxes after they left.

    I was told by the salesman I would have 9 months to make a loss/damage claim.  It was even in their paperwork.  They broke a glass panel in a cabinet door & severely damaged a sofa leg.  I didn't see the damage because boxes had been placed in front of them.  Their claim process was very involved but I jumped through the hoops, sent pictures, repair estimates etc.   When I sent in my claim 2 months after delivery I was told I had to have pointed out all damage & missing boxes the day of delivery!  The salesman didn't work there any longer and customer service denied my claim 3 times in 7 months. I had to have the glass repaired and they did pay that bill to the glass company. The sofa leg could not be repaired and I had to get a new one from the manufacturer in South Carolina.  I was not reimbursed for that at all.

    I have moved across country five times in 11 years.  I follow my daughter and grandson but I plan on putting down roots in WA because my grandson will be old enough and more independent.  We were scheduled to be here only 1 year then on to the next post.  She's accepting a 2 year command in WA.  I interview 3 companies each time I move and have had some really good moves and some that could have gone better.   But this was the worst. I would never recommend them.  And now I have to find another moving company to go to Lacey, WA in June. 

    At the time I was not a member with Angie's List.  Now I am - hopefully I will find the next moving company at this web site.

  • There was lots of communication from Ray, the owner. They arrived on time and were very professional. The furniture was carefully moved to the correct room and all the boxes where placed according to their label. We will use their services any time we need any kind of moving.

  • I had sold my house and needed to get rid of a lot of stuff. I called the people at Tumbleweed Auction, they came out and met with me and were able to handle all my needs, including letting the cleaning and repair people in to fix things up for the new owners after they cleared the entire house- furniture, clothing, garage stuff, office stuff, kitchen stuff and even stuff in the back yard. They were efficient, professional, and most importantly, honest. These people work hard for their money and I couldn't be more pleased.
    They were a life saver!
    More people should know how helpful these people are!

  • This was the second time we used A Above All Moving Company. The first time was 2.5 years ago to move from Phoenix to Sierra Vista and Joe did such a fantastic job we hired him to move us back to Phoenix. Joe is an expert at what he does and it is amazing to watch him work. He comes in and walks through the house to see exactly what is going on the truck and instantly knows what order he needs to load it to maximize space and protect our fragile items. They didn?t take a break and worked very quickly and methodically. Joe was always on time, courteous and very professional. I also recommended Joe to several of my friends and clients and they all were very satisfied and said they would use A Above All Moving Company again as well as recommend him to their family and friends.

  • This property manager was attractive because they charged the lowest management fee in the area.  They charge 10% of your requested monthly rent while other companies charge anywhere from 12 - 15%.  In hindsight, I would have paid the higher percentage to a more reputable company.  I have spent nearly $6000 in management fees over the last 4 years and have had to spend nearly $2000 for repairs that they refuse to cover. In discussions with my neighbors, I'm told they they had never seen the management company come out to inspect the property for anything.  Makes sense since even repairs that I've paid for while under their managment I've had to have repaired again.  HOME OWNER BEWARE!!!!!

  • When we vacated the house, everything was fine and we were going to be billed about $700 out of our security depost for cleaning and yard maint. There was no damage to the home noted on the move out inspection. Three days later the leasing agent calls me to tell me that the water was turned off and that I needed to keep it on and in my name until they were done cleaning it and returning it to rentable condition. I told her it wasn't going to happen. The next thing I here from them is that they were going to keep the $2000 deposit I had left with them and then they were charging me almost $3000 to replace the carpet for pet damage that somehow appeared after the final walk throught. I have tried to talk to them and figure out where this has all gone wrong. Well I have now been given the "if you want to discuss this matter with us, it will be in writing". This company will do what it can to take advantage of a Soldier esp. If you do anything to lease in Sierra Vista. Don't lease from this company.
