    I think it was excellent. I knew I needed to update my appliances after my kitchen remodel, so I went to Lowes and I talked with both Brittany and Rosey. They sat down with me and we walked through what I needed and wanted. They even did a comparison to ensure quality and price level. They were recently installed and the install team was great as well. Very satisfied.

    Enzo is a very nice man, willing to listen, to deal, to bargain, but once he had our money-  paid entirely upfront- we've gotten nothing but the run-around. 
    Dec 23rd:  Picked out and paid for davenport; told we could not have the piece from the showroom floor but it would be ordered that day and such orders were taking 6-10 weeks, average. 
    Jan 21st:  Called to check on order.  Was told order would take another 4-6 weeks.  Told order was submitted Dec 29th (not Dec 23rd as told previously).  Checked bank records, check had cleared, City Creek had our money. Enzo thanked me for staying on top of this transaction.
    Feb 13th:  Called to check on our order.  Was told there was a delay due to California dock workers' strike.  Probably another 4-6 weeks.  Expressed dismay at how long order was taking, Enzo commiserated but was unconcerned, and again, thanked me for my attention to this transaction.
    Mar 13th:  Called to check on order, was told Enzo had just checked on this and our davenport was to be loaded on the truck Mar 23rd for delivery.  He would call as soon as it was in store.
    Apr 2nd:  Stopped by City Creek; Enzo had been out for a few days and was trying to catch up on things.  His last word on our order had been that of Mar 13th, and he didn't understand what could possibly be going on; he called someone and left a message about this order and then was emailing the factory again right now and would have an answer for me this afternoon.  Please, trust him. 
    April 8th:  Stopped by City Creek; Enzo was just now looking at replies to his inquiries about our order.  Look-  see this?  There just didn't seem to be any information on our order even though he had specifically asked about our order.  It didn't make any sense.  He was emailing again.  He would be in touch with me as soon as he had a reply.
    Apr 9th: Received email from Enzo with copy/paste of the reply he had from factory saying this order would start production on Monday (Apr 13th)  Wait!-  in March, we were told it was finished and would be on the truck the next week!  Emailed back requesting clarification and stating we expected delivery by Apr 23rd, no excuses;  received in response emails from the factory from February discussing delays due to the dock workers' strike.  Replied to Enzo this was unsatisfactory, and we expected the davenport to be here in Sierra Vista, available for our pick up no later than Apr 23rd. 
    No replies since. 
    Enzo is very mild-mannered, easy to talk to, and perhaps he doesn't understand how this transaction appears to us:  This is a scam- a fraud.  City Creek has had our money for over a quarter year, has lied, misdirected or been derelict in their own diligence about this order, and has asked for trust when every interaction since getting our money has been one of delay and empty promises.  We will not purchase from this business again, and we will seek legal assistance as necessary to receive what we paid for or our money back.
    If you pay, don't leave the store without what you purchased.

    I've discovered a quite knowledgeable fellow in their outdoor nursery by the name of Tom.  He is a wealth of information on various trees, shrubs, etc. for this area.  Besides the usual recommendations on planting and maintenance, he has been helpful when I've encountered pests and fungus.  In addition, he has given some good suggestions on landscaping (which I am in the process of doing).
    Definitely my go-to guy.

    I thought the $150 per chair a little high, but friends pointed out that there was a lot of detailed upholstery that went into replacing the fabric on the chairs, and they were right. Looking back, it was no doubt a fair price. The service was very quick, very professional.

    Richard did a great job on repairing the leg of the dresser. This was a unique style of dresser with very fragile legs. When we moved, our movers broke the leg off. It needed expertise to put the leg on and refinish it. The dresser also had scratches and Richard smoothed the scratches out and polished the top. It came out perfect and you really cannot see where the leg was broken. We are using Daad's Refinishing and Re-upholstery again to redo the material on a very study and expensive chair that warrants a good re-upholstery job.

    Chris and Greg did a great job on diagnosing the problem with my washer.  However, with the newer electronic boards and the fact that the pump was going out, they couldn't guarantee that replacing these parts would solve the problem.  The cost of repairs was going to be $600+.  We decided because the washing machine was over 7-years old that we would purchase a new washer & dryer.  It was going to take a month to get the new washer, so Chris & Greg offered a loaner machine for the time that I had to wait.  This saved me the expense of going to the Laundromat.  Most appliance companies would not have done that.
    They also offered 12-months same as cash and were competitively priced with Sears.
    When the washer & dryer arrived, the delivery people were very careful in fitting through our door.  Because of the size of the laundry room, space was very limited.  Not a scratch on anything, which was not my experience on my previous washer & dryer.

    I had sold my house and needed to get rid of a lot of stuff. I called the people at Tumbleweed Auction, they came out and met with me and were able to handle all my needs, including letting the cleaning and repair people in to fix things up for the new owners after they cleared the entire house- furniture, clothing, garage stuff, office stuff, kitchen stuff and even stuff in the back yard. They were efficient, professional, and most importantly, honest. These people work hard for their money and I couldn't be more pleased.
    They were a life saver!
    More people should know how helpful these people are!

    It was five hundred dollars per two chairs. It is a very personable company. When you walk in you talk right with the owner; he helped us pick out material that made sense for the pieces that we are using. The quality of work was excellent. Their responsiveness was a little slow. They took a little longer than he said it would take. I would use them again in the future.

    The only glitch I had was that it took longer than I expected to get the gas dryer in place.  I already knew that wherever I bought my set from I would have to wait while the gas dryer was ordered (stores do not keep gas dryers on hand).  I had the new washer in place for three weeks before the gas dryer came in.  Not KG's fault.


    I am very satisfied with my new Speed Queen washer and dryer set.  I feel that I will enjoy this set for many, many more years to come!
