ATravis Construction ServicesThis contractor was perfect. First, he actually came out and gave us a bid, when others would not. Then he showed up and completed the job, just as he promised. He did everything, from concrete, to framing, electrical, paint, roofing, siding, etc. He actually gave us more than we bargained for. We had his cell phone number and he was available whenever we called. His work was done very professionally. Overall, the best experience we've had with a contractor in this area.- WD F.

ATravis Construction ServicesTravis Short became a trusted source for evaluating defects and devising effective repairs at a reasonable price on this job. So much so I will use him to replace the wood siding on the house this year. Travis is a construction manager, expert electrician, good carpenter, and trustworthy contractor. He owns his own construction equipment that helped get the job done on time. The only issue were occasional traffic problems in Travis getting from Show Low to Payson each day. Like any large jobs there were problems with an HVAC contract properly installing a heat pump system where no A/C existed before. Travis demanded work that met the building code, so I got a better result than I would have received. This was all done at the lowest price I get from anyone. So it is no surprise I am using Travis again this year.- Chuck T.

APersonal Touch Remodeling & Repair LLCThey did a beautiful job on both parts of the project. The wall texture on the closets matches the existing walls perfectly and the closets and soffit look as if they have always been there. The kitchen project involved moving the frig water line, granite counter, granite backsplash, porcelain floor tile- and you can't tell that it was not that way when the house was built- it's beautifully done. Their workmanship is outstanding and it was a pleasure to deal with them. We feel the price was extremely fair, the finished product is exactly what we wanted and we couldn't be more pleased.- Judith H.

AEarly Bird Siding ComMichael was very professional in his work. He was very concerned that we were satisfied with color, materials, and all details. He tried to make it as flawless as possible. He constantly checked to make sure there were no scraps, staples, nails, screws, or insulation dropped and left on the ground. He kept us abreast of any problems he encountered and never did anything without our approval. He takes pride in his work. He even cleaned the windows while on the scaffolding and ladders for us, rehung any lighting or decorations with an eye for detail. He made sure all electrical work was double checked for safety before and after. He was great. We would recommend him anytime.- Bruce G.

ATravis Construction ServicesThe project went phenomenal, absolutely nothing we would change in the process, the outcome still has us living in the home (when originally we had thoughts of selling - however now, no plans to leave) and enjoying the transformation. I learned that he has a process and understanding for the order in which items are completed and when, he will never rush through anything, and even though it didn?t make sense to me at one point that we had not completed the laundry room plumbing, within 24 hours it was quickly apparent why. The downstairs needed to be ready for plumbing, then he was able to complete all of them at once. Allowing Travis to work and trust, he continuously showed me he maximizes every moment of the day. He truly works with a process, a plan and once the project took off, it went perfectly! He managed to work through any hurdle that sometimes our 15 year old home had presented to him, we frequently ran into, not having studs in the walls, the plumbing was horrific under the house, along with other issues that would arise. However, he always had a plan and a solution, and we completed our entire project in under 22 days! We are so grateful for how our home has turned out, it was better than we had imagined.- JasonReina B.

CIt is hard to review this company. The contractor they sent to do my widows was great! His name is Heath Coffield from Coffield construction. So, this company does have great work. However, their customer services outside of the contractor they hired is not great. They will go weeks on end without giving you any type of update and since they do not notate things will, there was miscommunication.

AWe had a storm that ripped off some ties that was two years ago. They are not local. There were probably 100 roofing companies from all over the country that came in because so many roofs were damaged here. The underside of the roof collapsed. That was not a storm leak. It was a water leak. I would use them again.
