  • Very responsive and knowledgeable. I needed some trees removed because of bark beetles. While we were discussing that problem, he pointed out other unhealthy issues and fire dangers. He marked all the trees and shrubs he thought should be removed and then we walked around the property and explained why they should be removed. We set up a time and date to do the job. Crew showed up as promised and all taken care of at a reasonable price. Would definitely use again.

  • Lousy, too much employee turnover, and they do not listen to you! I Had more than three project managers during construction with very poor communication from the last two who they eventually replaced (fired?). If they picked up a insurance job they would send almost everyone to that leaving my construction to linger or send a skeleton crew. 1. They did not follow their own drawings to the point they had to tear out and replace a door/wall/frame they installed that was incorrect even after I told the job boss they were not following the plans. 2. They used products that leaked (but only when it rained!) and Pointe never fixed those leaks that their attorney even acknowledged was probably due to a manufacturer defect issue. Pointe, who bought and installed the materials would not replace them and stop the leaks. After considerable delays and other excuses from Pointe I had to hire another contractor to fix their problems and stop the water leaks from damaging my home. 3. Pointe neglected/refused/delayed fixing many relatively minor punch list issues until I filed a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors office, then they fixed the items on the list. 4. The plans and bid called for 24 feet of concrete in front of the garage. They poured 20 feet and told me I approved the change. Unlike other change orders during construction they can't provide a signed change order for this expensive deficiency. Summary; I will probably end up in aribtration or a lawsuit against Pointe which is a shame because some of their work was good and many of the subcontractors they used were good. Dealing with the owner of Pointe is beyond difficult.

  • They would not start work until you sign there paper stating that you are liable for any and all cost. However they would not give you a price sheet as well. They did extra work that was not wanted or needed.

  • I was told originally that my furniture would arrive in 5-7 days, when they came to pick it up they told me 21. It ended up being 14. Many items were missing, damaged, or broken "2 legs broken off my chest of drawers".  I chose them because of Angie's list & they had a high rating with the better business bureau. My bill ended up being double the quote.

  • Initial construction went slow. Works other jobs and lots of vacation. As construction moved from framing to stonework, contractor failed to supervise and allowed stonework to be placed poorly. Continued to get worse. Poor carpentry work. Concrete negative slopes to house. Showers leaked. Is refusing to fix most items. Am now on 3rd formal complaint with registrar of contractors. Contractor failed to comply with ROC on first 2

  • He has not returned my house key or the guts to the antique door knobs I was going to have installed...first he told me he could do it and then he changed his mind and wanting me to front him the
money to purchase the equipment...he said he would have to get it from England.  I told him I would get someone locally who knew how to cut the holes and install the door knobs...
I wanted the job finished by Christmas...I have found several other people who can do the work...who will give me the bids in writing...I am sure it was too much for him to take on....I also mentioned that we were replacing the siding on the house...I would never allow for him to do this.  We thought he was going to  put in the windows we ordered....wrong....my husband is doing this.  We could never pin him down as to cost or a date that he could start...Needless to say, this was a disaster...I cannot imagine how it would be to allow him to do a turnkey job.  I have ordered the siding and have contracted with a company to pull off and install the new siding....They will get in and get it done...
Please, please be cautious with this man.  I am accustomed to dealing with professionals....I own three businesses in Tucson and work with people from all walks of life.  I remodeled a home in Tucson...turnkey...everything from new cabinets and doors to refinishing the walls and knocking out and closing up archways...new floors as well.  I do know what I'm doing.  I have a big job going on in Texas as I'm opening a B&B...As I said...he has never returned the key to me or the guts to the door knob...I am having these antique door knobs, which are in their original boxes, installed....

  • They were suppose to be at my home at 930AM.  However, I received a call advising me they were running late due to a problem with their earlier appointment.  They arrived around 1030AM which was the promised time.  After discussing what I wanted done they immediately went to work. As I said it was a very small space but they were done within an hour and a half.  At that time they put a very large fan in each room which seemed to add to the drying process.  About 3 hours later the carpet was dry.  I would highly recommend this company.  They are professional and highly trained.

  • When we moved back to Show Low in December we had a few projects we wanted completed on the home we bought. I contacted 3 builders for quotes and Ross Williams with Bullseye impressed me the most as far as personality and knowledge of his trade. He came in with the lowest bid, started the work when promised and completed all his tasks in a professional manner. His crew is amazing, all construction debris was removed each day and the necessary coverings were in place. The White Mountains has a reputation of contractors promising the moon and not delivering on time or with the quality we should expect.  Ross and his crew under promised and over delivered. The next project is a storage building. Can't wait.

  • They showed up on time. They were very friendly, got right to work measuring and working out cost of the cleaning.m
Presented me with estimate, I told them what I wanted and they got right to work.
First they thoroughly vacuumed the areas and then cleaned it. They had two machines going so I,am not sure what one was, although it looked like a buffer.
Finished all rooms, then did the stairs.
They put foil on the legs of all wooden furniture to keep any stain from transferring.
They were done in 2 hours.
    My carpet looks brand new!

  • The project went phenomenal, absolutely nothing we would change in the process, the outcome still has us living in the home (when originally we had thoughts of selling - however now, no plans to leave) and enjoying the transformation. I learned that he has a process and understanding for the order in which items are completed and when, he will never rush through anything, and even though it didn?t make sense to me at one point that we had not completed the laundry room plumbing, within 24 hours it was quickly apparent why. The downstairs needed to be ready for plumbing, then he was able to complete all of them at once. Allowing Travis to work and trust, he continuously showed me he maximizes every moment of the day.  He truly works with a process, a plan and once the project took off, it went perfectly! He managed to work through any hurdle that sometimes our 15 year old home had presented to him, we frequently ran into, not having studs in the walls, the plumbing was horrific under the house, along with other issues that would arise. However, he always had a plan and a solution, and we completed our entire project in under 22 days!
We are so grateful for how our home has turned out, it was better than we had imagined.
