  • I have been using Desert Knights whenever I need a car service to and from the airport. I have always had a great experience - never been turned down or told there was no one available even in emergencies when I was calling to arrange the day before. Very nice sedans, comfortable, drivers seem experienced and have always been very friendly and punctual. They all seem to have GPS so no worries about getting lost. Pick up at the airport is very easy - call when you get your bags and they pick you up usually within a couple of minutes of calling.

  • We had a problem the first time we used this car service. We were guaranteed a lower rate because we are residents of a target neighborhood. The driver overcharged us. When I called the dispatcher her response was that perhaps we didn't hear him correctly. No. Then she said he shouldn't have overcharged us because all drivers are provided with the fare charges so there should be no confusion. A non answer. She said she would apply the overcharge to our return pick up.

    The second incident occurred when we returned from a trip. We were waiting outside the terminal- no driver. Called the dispatcher again to advise of the situation. She said she would contact the driver. Then, I received a call from the driver stating he would be 10 minutes late as he had to get gas. This was supposed to be ok! I called the dispatcher to tell her what the situation was. The appropriate customer service response was - "there will be no charge". Nope.

    The driver arrived. Proceeded to tell us he had been so busy, he had forgotten to get gas.

    We will forget to use this car service again. We informed our neighbors of our dissatisfaction and advised them to choose a different car service.

    Never heard anything from the Car Service to follow up on poor service.

  • Our driver, Mike, was prompt, apparently too prompt.  Our flight was delayed from Heathrow(as all are) by 50 minutes.  That made us late arriving in Phoenix.  I was assured by the driver that took me to the airport that they would check arrival times before they went there.  Our driver had to wait an hour for us and asked us to add an additional $10 to his fee.  The fee from Sky Harbor is $55 plus a $10 tip and then the $10 "waiting time" fee.  $10 isn't that much but the driver said it was optional but when I paid him the $65 he clearly wanted the extra saying "that is the fee and the tip..."  Maybe I was just tired from a 10 hour flight but I felt a little like I was being blamed for an airline that was late, a driver that was early, none of which I had any control over.  Nevertheless, we added the waiting fee and were just glad to be home.  Thanks Mike for getting us home promptly and the nice chat along the way.
    We will use this company again because they are always prompt and they do reconfirm your booking by phone 24 hours in advance.  The drivers we have dealt with are professional, courteous and pleasant.  Thank you.

  • After an accident he has run me around for months and took extremely good care of me. He is very accommodating, and has been so good to me. He is an amazing person. He is intelligent, compassionate, empathetic, kind, patient. He is on time and a fantastic cab driver, and he is a very smart guy. He is an all around terrific human being. He runs his business the way it should be run. I can't say enough good things about him. He has done so many great things for me to help me out, and will go the extra mile. He has very reasonable rates and will work with people if they are struggling. I have been using him for about 2 years now.

  • I booked round trip service for my husband on 1/27. The driver who came was sullen...talking on his phone and was 10 miles over the speed limit on 3 occasions going there. On the return trip my husband WAS NOT picked up until 2 hours later. Same driver this time I followed but he lost me because he made a left at a red light. The manager Leroy was very nice and said he would send me coupons. I will donate them to a local charity. Do make sure the name is spelled correctly and the confirmation number is correct. I did both but excuses were made that neither was in their system and do make sure you book a day ahead. In this flu season I am convinced my husband would still be in the unhealthy air of his Drs. office. Don't take it for granted that a wheelchair van will be coming to pick you up.

  • They offer excellent service! Paul is one of the most responsible, reliable, & honest people you'll meet. I had to take cab rides almost every day after an accident. He's a very good man. Other companies have stolen money from me. This is the most excellent service I've found in the valley. Anyone who wants consideration, kindness, reliability & responsibility, & honesty should contact him. His rates are reasonable & if you use him regularly he's willing to work out special deals. He blows every cab company out of the water! Whenever I call him, he always has a good driver if he's not available. He'll bend over backward for a good customer. He's smart, kind, & just wonderful - And that's the way he runs his business. He keeps the cabs clean & maintained. The service is fantastic - especially from him personally. I had to depend on him for a long time & will still depend on him in the future if I can't get myself somewhere. This is a great guy! He even helped me find a replacement car!

  • Cab did not show at requested time. No advise to that effect from dispatch; I had to phone them to find out that no driver had been assigned to my booking. Nothing but lame excuses. They make the Sunshine Cab Company look good.

  • We had used Arizona Executive LLC for transportation to and from the airport on numerous occassions and had been relatively happy with their service and had referred several friends to them. Unfortunately, during our most recent scheduled pick up, they did not show up. We arranged the scheduled pick up 24 hours in advance via the phone for the next day. When the scheduled pick up time came and went, we called and were informed that the reservation had been made for another month and there was not a driver available. The receptionist gave us a number for a cab company but it was too late and we missed our flight resulting in additional costs in change fees and other incidentals. We talked with JR the owner and he said he would follow up and send us the confirmation email which we never received. We called and emailed several times and have not received any communication. Ultimately, we recognize that mistakes happen, but in this case, Arizona Executive LLC did not take any responsibility, did not follow up, and apparently has elected to cease all communication on this matter, which is extremely disappointing. They not only lost our business but the business of many of our friends.

  • The owner was the person who showed up (at 4AM) for a trip to the airport. I originally got his name from the person at Avis in Scottsdale who told me that you can save a lot of money if you hire this guy to pick you up, even if you have a rental car, and take you to the Scottsdale location. If you rent from Scottsdale and return to the airport you avoid all of the outrageous rental fees in Phoenix. Can be as much as 100% of the bill in taxes. Any the service was great - nice clean new SUV, water and a newspaper in the car, good driver who knows the city well. i would highly recommend this service and will use it again.

  • They picked me up and took me to the airport. They were on time, in fact even ahead of time. They made 2 or 3 other stops, but we got to the airport with plenty of time as it was very early in the morning.
