The kitchen is amazing! Couldn't have asked for a better end product. The job took a bit longer than we were told; some of it due to unforeseen circumstances, yet some of it due to unclear communications in the timing of the project. Jim and his team are always helpful and cheerful when on the property. They all strive for the same thing: a beautiful end product. Thanks again for job well done!

Toro and his crew were fabulous to work with from the moment they came to give us our quote. That was just the beginning of a really great experience. The crew started on time each day. They were respectful of our home. They communicated what to expect for the day regarding their progress and stayed on track with the timeframe of the work. If a problem arose they had suggestions on how to work through it and always made a little bump in the road extremely smooth. The worksite was left cleaned up each night which was a dream as we were living in the home during the remodel. The work done in our home was meticulous and they finished on time. No detail went unnoticed with the crew. We have used many companies in the past and hands down this is the best experience we have ever had! We couldn't recommend Toro and his crew enough. Going forward there will be no need to shop around for bids - Toro will be my first call every time!

Scott and Sofia, the work they did on our tile and flooring after prior tenants destroyed our unit...miracle workers, very affordable, offer payment plans which helped with the amount we had to spend, gave copies of every receipt for every supply and whatever work we needed, and took credit cards for payment as well which was protected by the payment app used so we were protected as well as them rather than paying a check directly and it not working out, prepayment wasnt asked for. Nothing was expected up front either. They even found us a new stainless steel fridge, paid for it on their card, so we wouldnt lose the sale price they found with military discount, and took care of delivery so i didnt have to leave work. I mean these two are hands down freakin saints and wont let you down. Their work is also warranted for one year. And they went above and beyond surprising us with updated LED lighting and this amazing backsplash in the kitchen for free as they knew my man is serving overseas and the prior tenants literally destroyed the flooring, left windows open for mold, left food garbage in bags on the floor and our brand new carpet not even 6 months old, their dogs destroyed with holes ripped in, dog urine in the carpets, really just screwed up and made it non-rentable at all and again Scott and Sofia just gave us like a brand new place, new wood flooring throughout, deep cleaned, new paint, fixed our sinks and like i said gave us cool upgrades as a surprise that just made the value of it higher than before the destruction. And the price, they really considered and respected our budget. I will use them for anything i need going forward.

    Changes Interior Design
I take great pleasure in recommending Michelle Robertson of Changes Interior Design. Michelle worked with us on numerous projects in the past several years, from designing our custom model home in White Hills Equestrian Estates to renovating and designing our rentals and primary residence. Michelle listens to the client while displaying a high degree of integrity, responsibility and ambition. She is dedicated to her craft and brought an abundance of creativity and new ideas to the table. Bruce is the sort of guy you want to work with on this sort of project. Nice guy. Not pushy. Helpful from beginning to end. We replaced carpet in three rooms of our home with a laminate that looked good next to the travertine that dominates our house (waiting for that to come back in style!). Work was done in 2 1/2 days. Bruce checked in each day. Good, polite crew. These guys offered the best price and quickly turned around the project with no issues.

Cory and Donna did excellent work. They offered many helpful suggestions about design choices and tips to make the project turn out even better than I expected. w\What few punch list items there were were handled promptly and to my satisfaction. They seem determined and eager to do the best job possible. The only negative was getting the work done in a timely fashion. They were juggling so many jobs, my project took far longer than it should have. That aside, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

    European Design Flooring
These guys do excellent work! We just purchased a house built in 1996 with the original hardwood flooring in pretty bad shape. There were scratches and sun fading where furniture and carpets had been and noticeable shrinking of the boards in some areas. They were careful to mask off cabinets and appliances and kept the sanding dust at a minimum. A repair had to be made in the middle of the room and it is perfect! The floor looks like new and is beautiful!

Bryan came in same day I called, gave me what I thought to be a reasonable estimate for the job to be done, Scheduling the job was quick and Bryan and his team came to my home within a couple of days to refinish my tiles, the job was done in one day. I am very happy with the result, my floor looks beautiful although more than 70 years old. Price service, professionalism, everything is above expectation. Great guys, honest, no bad surprised, very straight forward. Highly recommended.

    KTS tile and stone
Around December 7, 2018 my interior decorator referred us to KTS Stone Installation. We had 3 bathrooms that were carpeted that we wanted to have converted to travertine. I got in touch with Kenneth Thompson, the owner of the company. Mr. Thompson came to the house and gave an estimate of $2600 for the carpet removal and 130 square feet of travertine installation. He recommended that I purchase 140 square feet as a cushion. The price was high but not unreasonable. Mr. Thompson said he would recommend Prosource for the travertine because he would pick it up on the way to my house. We then got into a discussion on color and the discussion got really strange. He was adamant that the only matching color of travertine was what he called cream color. That was the color of the existing shower surrounds, so that wouldnt be a good choice. I was certain that my wife would insist on something darker and told him so. I made it clear that my wife would make the final choice, but he continued to argue over the phone the next few days that I should chose cream colored travertine. He told me that there were only 3 colors of travertine, and only cream would work. He seemed desperate for work, so I agreed to let him come to my house on the 14th and remove the 3 commodes and carpeting. He was unable to remove one of the commodes, so I did it with no problem. He spent about 3 to 4 hours in total prepping the bathrooms, all the while complaining about the color choice. I told him that I was meeting our decorator at the Prosource nearest to him and we would make the final selection of tile color, but it wasnt going to be cream. I would let him know as soon as we decided. He then asked if he could get a written agreement about the work he was going to perform. He used a document called a contractors invoice write up the description of work. He asked for a $1600 deposit, but I only gave him $1500. Later that day, while at Prosource, we asked an employee, Lisa, if we could break up a Versailles set, to only take the square stone. She made some inquiries and let us know that that wasnt possible. While chatting with Lisa, Kenneth called me and said that he had gotten Lisas agreement to break up the set. Lisa was baffled and said that she had not and could not agree to break the set. I let him know the following day that we had selected a color of travertine called Philadelphia, and that he could pick it up in a couple of days. Shortly after that, he called the decorator and Lisa in a curse filled rage that they had allowed me to order the Philadelphia stone. I can only assume that he had an extra 140 square feet of cream colored stone that he wanted to get rid of. I tried to contact Kenneth to determine why he had become unhinged and whether it was safe to let him in my house. After several days, he finally answered my phone calls. When I asked him what was going on, he told me that because the Philadelphia stone came 18x18 and not the 16x16 identified in the contractors invoice it constituted a change order. He said that he would only go forward if I gave him another $650 to pick up and install a different type travertine. I let him know that I wouldnt agree to his extortion, and it was best if we both parted ways. I offered to pay him $100 per hour for the carpet removal and told him that he needed to return the $1100 balance. He said that I had violated the contract and that he was going to keep all $1500.

    McFarland & Son Flooring
Awesome!! We cannot say enough wonderful things about Jeff McFarland and his helper Josh! Our expensive 7 year old carpeting had stretched out over time leaving bumps and wrinkles in every room. Jeff and Josh restretched it and trimmed it all such that It looked like new! They even moved all the furniture as needed included in their quoted price which was HALF as much as our other quote...and that company would NOT move furniture! Jeff is a really nice guy too....fast, hard working and incredibly skilled at what he does!
