    Ground Zero Plumbing & A/C
We had a pipe under our kitchen sink come lose (these are plastic pipes that are hand tightened) that connected to the garbage disposal so we wanted to make sure that there wasn't any larger problem. The guy that came out looked at the pipes and hand tightened them. He used no tools or parts and spent less than a minute "working." For this service, we were charged almost $200. Again no tools or parts used at all. When my wife questioned the price he tried to sell her a monthly service plan to lower the cost. When she told him we already had the plan with his company he went out to his car and came back with a slightly higher price than he verbal told her a few minutes before. Again she questioned the price and he told us this was the maintenance contracted price while she could visually see he was trying not to laugh/smile. I called the business myself the next day and was told a manager would call me on Monday. I explained the situation and we called them because we had this service contract and just wanted to make sure that we were not missing anything other than the one loose pipe. I also explained that there were no tools or parts used and wanted to know how they could charge almost $200 and also why the cost went up after informing them we had a service contract with them. On the Monday they said they would call they never called did and we will no longer use them for anything ever again.

    Mr. Electric of Phoenix Metro
Robert Facio did a fine job on all three projects. Running the conduit for the new outlet was a challenge due to the presence of obstacles (a dog kennel & a storage shed). He was able to work around the obstacles without the need to move them, which would have been very time consuming. Robert was very professional, arriving on time, clearly communicating options, delivering excellent quality work, and thoroughly cleaning-up.

    Castle Electrical & Lighting
I scheduled the 2 hours of electrical labor special of $165 for two hours with John. He was on time and was able to complete the two tasks within the two hours. He was professional and approachable then we had questions. An additional $48 was charged for the materials; 4 ballasts, and two fluorescent tubes.

    THE HANDYMAN NEXT DOOR
Bill arrived exactly on time and quickly assessed the items we needed to have fixed. Interior french door was adjusted (needed to fix the door jamb, adjust door to close properly. Installed a new vent fan in one bathroom and replaced light switches in garage. Quality work and would request Bill when in need of any additional handyman services. Cost noted included parts and 2 hours of service.

    Electric ArtTech LLC
he had to do considerable trouble shooting and investigating to identify why the circuit quit functioning. It was underground and had shorted out. he had to return to finish everything because it was wired incorrectly previously. A complex problem but resolved in a professional and intelligent manner.

    ScapeTech Landscaping & Design
ScapeTech Landscapes finished the complete redesign of our entire yard three weeks ago and we still stop at the kitchen window in awe and wonderment at the back yard. I even drove past my house at night because I didnt recognize my front yard, with the professionally-placed landscape lighting and other changes they made, including the relocation and addition of boulders! The main work required was the replacement of old and tired cool-deck, paved over our entire back yard by previous owners, with travertine pavers. But then it became apparent that the rest of the back yard, the side yards and the front yard badly needed updating as well. So we put our entire exterior property into the hands of company owner Nick Rawlings to work with us on design ideas; everything from the travertine layout, color, and pattern, to creation of a large area of the latest type of artificial turf with a fountain. Then through a series of meetings with him at our home, we exchanged design ideas and preferences in order to confirm the final details; the new layout for our built-in grill with a new grill and matching travertine countertop, refinements to make our natural-rock water-features look more natural, a sophisticated drainage system to correct a backyard flooding problem, all new landscape lighting and irrigation systems (front and back yards), replacement of plants and shrubs as well as all-new gravel over the entire yard. ScapeTech has all the professional skill-sets and design capabilities needed to do the entire package we wanted. It was also obvious to us that there were no subcontractors needed and we only had to work with and depend upon one person, Nick. Now that our project has been completed, we absolutely could not be happier, but getting to the end of the project was also a pleasure. Nick was available and responsive throughout, both in person and by phone. Any questions or minor changes we had were immediately communicated to his fully capable foreman and team supervisor on scene, who also was extremely easy to work with. The foreman got his courteous and congenial team to our home early every morning and they were there until it was too dark to see their work, each team member applying their skills to the days work plan. Cleaning up was the last thing they did before departing for the day. Before the project was declared done, Nick came by for a thorough walk-through with us and has scheduled another visit a month from now. We simply could not give ScapeTech a better rating or recommendation.

    A QUALITY ELECTRIC LC
I must admit that I was a little worried when my home warranty company proposed A Quality Electric to inspect two faulty ceiling fans since most of the vendors suggested by my warranty company have been average at best. However, I could not be happier with the responsiveness and quality of work from A Quality Electric. Nathan called to schedule the appt within an hour. Dave came out within a day or two, quickly diagnosing the problem. After a few calls with both my home warranty company (pain in the ...) and Nathan (very patient with me), new fans were ordered. Connor was out to install within a week. Both Dave and Connor were friendly and knowledgeable. All in all, excellent work!
