  • Joanne was very easy to work with and prompt on following up throughout the process. Our driver was excellent with communication and flexible to work with when coordinating pick up and drop off. My high end SUV was in great condition from the time it left to the time it arrived. I was pleasantly surprised with all aspects of the service, especially after shopping around and seeing how Parker was the lowest across competition.

  • The work was done on time. I waited in the shop while the tinting was done. I chose the more expensive film to get relief from the AZ summer heat. It has been six months since the tinting was done and I am very satisfied.

  • They had my Jeep Grand Cherokee for 16 days untouched in their service department as they were waiting for approval from Chrysler Corporate to fix a transmission problem that should be under warranty !! After 16 days having me in a rental (they have no loaners) my rental bill was $600+ and they denied paying it when they were the ones that took 16 days to provide me with the determination that the trans work was not covered under warranty. They were the ones who took me to Enterprise and told me I had to have a Dodge product for a rental. The service is horrible, the service department is chaotic. How could it possibly take 16 days to determine whether the trans issue was covered under the warranty. Total incompetence and lack of respect and consideration for their customers. After 16 days and an email to the General Manager, Service Director and Service Manager within two hours I get an email stating that the trans would not be covered or my $600+ rental. They have no concern or consideration for customers who have purchased there. Screw you as much as they can is the motto at this dealership...screw you on the purchase, attempt to screw you on the financing and screw you on the service. Stay away from this place they have no soul or ethics it' all about profit and incentives for management !!

  • Everything about this process was great! I called and Kirk set up an appointment with me. I requested same day service and he worked to expedite my request and made it happen. He called my insurance with me on the phone to receive approval. Kirk called me back with an estimated time frame today. Jesus, the technician, called 30 minutes prior to arrival. He was on time and installed the windshield in a professional timely manner. My windshield looks awesome! I highly recommend this company.

  • Very badly. Then and Now sends all transmission work to someone else and the work was not done correctly. The price on their invoice was about $600 more than the price quoted. There was little documentation of the work done. The work took a week and cost me about $200 for car rental. When I got the truck back, it would not change gears correctly - starting up in the morning, it seemed as though it was in neutral although I'd put it into reverse. Driving around town it was very sluggish and felt as though it was straining. I took it back to Then and Now. After keeping it for several more days (they do NOT provide rides home or discounts on rental cars), I got it back. The only explanation I was given for the problem was that "it was a valve thing". The problems had not been fixed. I called Then and Now and said that I was going to get someone else to look at it and get a second opinion. I did so, taking it to Tony's Auto Service, highly rated on Angie's List. They said that a big part of the problem was a sensor in the transmission. When the transmission was in "park", the sensor said it was in "first", for example. I was told that the entire transmission, including things like the sensor that operate it should have been included in the work done at Then and Now. I had the sensor repaired as well as additional transmission adjustments that had not been done correctly. I called the woman who owns Then and Now and told her the additional amount required to get the transmission working properly. She assured me that she'd "make it right", that she would talk to the shop that did the work and get back to me. She didn't. Every time I called, she put me off. Finally, she said that the (unnamed) shop that did their transmission work told her that the sensor was not part of a transmission rebuild/repair and that they wouldn't give any refund. The back-and-forth went on for several months. I talked to several transmission repair specialists who all assured me that the sensor was necessary to make the transmission operate properly and was absolutely part of a rebuild. Bottom line: Then and Now refused to "make it right" as they had repeatedly promised. They said they could give me no refund of any kind and no other compensation. I'd urge you all NOT to do business with Then and Now.

  • The big test will be this summer to see how much heat will be blocked out when it is 110 degrees. However, I did notice right away the amount of glare was greatly reduced! The film is expensive, but as of now, it was worth it. I have no doubt that it will pass the summertime test!

  • (They are now a Pep Boys location.) Very well, except there was a slight mix-up with my tail light inspection. It was not clear at first that they had checked it. So, the technician and I checked it together, after the invoice was printed up. That said, I would recommend the manager, Tom Catalfano, and his team. He was excellent.
