  Excellent. The crew came and power washed the roof one day, then the next day they applied the first coat, went somewhere else for a while, and then came back to apply the second and final coat. The crew also coated the roof on my shed, which was a nice bonus. The work was done quickly, quietly, and professionally. The crew uses a spray coating mechanism to lay the coating down, and there was no evidence of unseemly overspray. They moved all the lines and cables on the roof and coated the roof perfectly. We have about 4,000 square feet of roof.

  I've had a leak coming into my kitchen downstairs for a year now.  Sometimes water comes in when it rains and sometimes it doesn't. 

  Bryan from Lee Hoffman came out about 6 weeks ago and said my roof looked fine, but that I had a crack under an upstairs window.  He caulked it for me, and said if the leak continues, we'll know it was something else. 

  Today he came back (because the leak had continued sporadically) and he ran water on my roof and on my window.  We discovered that the problem is that my window itself is leaking. 

  It is so surprising in this day and age to find someone with so much integrity and who is willing to go way above and beyond the call of duty.  I don't need roofing services today, but when I do in the future, I will know exactly who to call.  I am telling everyone how wonderful Lee Hoffman is.

  AZ Roof Restoration LLC

  The folks from AZ Roof Restoration showed up exactly as scheduled, introduced themselves, walked around to get a lay of the land, then immediately went to work.  They inspected and re-caulked the roof flashings, knocked in some loose nails, adjusted a number of tiles that had started to slip on the garage, re-caulted some tiles that had started to crack, pulled up some tiles to inspect the roof below, and made repair recommendations.  Definitely worth every penny.
  While making the repair recommendations, they made a point to thoroughly explain what the potential issue is, what the proposed remedy is, and walked around to point things out.  I really appreciated the amount of time spent making sure everything was understood, and that I was comfortable. 
  I've scheduled a follow-up appointment to have some of the repair work performed.

They were prompt with getting the estimate to the insurance company and the work started as soon as they agreed to pay their share. The crew was out on time and work hard at getting the job done.   I called Nick on a Saturday and he answered right away and came out to the house for a quote early the next week.  He was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable.  We had a laundry list of things for him to repair for a house we were flipping and after examining the area, he made recommendations to save us money.  Nick replaced several shingles on the roof, recoated the flat portion of the roof, and recoated and sealed the areas around the skylight, turbine vents, and chimney.  He also repaired the chimney crown.  He finished the job as scheduled and did a great job. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone.

  I called Mr. Molina for one of three price quotes. He came to my home the day after I contacted him and he measured my roof, told me how long repairs would take, what materials he would use, advised me that he would install metal strip's on the sides of my roof that the orignal roofer's didn't put, and how much it was going to cost me. After getting the other two bid's I decided I liked Mr. Moilin'a professionalism and the way He presented himself and his company and I would hire him to fix my roof. With-in two day's his 4 man crew arrived at the appointed time to do the repairs. They proceeded at once on repairs and to my surprise in the early after noon they had half the work done. I had purchased cold drinks ( Sodas ) for them and accuatly had to tell them to take a break and come down to cool off. It was a hot April day. After a few minutes they were up at it again and Mr. Molina came and started helping and with-in two hours my roof looked fantastic ! Mr. Molina left before his crew, but he had them go around my home pick up all paper and used tiles from the ground. Thank you Mr.Gorgonio Molina and crew for a teriffic job.
