And our Kitchen Cabinets and Entertainment Center installation was a smashing success thanks to David and Leonard Thompson of Highland Cabinets and Countertops. We were fortunate to be referred to this long-standing family run business. At my first meeting with David, I was instantly impressed with his professional and calm manner. We initially were looking for an artisan crafted Entertainment Center-but after seeing examples of his work we also opted to reface our twenty-year-old oak cabinets-while in great shape-were outdated. David made several trips to our home to view the site and get exact measurements. He listened to our ideas-and it was immediately apparent that his goal was to deliver our vision. He generously invited us to visit several of his job sites to confirm our preferences. He explained everything in detail, always confirming our understanding of the project by inquiring “Does that make sense?” He wanted us to understand every detail and was willing to modify any of our requests. His master craftsmanship in creating our cabinets and Entertainment Center was beyond our wildest dreams. Even more impressive was his customer service! We scheduled our project at least 3 months out to get on his busy calendar. David was in touch with us by phone every step of the way. I felt like we were his only customer-and clearly, we weren’t. He delivered top notch personalized, attentive service. Long before our cabinets were installed David had earned our trust and confidence. When our appliances were installed-we discovered we needed an adjustment to our cabinets. David and Leonard graciously rearranged their schedule to provide immediate service so we had full use of our kitchen. Never fear-David and Leonard are here! A remodel is a very challenging undertaking-especially since we were not on site. David provided great referrals on any subcontractors we might need and offered to touch base with them as needed. He has a great working relationship with many of the contractors in the area-which increased coordination and communication on our project. There aren’t enough accolades for David and Leonard-truly! They deliver old fashioned CUSTOMER SERVICE-they are honest to the core-and their word is their bond. They aren’t done-until you are happy. Our project was completed to perfection and on time. AMEXIDONA IMPORTERS LTDAs soon as I walked in, I was immediately welcomed in such a positive manner by the staff and offered a free mocha!. They told me exactly where everything is and that I could even CUSTOM ORDER THINGS! As an artist, I love the Day of The Dead skulls but wanted to choose my colors! I asked if it was possible to get a red skull with black designs and they told me it was more than possible! I grabbed my two serapes, paid for them and put half down for my skull! I mean, custom items and they cost the same as an in stock item??? I love this place! I will be coming in to visit them again soon! I have my eye on that tooled BEAUTIFUL leather sling chair! ASears Home ServicesWe live in Sedona, AZ, which is considered a rural area. By that I mean there are no big box stores here, so we have to go to Cottonwood, Prescott, or Flagstaff for major purchases. We had a very positive experience when we bought a flat screen TV from Sears at Christmas. We knew little about flat screens, but did some research and a friend suggested Sears partly because of their price match guarantee. When we needed a washing machine for a rental this month, I read the reviews and was concerned about problems with some of the new energy efficient models. I called our appliance repair person and he suggested a couple of brands. Then I called Sears and spoke to Jon, who answered many questions and narrowed it down to two specific models. We went and saw them and made a decision, but held off for a couple of days, as they were about to have a sale. Our model did go on sale, and we made all of the arrangements by phone. A couple of days after the installation, the receipt arrived in the mail. I had forgotten about the rebate, which offset the cost of installation. There it was with the receipt and a photocopy. I loved it. How could I miss out with Jon's help? Anyway from now on when I need an appliance or major purchase, Sears is our "Go To" store. Kudos to Jon for a job well done!!- Katherine H.

AHI-TYME APPLIANCE CTRDishwasher purchase went smoothly on 5/24/2011. This is the second dishwasher in 15 years we've purchased from Patsy. It is also the 7th appliance we've purchased from her in 21 years. Patsy is now assisting us in replacing our refrigerator and stove. When those decisions are made, we will have purchased 9 appliances from Patsy. We know we will always wind up with the best appliances for our price point and requirements. We also know we will receive the best assistance money can buy at no cost at all. Patsy has assisted us in maintaining our washing machine and dryer for 21 years when she could easily have kept her 'for free' information to herself and sold us brand new appliances. We are extremely grateful Patsy is here and available in our small community. We've always paid less at Patsy's than we would've at the big box stores in the Valley or even over the internet. As important to us as excellent pricing is her availability, knowledge and willingess to provide information. We can't imagine purchasing appliances from anyone else. In fact, we've even purchased a washing machine from Patsy for a relative who lives 3 hours away, just because Patsy is so helpful and so knowledgeable. She truly understood the hardships this machine would endure and provided us with one for a great price and excellent install advice because the install was atypical. Her prices are always very reasonable and her assistance and interest in helping us make our selections is fabulous. We are also appreciative of how knowledgeable Patsy is about parent companies of brand name appliances and their warranties. In our book Patsy's Hi-Tyme Home Center is the only place to purchase appliances. We've even purchased from her and then hauled the appliance to Yavapai County. AI ordered an Acrylic turntable cover for my new audiophile turntable - Dr. Feickert Woodpecker with Origin Live illustrious tone arm. I got the "floating cover", which sits on the top of the turntable plinth via 4 seating blocks. This cover is a beautiful work of art, literally could be used in an art museum display. it is very sturdy and extremely well finished. The pricing was very, very reasonable and I have never seen better or more secure packaging. Shipping was received as was promised and in a timely fashion. AThis company is worthy of not only an "A" rating, but an "A+" rating. The three man crew that arrived at the house were awesome! They were professional, friendly, great communicators, and hard workers. They went right to work after a brief walk thru to show them the scope of work we were asking to have done. The crew went to work immediately, each having their own assignments to accomplish the cleaning. The carpets turned out better than they ever have! They even got the areas of the carpeting that see the most foot traffic clean! The crew was very careful not to run the cleaning equipment into the door jambs and base boards. They placed corner protectors at each door jamb to make sure their equipment didn't scratch these surfaces. The owner/management team of this company was a pleasure to deal with from the initial contact to all follow up communications both before and after the job. You can't go wrong with using the Carpet Police for your carpet cleaning jobs. We can only imagine how well they can perform all the other cleaning services that they offer.
