Initial contact and sales presentation was very good; however, communication throughout the installation process was poor. * contractor was only available through emails and never answered his phone. His secretary would take a message if she was available; the response time was unpredictable, and often delayed. * no consultation about start date, we were told when work would start. * workers used wrong color grout, luckily it was acceptable because it was a couple of shades lighter then what we selected ( contractor tried to blame us for the mistake). * Inappropriate material used for transition strip between carpeted hallway and bathroom tile area that he bought and installed himself. When questioned about the choice of material, he told us to go to Home Depot and pick out what we wanted. Not knowing what would be a better choice, we told him that he was the professional and he should do this. At which time he stormed out without a word, showed up the next day with a carpenter and the correct material. * Entrance between tile hallway and master bedroom: tile was not cut correctly (see photo attached). The workers ran out of tile, then decided to patch using a small piece since they hadn't measured the end tiles correctly, When questioned, the contractor told us that it was because they ran out of tile and therefore a small patch was necessary. ;( It was fixed eventually, but not without several conversations and angst on our part. * The cost listed below was including materials for project.

Mark showed up on time - and prepared. He was able to repair the carpet and it looks like brand new. He is professional, personable and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him - whether it be new carpet installation or repair don't hesitate to call Mark first.

The two technicians arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently.  They moved furniture as needed and were very careful with all the items to be moved.  There was a problem when they tried to hang the drapes over the curtain-rod.  In trying to stuff the bulk of the drapes between the curtain-rod and the wall, the curtain-rod pulled off the wall.  Fortunately, they were not hurt when the 10 ft. long iron curtain-rod fell down. It would have been best to ask me what to do with the drapes to get them away from the tile floor, as I could have taken the drapes down for them, which is what I finally had to do anyway.  The cleaner they used for the tile did an excellent job of cleaning the grout.  All of the cleaning went very well; they first cleaned overall and then went back over stubborn areas.  All the water was thoroughly removed by suction, which I much appreciated, as it made the drying time relatively short.  Both men were very professional and courteous.  Their work was thorough and they worked with care. I was quite pleased with the result and will definitely use them again.

They were very good. I would recommend them to anybody. I spent $2000. The workers were excellent and it took a while for them to get the carpet and to install it but it wasn't any longer than they told us it would be.

The installers were very nice and did a bang up job. They were so fast it was amazing. We had previousy installed flooring ourselves, but do to my husband's health were not able to complete the whole home. They cleaned up beautifully and the house looks amazing.

The installer from Green Craft was friendly, but basically manhandled the cabinets and slapped them up as quickly as possible so he could get to other jobs.  The cost for installation charged by Home Depot is 79.00 per cabinet, and the installer bragged that he was making $120 per hour hanging cabinets for Home Depot.  Unfortunately, he was not a craftsman who valued the quality of his work.
Home Depot had failed to order toe kick in the initial cabinet order.  The installer called Home Depot immediately to tell them that there was no toe kick in the delivery, but it took Home Depot two weeks to get around to ordering it, and another two weeks for delivery, than another two weeks for Green Craft to schedule the installer to come back and finish the job.
The planner for Green Craft incorrectly measured the location of the hot water line and the drain line, so that
the hot water line was outside the sink cabinet - he suggested cutting a hole in the side of the cabinet to reach the hot water line - and the drain line was too high to allow the sink to drain completely!
I learned that Home Depot is too closely allied with Green Craft, and is unwilling to get them to do the job to the customers satisfaction.

We were told it would take one day.  It took 2 and a half days.  They were late arriving the first day and did not have the correct supplies and were not going to remove the old tile.  What they did do was done extremely well, but it was not a pleasant experience.

Excellent experience from initial contact at the retail location, to timely no charge measurement of various areas for carpet replacement, and  delivery and installation of new product. All the players performed as promised.  The work was completed on time per contract in a competent, careful manner.  I have only good things to say about Chris, the owner and Patrick, the lead installer.

Mark and Brian were able to stretch the carpets and remove the damaged edges, eliminating the need for replacement. They did an excellent job and left everything neat and clean. The price was reasonable and well worth it. I highly recommend them.

    Armorpoxy Concrete Coatings
Cleaning and preparation of concrete floor was accomplished over two day. Epoxy coating and chips were applied on the third day. Final epoxy coating on the forth day. The following week they returned to move a refrigerator back into the garage.
The crew were knowledgeable of the products being used for the process.
