Concrete Repair reviews in Queen Valley

Andy came to the house the same day I called in order to look at the job and show us color choices. He measured, submitted a bid and discussed the sequence of work. On the day of the appointment, he arrived on time, and treated some grease spots, then power washed the deck. This all took a little over an hour. He let this dry overnight, and would going to stain the next day. He decided the next day, after looking at the dry concrete, that it was not washed well enough, there were some lap marks from power washing, so he washed it some more, and got it all evened out. The third day was the day the stain went on. Andy masked off the walls to protect them, and used a small sprayer to apply stain in a pleasing pattern. On the fourth day, Andy rolled on two coats of a sealer that was very stinky. If you do this on interior floors, you would not be able to stay inside as it dried. He had to wear a respirator for this part. The floor cures for a week but we can walk on it.

After leaving a message for Matthew for an estimate, he never even got back to me. A few days later, I called and spoke to Shawn and he was supposed to call and possibly come out last Saturday, never heard back from him either. Can't recommend a place that doesn't even get back to potential customers to give them an estimate.
