    Above All Home Services, LLC
Jeff did an amazing job getting a water filtration system put in my home. I was expecting it to be a very involved job since I did not have an existing loop. This was no problem for Jeff as he explained how my plumbing system worked and how he would be adding the loop. I like things neat and tidy, especially in my garage. Jeff took that into consideration when I said I wanted everything to look like it was supposed to be there. I could not be happier with how everything turned out. He was informative, timely, and very professional. Jeff is my first call when we have projects that we want done, and he should be yours, too!

Great. Came right out at the time they said they would. Left the laundry room cleaner then when what is was when they showed up. They also checked my water heater and water softener to make sure they are running right. Would recommend them to anyone.

John and the crew from Anytime showed up on time and replaced my broken water heater. It was fast and very helpful. The even pointed out some damage that happened when my water heater leaked all over. I hope I dont have to go throug this again, but if I do I will call Anytime again.

Jeff is not only an exceptional plumber he is a wonderful person. I was running late the morning of the installation and he stuck around to wait for me, that kind of customer service is beyond rare. He communicated effectively and his price was fair. We now have hot water again in the house hold and an ongoing handyman that we will go to for all of our household needs. I would strongly recommend Above All Home Services.

    Epic Plumbing
The company was recommended to me by the SW Mechanical store. The technician is was punctual, called me on his way, and broke down his services prior to performing the work. Provided an active military service discount, which put their prices a little closer to other competitors. However, the quality of work and knowledge the employee demonstrated was top notch. Will hire again.

Tech Angel was awesome! Price and work were as quoted. If you dont go with AHWA your throwing your money away. Sales rep Tom was extremely knowledgable and stands behind his product. Highly recommend to anyone and will use their services again. Jeremy

    Coyote Plumbing
Coyote Plumbing is a family owned business that treats their customers like family too. They charge a fair price for quality equipment and exceptional service. I spoke to several vendors before Coyote and the other vendors wanted to charge me DOUBLE for the same water heater and same service.  We will use Coyote for all our future plumbing needs.

He is absolutely fantastic. He is an absolute super gem. He came out about 3 hours after we called him and arranged within three days to have it fixed. He has always been absolutely fantastic with scheduling. We had a leaky toilet which was a warning sign that we had a leak in our water heater. He came out on Sunday. We called and just left him a message saying to call us whenever he gets a chance. We went home from church. He called and said he would be right down. He took care of the leak. They couldn't find a better plumber anywhere in the valley at all. I can't say enough good about him. For the scheduling and performance, I would give him 15 out of 10. Overall, they're an A+. He was very fair on price.

    Rio Salado Electric

I had no idea why he changed the wiring from 200 amp to 100 amp.  I asked him why he did that at the time and he told me that I did not need 200 amp.  He told me to save the 200 amp breaker as it was worth some money.  I asked him if everything I needed for the home and the barn would run on the 100 amp and he assured me that it would.  He did this without my knowledge or permission.

I had other electrical things that needed to be done there on the premises so I had Larry send me a bid.  I had no intentions of using him though after the amount of money he charged me over and above the agreed amount.  The taxes he charged me were suspicious as well.  After calling the government and going over what should have been charged for that area, I relayed that to Larry and he rebated me the money.  I also hadn't received my 10% off for mentioning Angie's List which I had, and so he also refunded that money.  This all brought it back down to the original quoted amount to do the job.

I am now having issues with the electricity needed to supply the barn and the building and I haven't even started the remodel to a home yet.  My new electrician told me that 100 amps will not be enough.  He asked why we changed it to 100 amps and I had to tell him that I honestly do not know why Larry did that.  He suggested that it was perhaps that it was because the wiring for 100 amps was about $1,000.00 cheaper than 200 amps.  This now made sense to me.  I have requested that Larry do a load sheet on the amount of electricity that I will be needing when the house is complete.  I will be using a 3 ton A/C heat pump a/c unit, a refrigerator, a washer dryer, stove, water heater, dish washer and various other appliances.  This load sheet needs to show with everything running, including the barn and arena lights.  I had asked these questions before when he told me that he changed it from 200 amp to 100 amp.  I now need to see the sheet.  I have asked Larry to provide this to me in writing.   I am still waiting.  I do not feel that I should have to pay twice for this electrical to be hooked up properly.

I called this company very close to 5pm asking if they could come out this evening.  In the afternoon, I had noticed that I did not have any hot water, and I needed someone to take a look at the water heater.  They could not have been nicer.  The technician called to let me know when he was on his way, and showed up a short while later.  After taking a look at the water heater, he determined there was no gas connection.  After looking at the meter, it appeared the gas company had placed a lock on the gas connection.  I just moved here from Texas within the last three weeks, and have yet to receive a bill from the gas company (City of Mesa), so I was very surprised.  Not only would I not have hot water, but my heater also is not going to work - on an unusually cold night in Arizona.  JD offered to wait while I gave them a call to see if I could straighten things out.  Unfortunately, their offices were closed, however, I really appreciated that he was empathetic and willing to wait.  Best of all, he did not charge me for the service call!  I was fully prepared to pay the call fee...after all, he was dispatched here and did check things out.  I can't tell you how impressed I am with this company and their work ethic.  They will definitely be my first call when I need  plumbing/AC/heating work done.
