    Your pest control llc
    I bought a house in a new subdivision in San Tan Valley last
    year and, as you might imagine, every possible post-construction vendor came
    knocking. Including Danny Toledo with Talon. Danny is a contractor and
    everything went well until I figured out that the equipment had issues, and
    some things were not made clear in the process.
    That Pinal County would come looking for a
    permit if they were ever called or notified (yes, I asked)
    That my little Shiba Inu dog (5 lbs) would be
    setting off the alarm as she roamed the house. Again, yes I asked and was told
    that the motion sensor would ignore anything smaller than 20 lbs.
    I had it removed by Danny because as soon as I set the alarm
    to leave it would go off and then I would get calls from Security AND Pinal
    County as well as it going off while I was on a plane traveling. With a bit of
    attitude and a stern warning not to talk to my neighbors about it, he removed
    the system and left. He also left holes in the walls and strips of paint and
    texture missing where he ripped the sensors down. One of my neighbors told me
    she was thinking of having hers removed, not knowing that I had done so, and
    she still has it. We did not discuss my situation.
    Fast forward six months, and another neighbor of mine
    decides they don?t care for the sub-par service and want theirs removed, again,
    I have not had a discussion with them either, when Mr. Toledo decides to go on
    a rant to them about me, calling me out by name to my customer telling them
    that he ?gave me a special deal and removal to help me out because my credit
    was bad and I didn?t pay my bills?. In addition, he told my neighbors that he
    knew where I worked and was going to get me fired. He then has the audacity to
    call my personal number and berate me over the phone saying I am ?bad-mouthing?
    him and ruining his business. I have had no conversations to that effect with
    anyone and most certainly do not appreciate his approach.
    So, when dealing with Danny Toledo on behalf of Talon,
    consider these security issues:
    He has threatened me to my neighbors
    He threatened me over the phone
    He made false accusations about why he?s losing
    He shared personal information about my
    financials with my neighbors
    Is this a security company you want to give your business
    to? By the way, I am open to suggestions about channels to contact about the
    sharing of my personal info.

    I called Jim early Friday morning with an instant response. He was able to come out and give me an estimate that day at 12:30p
    Jim arrived right on time with a welcoming appearance, he looked over the house, then sat down and explained his different alarm systems and offers. I agreed to a total burglar/fire alarm system connecting to the excistng six smoke detectors. It is a high tech system using cellular communications with no need for any phone,wifi or broadband home system. He had an opening for a Saturday installation which worked out great for me.
    The tech showed up early on Saturday, after contacting me to make sure it was ok to be early. He was totally professional and knew every detail of the system and willing to go the extra mile to make my installation was done neatly, and looked great.
    I would more than recommend you call Jim for any of your burglar/fire alarm needs.
    I am a retired firefighter and have dealt with numerous alarm boards and systems, the one that they installed is very user friendly and unique.

    The installer was great! Unfortunately the salesman professed to know everything but was not well informed. He recommended many items to simplify my life, Yet the items he recommended were incorrect for the function and for my system. He did not give me adequate instructions ( actually NO instructions) on how to use the extra items he had installed. He set up my account charging me for service I did not have and I spent hours with the monitoring company correcting this matter. The office staff was pleasant enough but NO ONE gave me any assistance with my system use. No one followed up to supply information that I requested.

    Very well.  The customer service was incredibly helpful, and the Front Point Security System was very easy to install.  I plan on adding even more available features as time goes on.  Would strongly recommend this product, and I saved money to boot as I could eliminate my land-line.  Front Point Security is cellular, which in and of itself, is more secure than traditional land lines.

He told us our existing equipment could be used and didn't try to hand us a bunch of extra expenses. He showed us all of our options and let us pick the one that worked for us. This is a great company and we are looking forward to working with them on a regular basis.

    I recently did schedule them to come out on Friday to install a new system in the house we bought.  I like them.  They have always been prompt.  Whenever I call them, they always take care of my problems.  I haven't had a whole lot of problem.  I never had any conflicts with them.  Their price is good and comparable.  They have always been on time.

    Jim came to the house and help us a great deal.  Our home was broken into and we needed a system.  Due to that, Jim gave us some great crime prevention advice and helped us get a security system installed in our home.  He charged us no up-front fees and gave us a great deal of quality equipment.  We are very happy we choose JPG and would use them again.  Thanks Jim!!

    I was told at the time of installation (verbally) that my contract was for two years only, I would be able to opt out after that period of time without penalty. I kept the system for almost five years never late on a payment. During that time no one EVER called to test or check the system, I didn't even know if it was still working. Thinking my contract was up, I had a salesman come to my door and offer a new updated system and I accepted. I had been losing confidence in the Protect America system and wanted it replaced anyway. When I tried to cancel my subscription they slammed me with a >$400 cancellation fee. Because they had automatically renewed my policy just recently without telling me and I would owe them a years subscription. I protested, they backed me down to half the price, and made me sign an agreement I would not file a consumer complaint. I had to pay over $200 to get out of the contract. Which I was not notified of the automatic renewal I beleived I was on a month to month contract. I was told it was in the contract I signed five years ago. I think this company has dishonest business practices and warn you that ALL companies that have you sign a limited contract agreement may have a hidden fee somewhere they will pull out on you at time of cancellation. It's not just the phone companies robbing you with contract fees anymore, many contract agreements may be using this scam. Sign on the line at your own risk.

    My service man Donald Sisk arrived right on time, worked with me to get the best coverage for the interior of my home. He was courteous, respectful of my input as to where placement of my sensors should go. He was knowledgeable about his product and experienced with installations. He explained the system thoroughly and in understandable terms before he left. A representative came to my door the day before and I had been ready for an upgraded system so it was good timing, they were ready to install immediately, but I opted for next day installation instead. I received a new system with free installation, for only $2 more per month than my last system, which was installed about five years ago. I was offered a satellite system for $5 more with no worries about power outages.
