  • I use them. I generally get something every six to eight weeks. I like their website and how they manage my prescriptions. I like the fact that it is delivered to my home. Most of their prescriptions are free. I don't know if that's because of my insurance. Their communication can be a little irritating. My wife has been on the same prescription for eight years and every time we order it through them, they call and we have to answer the same questions.

  • We use them if it's something that we need immediately. We will get it onetime with them and then transfer it to another company. We transferred prescriptions from one state to another state and they made it easy. We stayed with them because they are convenient and the pharmacy techs are very professional. They are competent and their price it good. We have good insurance. The pharmacist comes out and explains the medication, side effects, and what to do if something happens. He does a good job. They usually have it filled within 15 or 20 minutes.

  • I had a really poor experience there. I ended up seeing five different doctors for the same thing and they ended up giving me five different prescriptions. You never see the doctor that you see originally that seems to know what is going on and they get you to another doctor that doesn’t seem know what is going on. The main guy diagnosed me to get a test for sleep apnea so I made an appointment with this person in two weeks. I went in for my appointment for my sleep apnea and this woman there tells me she didn’t know anything about that. I asked her if she got the records that were sent, she said I only come into the room once; she left me sitting in there and never came back. I went in to go over the results, so I came back to see her again after the results were in and then I asked her I got a level 3 sleep and what does that mean, she said, I don’t know, I have no idea what that means. She just had a bad attitude over all. The main doctor was alright but most of the others were not. I got sent for an MRI for this sciatic on my back and I had this guy tell me about the report, he says I have some bulging disks, I need to go to a neurosurgeon and have some of that clipped of and he said all their neurosurgeons are busy treating car wrecks and I better go back to South Dakota and see one. He said in the meantime, here is some Oxycodone which I didn’t take. I went in there for blood pressure and I had valley fever and they never figured it out, so I raised my blood pressure and one guy gave me one blood pressure meds and he said that was for the kidneys, I went to the other guy and they said you got to get off them because they weren’t good for my kidneys.

  • The experience was sub par. I was there for 4 hours, and the only thing that was done was a urine test. I was then given antibiotics through an IV!!! The "Dr" explained that there was blood in my urine, and it was possible it could be kidney stones yet, there was no testing done to see if that was the case. I asked if i was going to be given fluids. I was told no. I'm no genius but as a kidney transplant patient possible dehydration should be an issue to consider. I explained I was new to the area and had a bad cough that I could not understand as a symptom associated with a urinary tract infection. I asked about it possibly being Valley fever especially, since I am taking immunosuppressive medication. He simply said he did not think that I had it without even testing me. What a joke. Luckily, I found a PCP that did all the testing that should have been preformed at the hospital.

  • Scheduling - got in immediately to see nurse, taken c are of within one half hour. Problems solved. Staff reacts well, listens, gives out good information and follows up.

  • As an overall experience I will give them an "A". To tell you what I was pretty impressed with them for an emergency room experience. I will definitely use them in the future if need be.
