    AOC Physicians -Audiologist
After giving me a hearing test in 2010, an audiologist at a different company told me I need hearing aids. I bought one, but noticed no difference in my hearing. He assured me that without it, my hearing would get worse faster. Two years later he tried to sell me new, improved aids for both ears. I decided to get a second opinion (actual three more opinions). All three said I was not yet ready for a hearing aid. I just had my hearing retested by audiologist Andrea Kristalovich at AOC Physicians. She said I was still not yet ready for a hearing aid. When I told her that another audiologist had me wearing one for two years, 7 years ago, she expressed surprise. Take home message: if possible, get tested by an audiologist that does not sell hearing aids. If you can't, at least get a second (or third) opinion.

It is very clean. They offer assistance for directions. Parking and places are easily accessible. I did not encounter one rude person the whole time I was there. I will certainly continue to go to this facility.

The doctor was on time. She listened to my concerns regarding my hearing, asked many questions and explained the testing process. She then did a series of tests. She gave me a full explaination of the results with a copy of the results.

    Rothman, Dr. Glenn B
The reason I went with Dr. Rothman is because he does over 250 types of the surgery he performed on me a year. My experience was perfect.

    Advanced Hearing Group
We were greeted by a very friendly front desk receptionist. We didn't wait long before we were both taken back by Dr. Cassandra Schmidt, our Audiologist. Dr. Schmidt, or Cassandra, as she asked us to call her, was very patient and thorough as she explained everything she was going to do and answered any questions we had. She tested each one of our hearing although since my husband has excessive ear wax, she worked on cleaning it out first and then did his hearing test. She suggested that he work on cleaning out the ear wax at home. After the hearing tests were completed she had us meet with her in her office to go over the results. It was no surprise that my husband needed stronger hearing aides. What surprised both of us was that she said I needed hearing aides. She explained that it's better to get hearing aides and start wearing them at the first signs of hearing loss than wait until your hearing loss is quite bad. She later discovered an ear infection in my husband's ear and recommended him to am ENT specialist. When his infection was cleared up we went in, she rechecked our ears then fitted us with our new hearing aides. Every time we have called with a question or stopped by asking for assistance we have been treated with the utmost respect. We highly recommend this office for your hearing needs. Note: The building that this business recently moved into at the above address has some rooms that are uncomfortable in the summer heat even with the air running. That's why I put the and quot;Band quot; for environment. The owner needs to address this not only for patients but his staff also.

    Advanced Hearing Group
I have 5+ years experience with digital hearing aids dealing with a company who totally lacked any integrity and prescribed a hearing aid unsuited for the nature of my hearing disability. Quite by luck and the yellow pages I discovered Adam and his company Advanced Hearing Group. Initially he performed the most comprehensive than I had ever had. Surprisingly, he told me I could wear the digital hearing aids for two or three weeks without paying for them. During each visit he would adjust the hearing. He requested that I report on my hearing in different situations, i.e., a movie, home watching television, and having dinner in a busy restaurant and other situations. The first words out of his smiling mouth were, "Hi Larry. Call me Adam." I immediately felt at ease. I discovered over a seven week period that he was interested in me as a patient and the quality of my hearing. I never felt hounded for money. Try this company. You won't regret it.

    PurTone Hearing Centers
My husband had been told by his otolaryngologist that he needed a hearing aide. The doctor recommended Mr. Trutwein for the hearing test and fitting of the hearing device. Mr. Trutwein of PurTone Hearing Center in Scottsdale was very professional and took a long time explaining how to get the best results from the hearing aides. My husband was fitted with a hearing device for each ear. Previously he had great difficulty hearing the TV and difficulty hearing individual voices in a crowd situation. His hearing is now greatly improved. After purchasing the PurTone devices, all future service, adjusting and supplies such as batteries are included for the life of the device.

They have always been excellent to work with. They have always provided an excellent service. Their only downfall is that they are not open every day of the week. My husband usually travels and they close at friday afternoon. Otherwise, he has been really happy with their service. We went to several ear, nose and throat specialist. We were looking for something new for him since my husband is completely deaf in one ear. They have given us all the services that we wanted. The price that they gave us was really excellent versus the other companies that have gone to.We were very happy with them. They have different locations, but he likes the people that work with the office that we go to.

Their prices are more than competitive. They are fairly honest. They do not try to sell you something that you don't need. The technician I had or whoever he was, was friendly and helpful. They guarantee the trade in value for after a year on these ones. So that's when I did upgrade to these. So it was more than reasonable.
