The BioMechanics Physical Therapy & Sport Medicine
They are very practical and personable in their approach to PT. It was very effective for myself and my husband who has also gone to them. With their being a smal business very a corporate branch with multiple facilities, they are more in touch with clients based on my previous experience at other PT facilities.

The BioMechanics Physical Therapy & Sport Medicine
Excellent massage and manipulation program, plus exercises with light weights to develop muscles to better support these areas, thus relieving strain on painful areas. While there is no cure for arthritis, the result over a four-week treatment period was reduced pain and decreased recovery time from painful bouts with arthritis. Very friendly, highly skilled, competent staff performed personalized, one-on-one treatment. Extremely clean offices and treatment areas. Very pleasant, non-intrusive music.

    Precision Physical Theraapy
I have gone to many other PT's in the past for my back. I injured it when I was 10 and have had problems ever since. ( I'm 54) Todd's approach is very different . His knowledge, compaction, patience far exceed anyone I've ever gone to in the past. I am being educated on how to continue my rehab (exercises) at home, with a program that takes in consideration ,the whole body not just one body part since I have multiple issues. I have been taught how to bend, move, pick up items, do my job ( Todd came to my work place to observe me) and many other life living things I have had to change and adapt. He listens to every comment and complaint and adjusts my treatment and exercise accordingly. I feel very lucky to have found Todd Lyonnais. I highly recommend him. The facility is small , so you get very personalized care unlike the larger facilities. The staff, Sarah and Christine , are also wonderful. They are very friendly, professional and caring. I just can't say enough about them.

Great place for PT. Front office is kind, courteous and quick. The PT's do an excellent job in explaining then implementing treatment for my dad which because of memory impairment has a hard time understanding instructions. Overall a great experience. Thanks

    Peak Performance Physical Therapy
I spent approximately three months in physical therapy at Peak Performance. The staff explained the exercises and made sure I did them correctly. I especially loved the exercise pool. The whole experience made a huge difference in my physical being. Peak Performance also have a membership for the pool that you can purchase monthly after they graduate you out of the sessions so that you can continue to exercise. Not only did I feel much better, but I enjoyed the entire experience. It's a fun place to go for treatment.

    Peterson 2 Physical Therapy
I went to other physical therapy centers and Peterson 2 Physical Therapy were much more thorough and professional. They took a personal interest in your therapy. They gave things like massages, ultrasounds and pool therapy. I got a lot better results from them than I have from other places. They manage the facility very well and make sure that everyone is well taken care of.

It went well as I regained much needed flexibility, strength and straightened out my arm. They have a nice personal touch versus many regimented corporate owned or, even, some smaller PT facilities.

Therapy was effective and helped in making significant progress in the return of strength to knees and legs following complications from knee replacement surgery.

    Peterson, Brek
The therapy process was satisfactory. The billing process was a VERY UNPLEASANT experience. I received a statement from Peterson dated July 15, 2010, indicating that I had a balance due of $1023.30.   I immediately called their bookkeeper, Jennifer, and told her that I?d received EOBs from my insurance company for every one of my sessions at Peterson, and that they indicated I was responsible for paying Peterson only $585.00. She stated in no uncertain terms that her statement was correct, and I owed $1023.30. She also stated that the discrepancy wasn?t her problem, therefore it was up to me to contact my insurance company. On or about September 14, I met with Jennifer, restated my case, and again suggested that we review the EOBs that I had brought with me, and compare them to the charges listed on their most recent statement. Jennifer was completely unwilling to review the EOBs with me, categorically dismissed any possibility that Peterson was overcharging me, and obstinately insisted that I immediately make a full payment of $1023.30 or face the possibility of legal action. I refused to do so and offered to give her a check for $585. She refused to accept any payment less than $1023.30. When Jennifer again insisted that I owed $1023.30 in her email dated September 16, I called my insurance company and asked them to review this situation and ask Peterson PT to please honor their contract with United Healthcare. The result was a statement indicating a balance due of $585.00.   What a surprise!  This very unpleasant encounter could have been completely avoided if Jennifer had responded to my contention that I was being overcharged in a professional and open-minded manner.  To add insult to injury, Jennifer never offered a hint of an apology for her inaccurate billing statements nor for her arrogant and presumptuous behavior towards me. After I sent a letter to Shayne and Breck Peterson, Shayne called me, supposedly to apologize, but the real purpose of his call was to defend Jennifer's actions and blame me for creating such a stir about the way she treated me.
