    Blatt, Dr. Andrew N.
To find such an expert surgeon with an accompanying exceptional bedside manner was a real blessing.  I would highly recommend him.  Thank you, Dr. Blatt, for making a huge, positive impact on my quality of life by performing this highly successful strabismus surgery.

    Geiler, Dr. Todd G.
Doctor was thorough, actually had fun at the appointment, had good frame choices for a smaller office, and glasses came in promptly.  I also felt the price was more reasonable than I paid in the past at larger firms.  I will definitely go back!

Prescott Vision and Eye Surgery Center
The appointment went real good. The waiting area is fine. The staff are always quite good and professional. He is fairly good. I would tell a friend or family member they are professional and they have a well trained staff.

    Powell, Dr. Timothy C.
I woke up with a piece of grit embedded under my eyelid ... soooo uncomfortable and it was also scratching my cornea.  My regular eye doctor is in Prescott and I wasn't going to be back up there for 6 more days.  I called Dr Powell's office, explained my situation, and asked to be seen as soon as possible (Angie's List reviews were the determining factor in calling his office).  The got me in same day, Dr Powell removed the offending grit (so tiny it was nearly impossible to see against a white tissue ... though it felt sooo much bigger in my eye!), gave me some eye drops to relieve the discomfort, and sent me on my way.  I am very impressed with both Dr Powell and his office staff and will certainly use them again if I need to be seen while in the valley.

    Antone Optical
It always goes well with Dr Frost. She's great! Very thorough and friendly. The one issue I have with this provider is their selection of glasses. Seems overwhelming at first glance but many frames seem very similar to one another, almost generic.
That being said, service is great!

Prescott Vision and Eye Surgery Center
I have been a patient of Dr. John Markham since 1995. Excellent care for annual exams and glasses and monitoring of my glaucoma with treatment. Two years ago I had bilateral cataract surgery. Son, Scott Markham, did the surgery and follow up care. He is excellent also. The surgical staff was great. I was able to have my favorite anesthesiologist there, and results of surgery have been perfect. I highly recommend this practice to everyone.

    Costco
I went to the optical department to order new glasses. I didn't have to wait. The optician who had many years of experience was friendly and explained my lens choices to me in clear terms. She helped me choose a frame and explained what I needed for my prescription in terms of lens style and type. I had a lot of confidence in her expertise.

    Ham, Dr. Michael L.
dr.ham has far too many patients. in all the years i've been seeing him ( three times a year) i doubt seriously that he would recognize me if i passed him on the street. there's no sign of warmth in his greetings. also he always over- books and the waits are long, sometimes an hour. i wish i had changed doctors when i realized i didn't like him.

    Dao, Dr. Jung T.
My experience with Dr. Jung T. Dao was terrible. I wouldn't let him operate on my eyes if he was the last surgeon on earth. He has a terrible bedside manner. He acts like he doesn't want to be there. He treats you poorly and doesn't communicate well. He's arrogant. I decided not to go with him. He requires a bunch of medical tests before he'll do surgery on you. I had gone to him at an earlier date and had put off the surgery. Later on, I decided to go ahead and thought I'd go see him again, to see if he acted more pleasantly, but he did not.

    Rummel Eye Care
I had been to Rummel Eye Care a month ago, and my husband and I ordered new glasses. They had some problems with my prescription - I have a very difficult prescription for glasses. So the glasses came in and they just weren't right. They made some tweaks which helped a little, but I tried wearing them and I couldn't. They suggested that I have my eyes rechecked by the Doctor to make sure the prescription was ok, which I did. We stopped by the optical place and we went over everything with the technician. She took all measurements and checked everything and we think we've got it down now. I'm just waiting for my glasses now. They gal that I worked with is very knowledgeable, especially since I do have a difficult prescription. My husband's glasses came in, no problem, he loves them. I love my frames, it is just I'm having a little trouble - which occasionally I run in to - I can't go just any place to get them, because not every lab can do my prescription. I checked out other places and they can't do it. They've got so many options and choices on your lens, which is the most important part. If you're not happy they're going to work with you until it works. If it came down to I just couldn't wear them, they'd give me my money back. You can't ask for more than that. They keep me informed, and while that is happening, I can wait. The staff is very friendly.
