Very disorganized not a full skin check. Juliet was not even going to have my husband remove his pants for the skin check until I insisted. Took over 2 weeks to get prescriptions called in to the pharmacy correctly here. We scheduled our appointment for the first appointment of the day and we still had to wait because Juliet was not on time. Today was a return to get some skin tags removed. After waiting 30 minutes, as we were leaving they said oh she's pulling up right now. I said that just means since she's already over 30 minutes late that she's just going to rush through everything like the last time so I said I would rather have an appointment sometime when she could actually show up for it on time, just like we had been on time. I will be searching for a new dermatologist now. Being rushed through and having a partial skin exam done to myour husband and I both is equal to no exam.

Dr. MacKenzie surgically removed 2 areas of basal cell carcinoma and prescribed a topical treatment for another area.  The surgery went very smoothly, scarring was minimal.  His assistant was great.

He never introduced himself to me, he came in and started cutting on my face without being numbed, and he said to somebody that they only do a certain procedure when it's aggressive. There is a process that they do, and they put it in a dish, and they can tell if they got everything out. Any dermatologist could have done it in 20 minutes, and I said in the office for 45 minutes. I was there by 8:00 and they tell me that I should go home because the nurse practitioner was coming in at 11:00 so I went home with a hole in my face. They were not professional at all. There is a just a concept that people are like a mill there. I would tell anybody to not go to that office. Their prices are way high, but that is not the billing departments fault, that is the doctors fault.

He is fabulous. He is very good. I fired all the dermatologists and he is the only one that was a good dermatologist in San Diego. The office is absolutely refreshing compared to all the other dermatologists I have been to. He is absolutely excellent, and I would tell people to go to him.  His office is very efficient.

The doctor saw me two hours past my appointment time.  He entered the room accompanied by two nurses and a physician's assistant who was being trained.  I began to explain my concerns and after each thing I said he turned to the assistant to explain the medical term and ask if he understood.  Before I could ask about everything I had questions about, he froze three areas.  When I repeated a question about something, he handed me a card with the name of the nurse at their "spa" and told me to call her.  That was my appointment.  It lasted approximately ten minutes.  I've always thought a first appointment with a doctor was scheduled to be longer.  My impression is that this doctor wants to be concerned only with serious issues.  Perhaps he's an excellent physician to treat skin cancer and other very serious problems.  I was extremely disappointed with my experience.

Annually I have a skin inspection to detect any skin cancers. The front office staff is courteous, efficient and appointment schedules are made easily. I have never had any problem with insurance claims. The MA staff is efficient and nice. In addition to a skin check any bothersome moles or skin tags are taken care of by Dr. Mackenzie.

The doctor addressed my concerns, treated a couple of areas with and quot;cryoand quot; and took a biopsy of a suspicious growth (which turned out to be benign). Even with the biopsy, the visit was easy and this doctor just puts you at ease with his easy-going manner.

We were seen at the appointed time promptly. The doctor and his assistant were professional and knowledgeable and performed the procedure using excellent technique. An appropriate dressing was applied with excellent instructions in wound care. We were hugely impressed with the entire experience and would highly recommend this medical office without reservation!

Really appreciate the helpfulness of the staff. They are willing to answer all your questions and give you all the time you need -- unlike a Med Spa I recently went to in Prescott (in regard to the same procedure) where I was extremely disappointed!!

Came into the office early, and was seen before my appointment time. Office staff is professional and friendly, Dr. Cirelli saw me promptly and did a skin examination and used liquid nitrogen to freeze off actinic keratoses which I tend to get being bald.
He has in the past treated me for a cancer on the top of my ear, without taking excess material. Looks very similar to my other ear.
