    Arizona General Construction Company LLC
Eric Tinney (owner AZ General Construction Company) has been the best contractor that i have ever worked with and I have worked with a several. We had huge ideas for our home to beautify it with a new roof line, gable, fascia boards (entire roof-line), redwood deck & Trex, new front door with side windows, elimination of an extra front door and a new bedroom door. Work included complete stone work along entire front and new pillars and new gable, stucco work and blending, sheet rock interior repair and blending, electric lighting and switches (new exterior light configuration.) Eric obtained the city permits (Prescott) and blueprints for the entire project and aced all the city inspections. The inspectors were impressed with his carpentry (it was an easy sign off.) Eric enlisted experts in the area of stone mason, sheet rock, building plans/design and stucco. It was wonderful having experts in the specific areas do all the work. His carpentry work was amazing. We were blown away by the outcome - he exceeded our expectations in all areas. His prices were always reasonable and he always had a solution to any problem that might arise. I cannot recommend Eric highly enough. I miss having him around and will have him back to do our kitchen.

Excellent service. Grant and his crew were very professional, easy to work with and did high quality work. Grant had many ideas to solve the problems in both my front and back yard. He even solved some problems that I was not aware of. These guys get an A+ rating.

I want to do my own plants behind the wall. Grant was did exactly what we asked. His crew is on time and he shows up at least once a day to check on the progress...They took down one of our fence walls to gain access with a tractor and it was worth the money because the job was done faster and costs the same when averaging work time. They also installed drains that were far better than what came in our new home with much better drainage. The only thing left is to put the wall back and fix the front yard where the tractor had to have access and the rock and weed cloth had to be pulled back. You do have to give half the payment up front and the rest when the job is completely done and I am satisfied. Grant is Licensed and Bonded and this protects him and you. He has a long history with the valley and this and his above board honesty is why we hired him. I will use him again.

They laid flag stone from my front yard to my back yard. They extended the patio with pavers and they put in 25 plants and 8 big boulders. They put small half inch stones in the back yard. They put a couple of trees down also. They also put in artificial turf for me too. They took about 5 days to complete the job. He was very accommodating, helpful and he helped me picked out the plants.

    Bob's Tree & Landscape
In one word: FANTASTIC. Bob's Tree & Landscape was recommended to us by a neighbor so we called them as well as a couple other firms to come out and discuss our project and give us bids. Will Davis came out for the bid. We got an appointment right away (which was great). When Will came out, he listened to what we wanted done, gave us some good ideas and noticed a few small things that our original landscaper had done that should probably be fixed. He told me he'd have the bid to us in a couple days and sure enough, that's when we got it. His bid was very fair. There were a few questions I had about the bid and Will was glad to come back out and discuss them. I also wanted some things put in writing and he was happy to do so (e.g., once the job was started, the crew would stay on the job until they finished [i.e., not go start another job and come back], they would adhere to all HOA rules for contractors, etc.). We set a date to have it done a few months out (because of our schedule) and that's exactly when he started. In fact, they had finished a job a day early and wanted to start ours a day early which worked out perfectly. The crew showed up each day and worked their butts off. The foreman of the crew (Angel) was great too. The job took 7 days in total and the yard looks great. All total, they 1) put done a new layer of landscape rock over the entire yard (including a new weed barrier) but they did it right meaning they cleared out the old rock along the sidewalks and driveway so that the rock would not fall out onto them, they raked out parts of the old rock to get it more level before they put the new rock on top, they raked out the new rock to make it more level, etc. 2) took out all the old boulders and put in new boulders (1'-2' in size) while being patient to let me specify which rocks went where in the yard (and were very accommodating when I wanted a couple of them switched) {by the way, allowing the homeowner to specify where boulders were to be placed was something I specifically had asked Will to put in the contract), 3) built a small retaining wall (which turned out great) to replace a more sloped wall of rocks, 4) replaced 7 plants that had died with different ones that now look way better than what we had (including moving the sprinkler heads to them). We discovered that a reason 3 of the plants had probably died was that they were planted on solid rock. Will's team took a jack hammer and drilled deep holes in the rock and filled them with soil to help the new ones grow!, 5), replaced a large section of rip rap that had been deteriorating, and 6) cleaned up the entire natural landscape part of our yard by removing all the dead stuff, pulling out all the noxious weeds and weed whacking the natural grasses. Since the lot had probably never been cleared, they took a ton of stuff out and it now looks great. One final thing they did was an on-the-job addition. One side of our house is pretty sloped and it was hard to get to the back walking on the landscape rock that was there. Will suggested putting in some steps and discussed options the first day of the job. The cheapest option would be to put in pressure treated lumber steps about 18" apart with landscape rock in between. I asked him for a bid and the next day he got it to me. It was reasonable so we had the crew do that while they were there. Now we have a much safer way to walk to the back of our sloped yard! Regarding payment, Will told us during the bid that he requires half on the first day of work and half upon completion of the job which we thought was very fair. Will was also great in getting the required paperwork to our HOA in order to get the necessary approvals before starting the job. He also filed the paperwork for the change for the steps right away. Our HOA speaks very highly of Will and says he's one of the best landscapers they work with. Another pleasant surprise was how good they were at cleaning up every day before they left and doing a final clean-up on the last day of the job. Like I said at the beginning of this review, they did a FANTASTIC job and I'd totally recommend them. Will has done a lot of jobs in Yavapai Hills (he's the preferred landscaper for one of the builders here) and people speak very highly of him and his crew. We sure wish he had been our builder's landscaper as we would have had our yard done right the first time instead of having to pay to have it all redone only 3 years after having our house built! I've uploaded a few before, during and after photos.

The project came out great. We had a Casita built as well as a built in cooking area on our patio with a rustic pergola built over it.

Absolutely excellent. I cannot recommend Mike Biegel and his crew enough. From designing my landscaping, working around problems that arose, he and his crew were professional, caring, responsive to my wants, prompt and dependable. They always made sure my dogs were safe, they listened to what I wanted and they have followed up to make sure everything is still okay.

    North Country Landscaping
North Country is a very professional company who stands behind their work.  They are in high demand in the local area and have built a great reputation based on their work quality and professionalism.   We had them landscape our front yard which is quite large and also do some irrigation work.  The work was done on time and within budget.  If we asked to have something done, they were responsive.  Their workers were clean and respectful. We plan to use them in the future to landscape the back of our property and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great job at a competitive price by a quality company.

The front yard looks great. We picked a rock and when he went to get it was not available anymore. Upgraded to one the same color for no extra cost. he said it was not how he did business. Great job and would use again and refer to friends and family.

I called Eriksson Services and left a voice mail concerning the work I wanted to have done.  Within hours I  received a  return call from Dan at Eriksson Services and we set up a date and time for Dan to come out and review the work scope.  Dan was on  time for the meeting,  matter of fact a little early  He reviewed what I wanted to do and provided  recommendation and alternatives.  Dan prepared an estimate for the work we discussed and emailed it to me.  Dan's bid wasn't the high or low bid,  but,  he developed a professional bid with labor and quanities of material split out and most important he showed up when he said he would, answered  all my questions and was very professional.   The job took several days as anticipated  and Dan was there when he said he would  and as the work was progressing we reviewed what had been completed and what work remained.  Due to material requirements being slightly below what was estimated the final invoice was under the estimate.  I will use Eriksson Services in the future and would recommend the company highly.  The project was finished on schedule, under budget and it was a quality job.
