Work was performed as per proposal. A high level of craftsmanship is evident throughout the job. An excellent man to do business with. I heartily recommend Sylvan to anyone contemplating the installation of laminate flooring.

The installation went exactly as proposed and was completed on time. The workmanship was far beyond our expectations. We love our floors. Everyone who comesto our houseloves our floors. Desert Hardwood Flooring was professional and their work was exactly what we wanted done. I would highly recommend them for your flooring needs. We are looking forward to working with them again to do tiling in our laundry room.

    REVA'S FLOOR DECOR INC
We had this done in a summer home that we had not yet lived in. We went to the store, based on the Angie's List recommendation. We paid in advance after picking out a color. Dealt directly with Reva and she could not have been any nicer or easier to deal with. Very pleasant and personable, making the process very seamless.  The installation was done after we returned to our winter home and the installer was kind enough to take pictures of the finished product and send them to me.
The only thing that I was not too happy with was the color of the molding, which I based on the color that the vinyl looked in the store. It looked greyish white in the store and once installed in my bathroom, very definitely a light beige. I chose a grey molding because of this and it does not look all that great with the beige floor. But all in all, for doing this quickly, and mostly long distance, I am pleased with the results.
The only reason I did not give them an A for professionalism was because when we met with the installer to pay him for his services, he smelled of alcohol.

The estimator was at our house right away. He was fast, professional, and accurate. We received the estimate quickly and it was $300 lower than a local competitor for the same quality flooring. On the day of removal and installation, water was discovered under the flooring near the dishwasher. Although the floor is concrete, we were advised that allowing the floor to dry before installation would ensure that we wouldn't have problems later. It was recommended that we seal it afterward, which we did. The installer returned and did an excellent job of installing our new flooring and new vinyl baseboards. (On his first trip, he applied materials to level the floor. Concrete type mix?)
We would absolutely use this company again for pricing, responsiveness, and quality of work.

    Crazy Nates Flooring
The man "helping" us kept grabbing a calculator and typing in multiple things and giving costs but was not able to actually give a complete cost estimate for the whole project. This was after they had already been to our house to take measurements, and knew what products we wanted. He knew we had already obtained a quote from Carpet One in Prescott Valley so at the end he asked for a copy of that quote. A week later he called and left a message with their quote which happened to be $42 less than the Carpet one. This was even after we chose a lesser quality laminate then we did with Carpet One.
I feel like a flooring company should be able to supply their own quote on a project and not relay on just barely beating another company on their bid.
I need additional tile work done in our bathrooms and will not even bother contacting them for their estimate.

    B & L Flooring America
Several years after installation flooring started to buckle in numerous places.
B & L owners and several employees have come to house, numerous times over last several years,  with promises to fix the problem or to replace the flooring.
No one has ever come to the house to fix the problem or to replace the flooring.

    HOME DEPOT
They are fantastic.  The guys are great and the installers are fantastic.  They do a good job and they are very professional.  They do the job right and if you see anything wrong then they correct it.  My husband saw something last night in one of the bedrooms so they are going to take that piece out and redo it.  They are really great.  The manager, the assistant manager and the people out there are just really terrific.  I will do business with them again.  The price is about the same as anybody else.  They are very good and excellent.

    B & L Flooring America
This Naturecore has a 20 year warranty against ripping, tearing, gouging and indentations. This is a beautiful product.  Friends constantly say they cannot believe that it is not real hardwood.  It is great as long as we do not rearrange the room or get any new furniture! After about 6 months we noticed floor was all buckled under all heavy furniture.  As previously stated his product is warranteed against buckling and bubbling.  Called  B&L and they sent out a serviceman who reglued flooring in problem spots and put down coasters under furniture.   The new coaster areas subsequently buckled and blistered.    Five year later after a large number of  phone calls and representatives, ( e.g. one factory rep informed us he was new and didn't really know how to help us! The owner yelled at us on the phone in December 2010 and said "what do you want me to do, replace the whole floor?)      Finally this March, 2011  The B& L owner told us he would contact the company and get it taken care of.   It is June, 2011 and we are still waiting.  I am told that the owner of B&L flooring  is about to sell the company (June 2011).    I would NOT recommend this company.

    HOME DEPOT
THE MAN WHO HELPED ME IN HOME DEPOT WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL. HE WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. THE PROBLEM CAME FROM THE DELIVERY--SENT THE WRONG PALLET AND WE WOULD NEVER HAVE KNOWN UNTIL IT WAS TOO LATE IF THE SALESMAN HADN'T NOTICED THAT MY PALLET WAS STILL SITTING AROUND AFTER MY DELIVERY. HIS CALL SAVED THE DAY.
