On a hot 100+ degree Sunday afternoon, we called Phoenix Towing to tow our car out of a large shopping mall parking lot. Shortly after the driver was dispatched, they texted us a link to a GPS web site that tracked the driver’s progress to our location along with an ETA. Our driver, “Dayvon”, was exceptionally friendly, patient, and conscientious. Given the great service, Phoenix Towing’s rates were quite reasonable. Needing your vehicle towed is never fun, but Phoenix Towing made our experience as painless as possible. Highly recommended!

They were responsive to the inquiry and price competitive. The car was picked up in short order and arrived a couple of days later. I've been through this drill before and been unhappy, but these folks were very good!

From the quote to the move we had an all around fantastic moving experience with CDS. Chris takes pride in his company and offers the clearest up front quote and stands by his bid. From providing extra boxes and packing supplies to the most careful wrapping of furniture there is nothing hidden and everything is top notch. Ronnie and Mike were a fantastic moving team working with a day long hustle from morning till evening. They were kind to my family, polite and somehow had energy to make us laugh throughout the day. They even gave us some tips on some things about our new house we might not be familiar with. I'm not wanting to move anytime soon but if I did tomorrow or 10 years from now, we're calling CDS. :)

Once my order arrived, the hardware order was missing 8 hinge pins. I immediately attempted to contact the company and sat on hold for 40 minutes. I opted to leave a message but never heard anything back. Then I opened the last box and there was damage to one of the shutters. I again attempted to call them with no luck. At this point, I have called about 6 times over the last 2 weeks, left several messages and sent 3 emails. I spent $300 on a broken shutter. Do not give your hard earned money to this company.

The WORST! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are understaffed and under equipped. My move was scheduled for Sat between 9:30 and 10:30 AM. I got a call the evening before that they had a truck break down and wouldn't be able to get the mechanic to look at it until the next morning. So now we are looking at noon-ish. At this point, start thinking of alternative solutions (ie. RENT A TRUCK!). Then I hear around noon that the truck can't be repaired, but they are going to get to me after the other 2 jobs are done (ummmm, what happened to the crew from the other truck? Still... rent a truck! Back up plan!). Then I get a call that the movers are overheated and can't do it that day. WHAT??????? They then ask to reschedule for MONDAY! 2 days later! I am stuck in limbo at this point and thankfully closed on my house a week early so I had a little leeway to get out of my apartment. Can you refer me to someone that could do the job Sunday? No. Anyone else would need at least a week to schedule me. Any other movers? No. Apparently they have no other movers/labor they could schedule on Sunday? So...Monday it is. Monday rolls around and they don't call me on the way to my apartment. I call them. Oh, they are there already. WHAT? I'm on my way. I get there, where are they? Not there. Someone walked off the job and didn't want to work that day. OMG, are you even kidding me right now? So they are trying to round up a couple guys that want to work Monday. Finally, a couple guys show up at 11:15 AM. One was his first day for the company, the other guy didn't even actually work for the company, just a buddy that wanted to earn some money for the day? All my belongings are in the hands of these guys. It takes them over 6 hours to get a one bedroom apartment moved (and I had already moved a lot of boxes, the closet and clothes). They didn't wrap my furniture and damaged multiple pieces. They BROKE my futon, my sofa got dirty from their dirty hands and setting it, fabric side, on the ground outside. They gave me 10% off for all this hassle. Oh, and I had to miss a day of work because they couldn't do the job on Saturday as promised. This pushed my whole schedule out 2 days, I spent several nights unpacking and cleaning and closing out the old apartment until 2 AM that week (which affected my work as well). When I called (several times) to complain and let them know about my dissatisfaction, I got no apology, just excuses. When I emailed and asked for some kind of assistance with the repair and cleaning of my furniture, I got absolutely no response. This company (which the real estate company I work for USED to recommend to clients on a regular basis) has dumbfounded me as far as customer service and problem solving. There were so many times and points that they could have saved this review from happening and they have made no effort. SHAMEFUL! Buyer beware!

Biggest mistake of my life! Do NOT....and I repeat.....do NOT hire this company under any circumstances!! I spent $530.76 to ship 4 storage bins and 1 cardboard box across the country, and all 4 storage bins arrived damaged, with large gapping holes in them, and the 1 cardboard box went missing for a week. When it was finally discovered, I cannot tell you how damaged the box was. It seriously looked like a couple of orangutans got a hold of it and tossed it around (that's probably exactly what happened, actually). TSI is the most UNPROFESSIONAL moving company EVER! I can't you how appalling it is to entrust a company to take something valuable across the country for you, only for it to end up completely destroyed in the process. The photos speak for themselves. I think it was excellent. I knew I needed to update my appliances after my kitchen remodel, so I went to Lowes and I talked with both Brittany and Rosey. They sat down with me and we walked through what I needed and wanted. They even did a comparison to ensure quality and price level. They were recently installed and the install team was great as well. Very satisfied.
