    Josh Rudin and his team at ASAP RESTORATION completely restored our home after it was flooded. We are so happy we ended up hiring them. They knew how to work with our insurance company and were always delivering a great quality job on time. Jason was our Project Manager and I know we couldn't have gotten through all of this without his help as well. Everything from sheetrock to drywall and painting to door trims was well done. We got to know the staff well, and they were such nice people with good work ethic. ASAP also has great sub-contractors. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen and bath cabinets and countertops. They recommended great quality products and have the right professionals for installation. I'm in the design business myself and had never been through an experience like this with flood damage. I can't say enough about the professionalism and follow through from ASAP. I would and will recommend them to my friends and family. Also important to note, if they have a point of view on something that would look better, listen to them, they know their business. We went back and forth on a few finish options and whenever I took their advice, I was happy with the end result! I may be a designer, but I believe you can always learn something new if you stay open! Here's the reality check. You as the customer have to do your homework too. Don't expect them to bring you lots of floor samples and counter top samples and cabinet samples. That is time consuming and not part of their job. But do feel free to ask them for advice on where to go to check out materials, they have great sources!! My opinion is, when you go through something like this, you have to take the time to understand what your insurance company is willing to pay for. Talk to your adjustor if you have questions. And once you know, for example, what your budget is for kitchen countertops, go check out material pricing at Lowe's. Then you can have a reasonable conversation with your contractor. If you don't do your own homework and just leave it in your contractor's hands, you will be fine - just don't complain if it isn't exactly what you imagined. Hiring a contractor is a 2 way relationship. If you don't do your part, you shouldn't complain unless something is actually installed wrong. We are very happy with all the work performed by ASAP!! SO GRATEFUL TO ASAP RESTORATION FOR MAKING OUR HOME BEAUTIFUL AGAIN!!

    I called EHS Restoration out because I had a leaky water heater. They removed the wet drywall and insulation and removed and treated the area for mold. They dried out the studs and then rebuilt everything after it was dry. They were quick and efficient. I am very pleased with the service they provided.

    I had a leak in my master bathroom shower.  The leak caused mold to enter the wall and caused the drywall to crumble.  I called Daryl and he came out the next day and did testing.  He provided me with a detailed bid and report on what kinds of mold were in the wall.  He also tested the air quality in the house.  Daryl returned after I accepted his bid and did all of the work.  The new drywall looks great.  He matched it with the rest of the bathroom including the texture.  Daryl was very professional and he was always at my home exactly when he said he would be.  I recommend using him anytime you find mold in your home.

    They were very attentive throughout the entire process.  Their employees were respectful and got the job done.  I was kept apprised of the daily progress.  They also helped me find contractors to rebuild the areas that were flooded.

    I was extremely happy with the work they did and completely confident that the house would not have any ill effects of the water damage caused by the flood once it was rebuilt.  I would whole heartedly recommend them and use them again if needed.

    Without our knowledge, the hose came off our washer and we found ourselves in standing water in our laundry room and the hall. My husband began cleaning it up with a carpet cleaner we had and I called 1-800 Water Damage. I caught Tom at a rehearsal dinner but he told me he would come over when he was done in about 2 hours. During those two hours, my husband and a neighbor did everything they could to get the water up off the floor and the carpet. We thought we had done a pretty good job.
    However, when Tom and his crew came over they immediately began to pull more water out of the carpet. They began to use their equipment to determine the extent of the damage by measuring the moisture content in the walls and the carpet. We were astonished to see that the water had spread into 7 rooms, under the carpet pads and into the baseboards and walls!
    Tom had to pull up the carpet in certain areas and used two high powered fans under the carpet to dry that out. He also had to take off the baseboards (very carefully) in various places and rooms and drill holes in the wall where the baseboards had been. He placed about 12 more fans in various areas, different rooms, and set up a humidifier to help remove moisture.
    Tom came in everyday to measure the moisture content of every area and compare it to previous readings to determine if fans needed to be added, removed or adjusted. It took 6 days to remove all moisture from the walls and carpet pad. We were, and are, relieved there is no more moisture for mold to grow.
    Although it was difficult to deal with the noise from the fans for all those days, we are very pleased with the service and believe we avoided a hazardous situation by having Tom and his professional team come in. Tom answered any questions and worked around our schedule for return visits. They were very flexible, courteous and understanding of our time.

    Went well! I represented a buyer who was in escrow on the sale of a home. The buyer suspected water damage and had concerns about present mold during the inspection period. Tom, with 1-800 Water Damage, showed up on short notice to view the concerns. He confirmed the water damage using a moisture meter and uncovered a microbial substance growing in the closet. He promptly followed up with a written estimate for remediation and repair. The buyer was able to negotiate with the seller - cash in lieu of remediation and repairs so that the work could be completed properly by 1-800 Water Damage upon close of escrow. My client was really pleased with the professional service provided by 1-800 Water Damage. Tom and his crew dried out the water, remediated the mold and arranged for everything to be put back/restored. I highly recommend Tom and 1-800 Water Damage!
