    OK Corrals
Jack at OK Corrals comes across as a very likable and genuine person, however, once you've made final payment to him, he will no longer stand by his work or communicate about it. My kennel is strong and sturdy, but it was not completed per the specifications detailed on my work order. My work order clearly states weep holes to prevent flooding...they were not installed and he had to come back, and when he came back he installed weep holes that did not function properly. Also, please note, it took him about a week or maybe a little longer to even come back to fix his initial mistake. He and his wife Melissa harassed me repeatedly for the final payment to be paid, and I repeatedly told them I would be happy to pay it once the job was complete just as the work order states. No doubt in my mind, if I had paid before he came back, he would have never come back. Anyhow, his design for rainwater drainage was so flawed, I had to hire another company to come out and fix his substandard work. I paid OK Corrals $3700 dollars for a kennel that was nothing but a headache until I paid someone else to fix it. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

    Elite Iron And Fab
I am far beyond amazed of how well Elite Iron And Fab delivered an outstanding experience .The quality and preparation of work speaks for itself. Responsiveness is excellent while maintaining me the customer satisfied at all times. I was kept up to speed on what was going on and what to expect. There was no cutting corners on my project and Elite Iron And Fab demonstrated an excellent partnership to get it all done, fast, effectively, and prioritizing quality of work. I look forward to having them work on future projects. Now the details of the work done: Pool fence needed to be moved to allow greater yard space. I wanted to curve around he cool deck and wrap up into the side wall. And my rev gate was falling apart (literally) as was very difficult to open. They fabricated posts to do a better long term result with minimum impact to reduced usage. I would definitely recommend them to my family, friends and co workers

    Elite Iron And Fab
Mr. Razo is a craftsman who is very professional and meticulously crafts iron works of high quality. I didnt think I could afford such quality! This gate is solid, built to last and looks beautiful. Neighbors have commented how nice it looks. Mr. Razo is punctual, he shows when has says he will show, his qoute is spot on and he is fast to think of a viable solution (we found one of our existing block pillars was not secured with cement and he was fast-thinking with a great economical solution).

It was great. Chris was very easy to work with and understood exactly what I was looking for. His employees were very professional and respectful of my property. I am extremely happy with the work they completed at our home. I would highly recommend Diamond Iron if you are looking for a company to do the work right and someone you can trust.

    Wrought Iron Services
I hired Gary in April of 2016, a contract was written up and deposit paid. Per the contract, work was supposed to be completed within 5 weeks (mid May) of the contract date. After multiple delays and excuses throughout the entire project we finally had to fire Gary and take him to court for a refund of the deposit as well as a judgement for damages to take out the work he had done so far and make necessary fixes. As of July when we started the court process, Gary had only partially completed the exterior fencing project and had not begun on the other two. The panels of fencing that he did put up were made and installed poorly. There were no caps installed on the top to prevent rain water getting inside the fence. Improper paint was used so that rust was showing through within a month. The connectors he used were already coming loose. He installed the panels in sections of my brick fence with varying depth, height, and lengths so that the fence was not uniform in look. There were also supposed to be four panels with curves to match the fence, these curves were done horribly and did not come close to matching. One even curves back the other direction like a roller coaster instead of a smooth continuous curve as it should have been. After taking Gary to court in early October, judgement was made fully in my favor within 20 minutes. The judge saw my evidence and pictures of the project and had no problem awarding me full judgement. He also scolded Gary for taking on the project in the first place since his license doesn't allow him to do that type of work. As of yet, Gary has not made payment and does not appear to intend to comply with the legal judgement against him. If he pays before I have to get the Sheriff involved I will update this review, but as of now I would suggest you look for other contractors as this one does poor quality work and is dishonest.

Dolan showed up on time and rapidly adjusted my wooden gate with steel latch that I was unable to open after 12 years of use. Dolan knew exactly how to adjust this gate that I had been struggling to open all year. Next time I will get several jobs together. this business has a 2 hr minimum but since I didn't know that, Dolan adjusted the price down and that made me happy! If it was my plumber, I would have been charged $75 trip fee so I was happy with the price and the service!

    Shipley & Sons Construction Co
I had a unique project which entailed converting my side gate conventional hinge system that had a padlock to keep it secured into one that had an electronic access with keypad, exit button from the secured area, using an electronic door strike. I called several companies/contractors to provide a bid for the work, including one company who installed a similar system on my front gate. Nobody came through like Chris and his company. From the time when I first called and spoke to Chris's wife who mentioned to me that they do not usually take on smaller projects like mine, but she was extremely accommodating and willing to work with me. He visited me at the house, viewed the gate and the electronic components I had already purchased, and came up with a plan to have the job completed. There was no hesitation for any portion at all. He was confident he could do the job. He came before Christmas and said he was busy and would let me know in January when he had time.
Sure enough he did call back in January when he was ready to do the work. He remained in contact with me and gave me details on project start dates regularly. He had another person from his company do the work. I was unable to be at home while the work was being done and would have wanted certain adjustments made before it was too late, but overall, I am still very satisfied with how the project turned out. He was not able to tell me how long the project would take since this was not a job that people do everyday. The price did come back a little higher than I expected but he did work with me and again, no hesitation to really make the customer happy. This has to be one of the best companies I have worked with, from start to finish. I have always read so many stellar reviews about other companies and always wished I could work with a company and have an equally good experience, and I can confidently say I finally did.

3 Shimys Home Maintenance & Repair
He is fantastic. Highly highly recommended.
I have a rental house in Peoria which the tenants neglected and then left trashed when they were evicted. My previous property manager also neglected the property and her duties, so it was in bad shape. I live in Japan so I had to coordinate everything for the repair from here. I am so grateful I found this handyman company! Michael Shimonowsky helped me in so many ways, AND did it for a very very reasonable price. (His detailed invoice/estimate for work came in at much much less that the other Angie's List company I checked.) On top of the original punch list, I kept thinking of new things and also he discovered some problems during the course of his work, and he not only took care of the new problems, he also found good people to take care of the additional problems that were out of his realm of expertise. For example, we decided the house needed new interior paint, so he arranged for a painter he used to come in and paint everything by hand, the colors I asked, for about a third of the price the other company wanted to spray paint the house. He noticed that the electricity didn't work in two rooms, so he found an electrician to come in and fix it. My desert landscaping was almost ruined by grass being allowed to grow through it, so he found a landscaper to come in and try to fix it. And when that was only partially successful, he went out and tried to improve the condition and look of the desert landscaping again. Since I am so far away and contacting people and setting things up takes time, by Mr. Shimonowsky coordinating it on my behalf, things went faster and he worked them in around his schedule for work on my house. If I had had to find all those people on my own, I think everything would have taken so much longer. And he even paid the other contractors for me and let me pay him so that I could just make one payment for the total. And he sent me many many pictures of the damage before the work and after the finished jobs. I am very grateful to him and to Angie's List for helping me find him! My new property manager went out to inspect the house for me and said it looks great. I can't say enough about this company.
I will definitely use him again ! Excellent work for very reasonable prices.

    Triple A Ironworks Inc
Freddy was very responsive, friendly, communicated very well.  Excellent about making sure he was providing service that we wanted and that all measurements and materials were up to code.  Helped us with a cement wall around the pool equipment that also turned out great.  We really like the look of the fence and happy with the solid installation.  I would recommend Triple A Ironworks to my friends and family.
