  • I am far beyond amazed of how well Elite Iron And Fab delivered an outstanding experience .The quality and preparation of work speaks for itself. Responsiveness is excellent while maintaining me the customer satisfied at all times. I was kept up to speed on what was going on and what to expect. There was no cutting corners on my project and Elite Iron And Fab demonstrated an excellent partnership to get it all done, fast, effectively, and prioritizing quality of work. I look forward to having them work on future projects. Now the details of the work done: Pool fence needed to be moved to allow greater yard space. I wanted to curve around he cool deck and wrap up into the side wall. And my rev gate was falling apart (literally) as was very difficult to open. They fabricated posts to do a better long term result with minimum impact to reduced usage. I would definitely recommend them to my family, friends and co workers

  • Very professional/helpful from the lady on the phone to the person who came to the house for estimate & final proposal - the men that did installation were very tidy/professional, and hard working - our patio was left just as it was before they started!!

  • We hired AZ Patio Cover Sun Control after being referred to them by some friends who had used them build a pergola over their spa. We met with Alonso who was informative, friendly and had some great design ideas. The crew to dig and concrete the holes came on Saturday morning on time at 8:30am -- and the rest showed up at 9am. Everything was done by 1:30pm -- cleaned up and looking fantastic. We couldn't be happier with AZ Patio Cover Sun Control. From start to finish, it was an easy process, their prices were great and we plan on using them again in a few months.

  • From start to finish everything went very smoothly. I requested a quote Jason the sales rep came out to our home he was prompt, personable, and professional.  He was very knowledgeable about the product and gave us a lot of good advice. He was not high pressure at all, he just wrote up the estimate giving us time to review all the options and get other quotes if we desired.  The office staff were very friendly and on the ball making sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. We are now enjoying our new patio thanks to Bob, Lex, Karl, and Brian the hard working guys that installed our patio cover. It took them two days they were here bright and early each day and left the job site neat and clean each day. I am very pleased with their workmanship. We will definitely be calling them in the future for other projects.

  • This company was great to deal with!  Simon provided a reasonable estimate and kept us up to date on the progress of our umbrella.  The installation was seamless, we are very happy with the custom umbrella.

We decided to install a motorized sun shade and we chose Phoenix Tent and Awning again.  Simon came out and again provided us with a reasonable quote and we're looking forward to the shade.  Love this company - we get compliments constantly!

  • Kenny & Kristin Meyers installed 3 awnings at my 2 business locations September 2013. RIght away, one of the 2 large awnings was not installed properly and blowing a lot in the wind, so much now it is moving the posts they installed. Another smaller awning came unattached. They came & got the smaller awning & are supposed to bring it back to reinstall and fix the issue with the large awning. I have been trying to get this resolved since just after the completion but they would say they would come to resolve then not show up. Now they aren't responding to me or the BBB. Horrible customer service. Do not stand behind their service or products.

  • Everything went great! The screens are incredible. The automatic up and down with the sun and wind is really impressive. We are ready for next summer (spring?). Our salesman was Ken Pesho. He is very well informed and knows his stuff. We discussed the channel vs. cable systems, and I am very glad we went with the channel system. It is clean looking, nothing to run into, and holds better. However, call the office for after sales support. Ken is not so interested in that part. This is not a criticism, just a note of how to get what you want faster.

  • We first contacted Hein in July of 2013 to get an estimate for our build, but due to scheduling conflicts we were never able to meet.  Our project was put on hold for another year and when we decided it was finally time to commit, A.R.C.H. Construction was still among the top rated providers in our area.  We took estimates from two other top rated providers; one priced much higher and the other priced much lower.  What prompted us to choose A.R.C.H. was Hein's professionalism and personality.

The entire project from design to final inspection took just over two months.  All of the subcontractors used were friendly, professional, and have been working with Hein for anywhere from 5 to 15 years.  All of the work performed was done on time, to code, and with quality in mind.  When it comes time for our next construction or remodeling project, we will definitely be using A.R.C.H. Construction.

  • If you want to deal with a professionally managed service provider, look elsewhere.  The following is a summary of my experience:
Oct 6, 2012: After reading positive reviews on Angie's List, I decide to contact Sun City Awning via Angie's List contact process.  No response.
Late Dec, 2012: Phone call to the company, arrange for a visit from their rep.  We work out a deal with the rep, and  agree to expedite the process.  I pay half the contracted amount.  The rep agrees to submit the plan to my HOA for approval.
Jan 3, 2013: Rep sends me HOA application form which I promptly sign and return.
Jan 9, 2013: Receive a welcome letter from a person identifying himself as Jim McCrohan (no title), and suggesting I contact him with questions.
Jan 25, 2013: In response to a follow-up e-mail to rep, I find out the HOA had already approved the plan.
Next step in the process involved submitting plan to City of Peoria for building permit.
Feb 14, 2013: In response to follow-up e-mail, rep tells me that Sun City is expecting  a response
from City of Peoria any day.
Feb 27, 2013: In response to follow-up e-mail, rep advises me that City of Peoria people are not familiar with Aluma-wood products, hence the delay in permitting.  Rep advises that the company will expedite the project and have all material ready the following week.
March 8, 2013: In response to follow-up e-mail, and asking for project manager's contact info, rep advises that the installation will start on Mar 11.
Mar 12, 2013: Installation finally starts.  After partial completion, we now have to wait for city inspector.  At this point, we have two huge holes in the ground.
Mar 18, 2013: In response to follow-up e-mail, rep advises me that they will arrange for city inspection.
    If you want to
Mar 20, 2013: Send e-mail message to Jim McCrohan (don't know his position in company) complaining about the delay in completion of the installation.  No response.
Mar 20, 2013: City inspector shows up, and rejects installation due to improper location of posts.  I promptly advise the company that the installation had been rejected. Installers show up a few days later to correct the problem.
Mar 30, 2013: City inspector buys the installation; I  advise the company and ask for quick completion of the installation.
Apr 3, 2013: Installation is FINALLY completed, THREE MONTHS after contract signature.
Apr 10, 2013: Receive a bill for the remaining half of the contracted amount.  A few days later, I receive a phone call from an office person, advising that I need to promptly settle the outstanding amount.  When I suggest that it took them three months to honor their contract, why would they expect me to honor my end of the contract right away, the person tells me that if I don't, the company will refer the matter to a collection agency.
Apr 20, 2013: E-mail above narrative to Maria Morgan (owner??) for comments.  No response.
Apr 24, 2013.  Finally get over my anger with the company and send the final payment.
