    Scott, Harry, and the others are THE BEST! We take mannnnnyy cars (our own, family members, and friends) to Purcells in Peoria, and have for many years. We have NEVER been disappointed in the repairs and/or service! If we need a vehicle back by a certain time, I call and make an appointment. They let me know when I can drop off and pick up. If there is no rush, I drop vehicle off. Vehicles are always repaired and/or serviced in a VERY timely manner. The bill is never a surprise! We are always given an estimate, before the work is done. The coupons, they send, are an added bonus too! Our most recent experience... A warning light came on in son's car. He took his car elsewhere. He was told that the warning meant he needed a new timing belt. With the replacement of the timing belt, he would also need a new water pump. The cost would be 1300.00. We had no reason to doubt anything. HOWEVER, I convinced son to take his car to Purcell. We said nothing about the other place. We just stuck to the facts... warning light came on. Scott told us that the warning light code did indicate a timing belt change. However, it is a "generic" type of warning for several models. I might not have that info exact. My mind kinda glazes over, when it comes to vehicle repair chat. :) Scott said he would check it out. After checking out the car, Scott called us. The timing belt did need changing. However, the water pump did not. Total cost... LESS then $500! I seriously can not count the number of times that the bill has been LOWER then expected. No, I do not know the owners, and I am not related to anyone that works at Purcell. :)

    It was an accident and it was an insurance claim. I was shocked, I thought it would be more than what they said it was and it was right at $1,000. It looked real good afterwards. I had to rent a car on my own, they didn't give you a loaner or anything. You had to rent it through a company that was right there on the lot with them. He had the car for 2 days and got the work done. I would say I got a good price and a good job done. I did call them up after the work was done, because right after the work was done I noticed one of the blinkers weren't working. They said the bulb had to be replaced. They don't have bulbs any more, they have the whole light to replace now. They replaced the whole light. I said, I wondered how come that happened, because it was working when I took it into them. They said, Bring it back in we probably will have to replace the bulb. I took it back and they replaced the whole light.

    It was fast. They were professional, very nice people. The only problem was the pricing.��I had to have some body work done, I had a wreck and I had some body work done a couple of years ago and I went to another company. I only paid a $1,000 for it and the damage was quite a bit more expensive than this one was. I went into A & D and they gave me an estimate of $1,500. I had a few scratches on the fender and I wanted those bumper guards replaced; and then of course, I wanted it repainted where the scratches and stuff were taken out. He said, $1,500! I said, Wow, that's high! He said, Prices have gone up. Well, they couldn't have gone up that much. I said, No! Again, I didn't have that much damage to the car. There were heavy scratches and it looked more like tar, rubbing tar from the tire on the car, like a tire mark. He wanted to charge me $1,500. I told him, No! These company see women coming and they think women don't know sh*t about anything. They're liable to pull out their d*mn credit and go, Oh, here you go, charge it! We'll honey, not this old broad! I'm not falling for it!��I asked them about a loaner and they said, Well you'll have to wait till we get one in, we don't have one in! I couldn't have gotten the service done in a timely fashion anyway. He said, The loaner wouldn't be in for 5 days. Then I said, Well how long do you need the car? He said, I need it for like 5 or 6 days.

    If I have oil changed done, little stuff, I take it to like Jiffy Lube, but if I have like major stuff done I take it to the dealer.��They���re high, they charge like $45 for an oil change, that���s high. They are very slow. I don���t know if I would use them again after a report I saw on them. I���m thinking I���m looking for a new place to get my oil changed. They say you need a part and they charge you for it but never install it.

    It's probably due again this month. We just use the car for pleasure, it's not for work. We don't put that many miles on it. They're a little expensive, but we want to keep our warranty good and they do a good service. What are you going to do, you're kind of stuck. The oil change you have to pay for of course, but you want to make sure you're doing all the warranty things correctly so if something bad happens they will pay it. They are really good. It took about an hour to complete the service. The workers are good.

    One said I had a fuel pump leak in my pick up. I have yet to find the leak. They wanted to charge me almost five hundred dollars for it. Up until that time, I would put it as pretty good. I'm not sure. Up until the five hundred dollars for a fuel pump, price was good. Since I didn't have them do it.

    Gary was great! Came to my home, that was super convenient for me. Gary's very personable, went over all the manufactures warranties with me. He took his time and did a fantastic job! I did my research before getting the work done; I will refer family and friends.

    As always Sun City Auto performed very well. They ran tests and test drove the car. Charged the battery and tested it. They kept it overnight and found nothing wrong. They have been servicing my 2004 T Bird for the past six years and have always been reasonably priced and very reliable.

    I have been to this dealer several times to get an oil change. I have been hopeful they would have some specials or coupons I could use. This dealership ALWAYS charges me double what I get from Bill Luke Dodge. I don't understand, its the same service. Larry Miller then goes on to tell me that my 2006 truck with the HEMI uses special oil. Its not that special, it just takes more to fill it. I am very confused. They treat you as if you know nothing about cars at all.

    Now I travel all the way into Phoenix to Bill Luke just for my oil changes. Bill Luke ALWAYS does it right.

    Now Larry Miller sends me a special coupon telling me to come in and shop for a new truck. They tell me I have won a prize, just down and claim it, guaranteed. When I get there (against my better judgment) the staff has no clue what im talking about. Even when I show them the flyer stating I may have won 25,000 in cash. Just another scam to get me in the door.

    I have had nothing but bad experiences with this dealership. Even tho they are so close to my home, I will not use them for any service !

    I left my car and received a phone call from Dan Thomas about 3 hours after and he went on to tell me everything that was wrong with my car including needing front brakes and of course many things I could not identify with. He quoted me a price of over $1,500. I explained to him that I am on social security and all work needs to be done a little at a time and asked him to write it all down for me. I told him do front window and recall only. He sounded very upset with me. When I picked up the car he did not write down all the charges he quoted me on the phone. A day or two later I took the car to local mechanic and was told that the front brakes had at least 10,000 to 20,000 more miles. Now seeing the odometer reading only 30,039 miles after 12 years he know it had lots of time before brakes would be needed. He also told me everything was in great running order. He found no need to do anything at this time and did not charge me for this inspection. He will be doing all my work going forward. Dan Thomas was dishonest, did his best to take advantage of me. I advise everyone to stay clear. I was also told that I greatly overpaid for the window at $410
