    Air Control Home Services
The job went wonderfully! Best service EVER! The entire company is just awesome, from the techs to the office support to the owners. Very professional, very competitive pricing, they came out ASAP, did a thorough job, replaced the A/C unit with an extremely efficient model and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you for everything, we are so grateful and just can't say enough great things about Air Control Home Services!

    Air Control Home Services
Provider responded promptly, sent quote via email. I signed contract proposal and sent back, along with a check for half of the cost, paid the remainder of cost on day of installation. I requested a detailed invoice, so that bargaining could be considered, but was told that was impossible; it was all or nothing. They would not tell how much the unit and labor each cost. We paid for a CO monitor that we didn't need, and a new thermostat that snaps when it turns on. (They said that noise was normal). I asked for a manual for the unit, but had to contact the manufacturer for one. The company said that the manufacturer doesn't want the consumer to work on unit, but to call a professional. I want to know what to look for, and the features of the unit. After installation there were black marks on floor, that my husband said were from duct cleaner, and one corner of the unit frame was connected improperly. Air Control responded two times that they did not bring any equipment into the house that made the marks, however later one worker told us that they did bring equipment into the house. We cleaned the thick greasy marks. After two weeks, we saw water flowing under the unit, and they replied that the unit was doing its job. They had not connected condensate drain to existing drain, as per contract, until repeated calls were made. By then, one exterior panel was damaged from water, and water had flowed onto ductwork below the a/c unit for three weeks. Panel was replaced, but they refused to replace the duct, unless customer removed the spiders under the house, and that there were no leaks from duct. Two weeks later, we discovered that a 6 inch square hole next to condenser unit had a rag stuffed in it. (it is behind a panel, so went unnoticed). Air flows out of the hole when unit is on, leaking from duct into the under floor space. Company stated that there were no air leaks under the unit when I visited their office on Sept. 8. In my opinion, their website advertised professionalism, but failed to deliver. Before their work, the A/c didn't leak. Are we expected to remove the spiders, and call them back again? They made two visits to our home to repair issues, but lied when questioned about leaks, and said nothing about the rag stuffed into hole that they created. Photos of the water damage and hole were taken. I would appreciate their response to our request to replace the duct.

    PITZER AIR-CONDITIONING
they were 1.5 hrs late and they were very condescending.  They said service would take 1.5 hrs.  They spent 10 minutes and said they were finished.  They said they would change air filters in house so I gave them a filter but they did not change the filter.  They changed the settings on one air conditioner to have the fan run constantly.  I did not realize this until the middle of the the night when I realized the unit never shut off.  The attitude of these two service people was offensive.  I would never use this company again and do not recommend using this company. This service crew was from the lake havasu location.

    Air Control Home Services
We were happy with service and they arrived on time for the appointment. Everything has been working fine since then and we have not any issues. Their prices were not too expensive also. They came during the summer and they were able to come out as soon as possible.

Pitzer's One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating
They are great. They do a wonderful job. Anytime you call them they will come out. They will even come on Sundays. They are friendly and very efficient. We had a part that had been recalled by the manufacturer as our freon was leaking and we live about an hour and a half from them and they came on a Sunday to make sure we still had freon. We have recommended them to other people in our neighborhood.

Pitzer's One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating
I called Pitzer's late in the morning to check on a pre-Summer inspection and tune up of our upstairs and downstairs air conditioning units. I was advised that they could have a technician at our home that afternoon, between 1:00 and 4:00 PM. I received a call just before 1:00 to let me know that the service representative was on the way, and Andy arrived at our home about 10 minutes later. Andy started out at the air conditioning units themselves, and the first thing he did was to remove the safety disconnects from the AC supply to each unit (Safety first!). He then went with me inside our house where he did a thorough inspection of the thermostats, the ducting and the filters. He then went back outside and removed the covers from the air conditioning units and did a full inspection and testing of each system. During his inspection, Andy noted that there were no start assist devices on the motors, which are recommended for longer service life. Since he had the start kits in his van, we asked him to add these to the order, and he installed them as part of the service visit. Andy also gave us details on Pitzer's "Comfort Club", which provides members with one precision tune-up, cleaning and rejuvenation of the cooling system plus one annual safety check, and a tune-up, cleaning, rejuvenation, plus safety check of the heating system. The membership also provides discounts on service and parts. We signed up, and immediately got discounts on the start kits and the work that Andy did. We look forward to having him do the heating system inspection and tune-up late this Fall.Andy was very knowledgeable, helpful and extremely personable and friendly. The whole experience with Pitzer's was excellent.
