    Phoenix Elks Lodge
Our daughter's wedding ceremony and wedding reception were held at the Phoenix Elks Lodge on October 12, 2019, and we could not have been more pleased! Every detail was discussed (and reviewed) with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. The wedding arch was beautifully decorated with our daughter's wedding colors, which was a nice personal touch. Nothing was overlooked, and the service was outstanding. Barbi and Debbie were attentive to us all night to make sure everything was still going smoothly. The food Mary prepared was not only visually appealing and aromatic, but tasted simply outstanding; our guests were even able to go back for additional food! Due to a food restriction, the groom was served an entree different from the guests, which was competently handled with grace. Complimentary water, iced tea, and coffee were an added bonus to the delicious cocktails Al served. All the staff were kind and helpful and professional, and our guests were very impressed with the level of service we received. The many positive reviews on this and other sites should help you make the decision to have your event at the Elks Lodge. The price alone should inspire you, but the stellar service, amazing food, and beautiful location will certainly win you over!

    Heidi's Events & Catering
Heidi's Events and Catering took care of everything for my wedding in Sedona on June 4, 2016.  I selected a bed and breakfast as my wedding venue - it is a fantastic and beautiful location but I knew I needed a professional and experienced company to assist in the planning as the venue does not provide anything for the reception outside of the gorgeous setting.  They helped me from the very beginning, coordinating the tent rental, design ideas and menu planning.  When my wedding day came it was beyond perfect. The food was outstanding (guests are still telling me how perfect it was!).  We chose several hors d'ouevres for cocktail hour and had a plated dinner - it was SO delicious!!! The filet was tender, shrimp was cooked perfectly, the vegetables were fresh and flavor on everything was great! We even had delicious mini milkshakes passed around with cake, which was such a hit!! The service was fantastic - I appreciated there being a server dedicated to taking care of my [new] husband and I - we never had to ask for anything - they were always one step ahead.  Our guests were well taken care of as well.  It was an unusually hot day up north and they brought extra water and were sure to pass that to guests as needed.  They even offered to pass chilled towels if anyone needed a quick refresher - so thoughtful!!  The decor and flowers came together better than I had even imagined. It was simply beautiful!   All in all on my wedding day, I did not have to think about anything outside of enjoying my new Husband and visiting with family and friends.  Without hesitation I will recommend Heidi's Events and Catering to anyone in need!

    Heidi's Events & Catering
Heidi's was great ... particularly the hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour.  The guacamole was prepared on the spot and the guests all went crazy for everything.  The food for the reception had gotten a little cold, but this was our fault because we couldn't herd all the guests into the reception hall quickly enough.  The servers and the captain were all extremely accomodating and professional.

Looking for a unique, affordable, exclusive wedding venue, I came across Boojum Tree in a Google search. The photos and reviews enticed me to call. Tasha answered the phone and answered all my questions and provided prices right away. My husband and I had visited a few other top recommended venues, but none seemed to be the fit we were looking for (most were boring square, buildings like dance hall rentals, outdated landscaping or had to share the venue). I set an appointment and toured Boojum Tree with Tasha and fell in love with the place. The photos simply did not do it justice. It's landscape was so beautiful and filled with unique, magical character. There were several fountains, handcrafted scenery, naturally manicured plants and real coy ponds. There was an indoor tropical garden like no other, with a rainforest waterfall. It felt like a mini Sedona and tropical oasis in the midst of Phoenix. We easily decided to schedule our wedding event at Boojum Tree and signed the contract. Everything went smoothly on the wedding day, and Tasha was a perfect Officiant. We did have one snafu, as the photographer was taking photos of our rings on a lily pad over the fountain, my wedding band fell in! Tasha and a staff member, along with the photographer, did not hesitate to jump in and sift through the rocks, muck and fish to find it (and thank goodness it was recovered!). Our wedding day was everything we had hoped for, majestic, relaxed and unforgettable. We felt that Boojum tree has so much to offer and we just didn't want to leave! We highly recommend Boojum Tree, Tasha and staff for ANY event.

    Virginia'S House
The proprietor is Natalie Stahl.  She is attentive to wants, needs and your budget.  She worked with us and provided names of vendors for cake, officiate, and catering.  The event was wonderful because of Natalie's special touch.  Our event was around the December holidays so the decorations were fantastic.  The grounds were spotless, tables set as we requested, and everything went off smoothly.  Natalie takes care of all the details at the reception.  She works with caterer and DJ - so food, fun and dancing were timely.  It was a wonderful day.  I would use Virgina's House again when I need a "reception/party" venue.

On the first call, I spoke with Rev. Andrew Murphy directly. I immediately felt the warmth and caring in his voice. My then-fiance and I later met Rev. Murphy and event planner Laura Marolakos at their office in Sedona. In the conversations, I could sense that Andrew and Laura care about the spiritual heart of marriage. What a welcome change from all the fuss of the wedding industry! They were happy to work with our short 6-week planning timeline, suggested several beautiful outdoor spots for the ceremony, and recommended photographers. Working with Andrew and Laura was wonderful. Laura took care of so many details -- recommending and coordinating a photographer, musician, wedding colors, flowers, a hairstyle and a stylist who would come to my hotel, and restaurants for the entire wedding weekend. When I found a possible vacation rental home for the wedding weekend, she even visited it to make sure that it was a good quality place. When challenges arose, Laura handled them with kindness and grace. She's a former Hollywood event coordinator, and her class shows. Andrew offered us a 30-page packet of suggestions for our ceremony and coached us in the process of creating that ceremony. On the wedding day, I was struck by the way that his ceremony included details that were just perfect yet never asked for. Several of our guest said that the ceremony was the most heartfelt and personal one that they'd ever attended.

    Your Heart's Desire
She still keeps in touch with us. She is such a big part of the Phoenix wedding planning community that she likes to get feedback from her clients regularly. Her services go on a percentage basis of your total wedding costs. She takes a look at your entire budget and then sets her price based on what your budget will be. She was very flexible with us. We told her what we would like to spend with her and what our total budget would be. She gave us a little bit of a discount so that her services would fit within our budget. She is fantastic. I think she won Best of Phoenix this year actually. She is wonderfully creative, and I can't say enough about her. She is more expensive than some wedding coordinators, but for that service, you get what you pay for. So, I felt like she was one of the best wedding products I purchased.

    Az Ceremony
We had a personal meeting and new immediately we wanted AZ Ceremony.   Most of the other contact was by email.  We received a ceremony guide before the ceremony and knew exactly what to expect.   Every thing was perfect.

Ray was very accomodating, incorporated many of the requested titles, and was able to accomodate something that was meaningful for my family.  A big thumbs up.
