    Sign It Drive It
!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!! - I purchased a used vehicle from Sign IT Drive It 3 weeks ago, my sales person was Manny. Since I was purchasing from out of state I wanted to make sure that the vehicle was in good condition. After 2 weeks of speaking to the dealership employees (Salesman, sales manager, head mechanic, finance manager) everyone assured me that this truck was immaculate and on the showroom it was so perfect. Everyone I spoke to also stated that this is the owner of the dealership’s truck and it is in great shape. Everyone I spoke to had the same story, “this truck has over $45k worth of recent work done to it, it’s perfect.” I have emails, texts, and phone calls from multiple people representing the dealership and all were lies! At this point, I felt comfortable and decided To purchase. I had the vehicle shipped to my house and was excited to drive my new toy! Had the truck for 2 days before it went to the shop with over $5,000 in initial repairs!!! For a truck that just had $45k in recent work done, (some of the work on invoices they emailed me was never done per my mechanic) how come the the basic maintenance has been overlooked like AC not working, fuel filter, fuel pump, oil change, headlights, battery terminals, etc. The vehicle is not even able to go through a car wash because it leaks! These are just a couple of the many issues. I have reached out to the dealership to give them the opportunity to make things right, I first spoke to my sales rep Manny he said “ Sorry there’s nothing we can do you bought the truck as is!” So then I spoke to his manager. He asked me to send him the invoice and he would call me back within 30 minutes . Never called! That was 4 days ago! I called in again today, they transferred me to the finance department, the gentleman could not help me and told me that I would receive a call from the General manager within 30 minutes. Guess what, this never happened either! I know used cars will need a little work, but when the bill is 5K after 2 days and 67 miles I feel that this dealership and all of it’s employees I spoke to all lied to me!!! I feel that I have been a victim of fraud by this dealership and wanted to let all new buys know! I will post an update as soon as this madness is over! ***** UPDATE ***** Just got truck back from mechanic for estimate. This truck needs the following... 1. Transmission $$$ 2. Engine Rebuild $$$ 3. Complete AC System $$ Once again not sure how dealers think that they can get away with ripping off the public like this. This time they have messed with the wrong person, my attorney is going to have a field day with this dealership to make sure that they do not take advantage of other consumers!!!

    AAA Car Buying Service
Extraordinarily well. We were planning on buying a new car and dreaded the prospect of dealing with dealers. I was on the AAA website and saw they had a car buying service so I contacted them. I got a call back from Bill Halvoren who explained the process. It sounded too good to be true. It wasn't. We already knew the car we wanted to buy (Kelly blue Book and Edmunds are good resources). What AAA does is, well, just about everything. Bill and Jeff Kassir brought the car to the house, we gave it a test drive, it was everything we expected so we made the deal. Jeff took over and did everything and I mean everything. He did all the DMV stuff, all the dealer paperwork, the trade-in, the purchase of the new car, everything. He set up a time to bring the new car out to finalize the deal. He and Bill showed up, we singed a couple of documents, wrote a check, got the keys for the new car, gave them the keys for the trade-in, deal was done. Other than going for the test drive we did not have to leave the house or driveway for anything! The cost of the service was $0. It's all part of being a AAA member. The money they will save you on the dealer "document paperwork" will be more than the cost of a AAA membership. We could not be happier over how all this went. Bill and Jeff were extremely easy to work with. What's real important to keep in mind is that they are not there to sell you a car - they are there to help you buy one. No pressure at all. Highly recommend this service.

Horrible experience buying from this dealership. I'm sure they will lose exactly zero sleep over it, but after six years as a customer, I will never spend another penny there. After a pleasant experience making a deal for a slightly used vehicle, we were working through the finance terms with Jeff Sokol, the finance manager. He quoted one rate for the loan, showed me calculations on that basis, listened to my calculations on that basis, and then without saying a word about it, entered a completely different rate into the contract. It was absolutely, 100%, my fault for not noticing the rate on the written contract and not noticing that it was three times the rate Jeff had verbally quoted. Lesson learned: don't take Jeff Sokol or Arrowhead Honda at their word on anything...

    Tax Time Group
The individual that owns this office, Omar Torres, recently sold me a 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser out of his office. He sold me a lemon. This car has so many hidden issues it's insane. At current estimate, the cost to fix the car is over $3000. Think about that when you "trust" this dishonest, shady individual to do your taxes and handle your sensitive information. Omar Torres, the individual who sold me the vehicle called on 4/9/2020, the conversation ended with Omar claiming he was "calling his mechanic to see what they can do and calling me back". He never called. This individual is a dishonest, shady, scammer who knew there were issues with the vehicle and has made efforts to have reviews that reflect his true character removed.

Put money down on a trailer and came back the following business day with financing and they advised they had sold it out from under us intentionally because someone came after us and was willing to pay more than we had agreed to pay. Second time attempting business with this company and having a bad experience. Less than three star rating on Yelp, believe it and steer clear. Typical unethical used car experience but on a RV lot.

Based on the excellent car buying experience we experienced at iAutohaus, we feel totally confident that we can take the vehicle to their service department for any maintenance we will need in the future. The buying experience was by far the best we have EVER had. Our salesperson was Jeremy Dunaev who is knowledgeable, organized and so patient. The entire process was smooth and seamless. When we drove the car off the lot all the inspection, maintenance and detailing had been done to perfection and we were proud to drive the beautiful car. We highly recommend iAutohaus for buying, selling your luxury car and service needs and send our many thanks to all their employees. Cliff and Sue Daniel

Auto Auction Guy a Division of HBO Auto Inc.
I would like to personally thank Paul Travers and his team for an outstanding process of finding, bidding, winning, receiving a vehicle and assisting in finalizing registration in AZ. I was a first time buyer from an auction and my skepticism was high but Paul is always there if you have any questions. He is very professional and knows his business very well. Once you find a vehicle you think you are interested in, Paul double checks over every detail about the vehicle and gives you his personal opinion, bid or pass. If you do find a car and decide to place a bid during the auction, Paul is on the phone with you and just as excited as you might be about the possibility of winning. He gives you advice during the process and leaves decision up to you, no pressure at all, its your choice what you decide to do during the auction. We won the car and Paul initiated the next steps of having the vehicle picked up and delivered to my residence, sure enough the car arrived as described and Paul emailed a temp tag. I next needed the title of the vehicle to register here in AZ, this takes some time because the auction house has to process and send to Paul and then Paul to you. I know anyone would be excited to finalize the whole deal but a little personal patience is needed while waiting on the title and final paperwork. I on the other hand was not honoring my suggestion and wondering if I would ever get the final paperwork. I should also mention all this time passing was during Hurricane Erma's pounding on Florida. Paul came through storm and sent me all the final paperwork, from purchase to paperwork in hand was 30 days. I could not be happier with this transaction and if I am in need of another calling Paul ! Thanks again, Gary

They were low pressure. My sales rep was probably most of the most attentive, low pressure, caring I've ever had buying a car.

They are super people. This is the second car I have bought. They are people pleasers. I found the car online. I worked with Roxanne in internet sales. She is just a wonderful person. I had some issues. It didn't have the Toyota carpet mats and she diligently found me those car mats. One day I arrived and she said, "Here they are"! I had that as a condition of buying it.  I found out the next day that there was some damage on the front fender. I just took them at their word because there was only that one ding. I didn't really go around and look at the whole car like I should've. They did the body work and took care of the little ding on the front fender for me. At that point, they had to go all the way up the division to get approval. It did get fixed.  Ultimately, all I can say is that my experience with them has been superb. They have some pretty huge awards for customer service. To me, their big selling point is customer service. I tend to take my vehicle to the Toyota dealer because they know the vehicle. We had some issues there and they stepped up to the plate and took care of them. I got the red carpet treatment. She would email me periodically. She would say "Merry Christmas" and stay in contact to some degree. They have very good PR skills.  I was there maybe a couple of hours before I left with the vehicle. The best part was that I was there and they re-programmed the Bluetooth and my music on my cellphone onto my car. Every time I get into my car it automatically picks up my music on my cellphone. I know when I leave my cellphone in the house because the music will stop playing when I leave the garage.  The sales guy didn't know how to do it, but the service manager came out to set up my Bluetooth. They were going to get it set up before they left. I thought that was really cool and took that headache out for me. There wasn't any snags and everything flowed through. They got me the financing I wanted. We crunched the numbers and came up with an agreement and moved forward. There were no long delays or complications. I got the interest rate I wanted. It just kept flowing. There was no haggling or bringing a manager in to close the deal.
